Potential antitumor mechanisms of phenothiazine drugs

In this study,three kinds of phenothiazine drugs were analyzed to explore their potential antitumor ***,target proteins that could interact with chlorpromazine,fluphenazine and trifluoperazine were ***,the target proteins of the three drugs were *** signaling pathway enrichment and related disease enrichment were conducted for the intersected proteins to extract the enrichment categories associated with *** regulation network analysis of the protein interactions,the mechanisms of action of these target proteins in tumor tissue were clarified,thus confirming the potential antitumor mechanisms of the phenothiazine *** final results of cell signaling pathway enrichment and related disease enrichment showed that the categories with the highest score were all found in *** proteins belonging to the tumor category included signaling pathway members such as Wnt,MAPK and retinoic acid ***,another target protein,MAPK8,could indirectly act on target proteins CDK2,IGF1R,GSK3B,RARA,FGFR2 and MAPK10,thereby affecting tumor cell division and ***,phenothiazine drugs may have potential antitumor effects,and tumorassociated target proteins play important roles in the process of cell signaling transduction cascades.

Viburnum odoratissimum,a landscape plant,is rich in vibsane-type diterpenes,triterpenes,monoterpenoids,sesquiterpenoids,coumarins,and lignans and so *** the present work,network analysis was carried out to predict the potential targets of *** and the treatment of related diseases.13 main target proteins were predicted,as well as the diseases which might interact with the compounds from *** results showed that vibsane-type diterpenes and triterpenes had the potential to treat neoplasm-related and inflammation-related diseases,and the key target proteins were MDM2,NOS,AR,DNMT1,NR3C1,RARA and *** them,AR,NOS,DNMT1,NR3C1,DNMT1 and PTPN1 were also the crucial targets for triterpenes in the treatment of diabetes ***,ALOX15,PIPN1,TLR9,MIT,DNMT1,RAC1,RTGS2,RARA and ACHE were the potential targets for coumarins and lignan in the treatment of neoplasm-related ***,ESR1,AR,NOS2,NR3C1 were the primary targets for monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids because of their potential neuroprotective *** is noteworthy that the study of the potential targets and related diseases can provide new insights for further development of ***.
