Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs) such as long non-coding IncRNA have been reported to play important roles in the regulation of many biological *** rapid development of omics sequencing technology has promoted the identification of thousands of lncRNAs in plant species,but the role of IncRNAs in plant-pathogen interactions remains largely *** identified significant differentially expressed genes(DEGs) andlncRNAs(DELs),and then construct lncRNA-mRNA networks using comparative transcriptome analysis of the leaves of tea plant(Camellia sinensis) infected and uninfected by Phoma segeticola ***,coupled with bioinformatics.A total of 1615 DEGs and 561 DELs(including 146 up-regulated IncRNAs and 415 down-regulated lncRNAs,Ptea leaves infected and uninfected by *** *** network of co-localization was constructed for the analysis of the interaction of DEGs and *** DEGs may be cis-regulated by DELs were enriched in 10 terms containing with NADP binding and sucrose alpha-glucosidase activity,et al(Ptea leaves and these IncRNAs may provide reference on the study of plant-pathogen interactions in the future.

As a novel class of non-coding RNAs,circular RNAs(circRNAs) have been reported to play a role in various biological ***,a little attention has been focused on plant circRNAs in the study of plant-pathogen *** study aims to explore the expression profile and functional role of circRNAs in tea leaf infected by Phoma segeticola *** used comparative transcriptome analysis of the leaves of tea plant(Camellia sinensis) to identify significant differentially expressed circRNAs(DECs) from leaves infected or un-infected by the *** candidates contained more than 98% circRNA arising from the exons of genes(mismatch≤2,back-spliced junctions reads≥1 and genomic distances to back-splicing sites were less than 100 kb).We identified349 DECs including 231 up-regulated DECs and 118 down-regulated DECs(P<0.05,|log|≥1).Gene Ontology(GO) analysis indicated that DECs were most enriched in catalytic activity of molecular functions including 11 circRNAs,intracellular membrane-bounded organelle of cellular component including 6 circRNAs and response to stress of biological process including 4 *** enrichment analysis indicated that the most enriched DECs are the pathway of purine metabolism including12 circRNAs,followed by fatty acid metabolism including 10 circRNAs(P<0.05).Based on the data of circRNAs in our study,we would provide novel insights to reveal the molecular mechanisms of plantpathogen interactions.

Determination of trace Pb(II), Cd(II) and Zn(II) using differential pulse stripping voltammetry without Hg modification

In this work,we reported a simultaneous determination approach for Pb(II),Cd(II)and Zn(II)atμg L 1concentration levels using differential pulse stripping voltammetry on a bismuth film electrode(BiFE).The BiFE could be prepared in situ when the sample solution contained a suitable amount of Bi(NO)3,and its analytical performance was evaluated for the simultaneous determination of Pb(II),Cd(II)and Zn(II)in *** determination limits were found to be 0.19μg L 1for Zn(II),and0.28μg L 1for Pb(II)and Cd(II),with a preconcentration time of 300 *** BiFE approach was successfully applied to determine Pb(II),Cd(II)and Zn(II)in tea leaf and infusion samples,and the results were in agreement with those obtained using an atomic absorption spectrometry *** Hg usage,the in situ preparation for BiFE supplied a green and acceptability sensitive method for the determination of the heavy metal ions.

The Spectral Emission Characteristics of Laser Induced Plasma on tea Samples

Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy （LIBS） provides a useful technique for food security as well as determining nutrition contents. In this paper, optical emission studies of laser induced plasma on commercial tea samples were carried out. The spectral intensities of Mg, Mn, Ca, A1, C and CN vibration bands varying with laser energy and the detection delay time of an intensified charge coupled device were studied. In addition, the relative concentrations of six microelements, i.e., Mg, Mn, Ca, Al, Na and K, were analyzed semi-quantitatively as well as H, for four kinds of tea samples. Moreover, the plasma parameters were explored, including electron temperature and electron number density. The electron temperature and electron number density were around 11000 K and 1017 cm-3, respectively. The results show that it is reasonable to consider the LIBS technique as a new method for analyzing the compositions of tea leaf samples.
