In this paper,computational models of environmental pollution and energy consumption of urban multimodal traffic network are proposed according to pertinent research and a multi-objective programming model is then developed to formulate optimization problem for such a ***,the main factors,such as travel time,pricing and convenience which influence travelers' choice behaviors are all considered and a combined assignment model is proposed to simulate travelers' mode and route choices.A bi-level programming model,in which the multi-objective optimization model is treated as the upper-level problem and the combined assignment model is processed as the lower-level problem,is then presented to solve multi-criterion system optimization problem for urban multimodal traffic *** solution algorithms of the proposed models are also ***,the model and its algorithms are illustrated through a simple numerical example.

700°C double reheat advanced ultra-supercritical power generation technology is one of the most important development directions for the efficient and clean utilization of *** solve the great exergy loss problem caused by the high superheat degrees of regenerative steam extractions in 700°C double reheat advanced ultra-supercritical power generation system,two optimization systems are proposed in this *** 1 is integrated with the back pressure extraction steam turbine,and system 2 is simultaneously integrated with both the outside steam cooler and back pressure extraction steam *** system performance models are built by the Ebsilon Professional *** performances of optimized systems are analyzed by the unit consumption *** off-design performances of optimization systems are *** results show that:the standard power generation coal consumption rates of optimization systems 1 and 2 are decreased by 1.88 g·(kW·h)^(–1),2.97 g·(kW·h)^(–1)compared with that of the 700°C reference system;the average superheat degrees of regenerative steam extractions of optimized systems 1 and 2 are decreased by 122.2°C,140.7°C(100%turbine heat acceptance condition),*** comparison results also show that the performance of the optimized system 2 is better than those of the optimized system 1 and the 700°C reference *** power generation standard coal consumption rate and the power generation efficiency of the optimized system 2 are about 232.08 g·(kW·h)^(–1)and 52.96%(100%turbine heat acceptance condition),respectively.

To achieve high-efficiency operation of the highgain free-electron laser(FEL),the electron beams and radiated photon beams need to be overlapped precisely and pass through the entire undulator ***,a high-resolution beam-position monitor(BPM)is required.A cavity BPM(CBPM)with a resonant cavity structure was developed and used in the Shanghai Soft X-ray FEL(SXFEL)test facility and can achieve a position resolution ofsystem were further *** included the amplitude and phase stability of the local oscillator,stability of the trigger signal,performance of the radio frequency front-end,signal processing electronics,and signal processing *** on the upgrade and optimization of the system,a beam test platform was built at the end of the linear acceleration section of the SXFEL,and the experimental results show that the position resolution of the system can reach 177 nm at a bunch charge of 500 pC,and the dynamic range is controlled within±300μm,and the relative measurement uncertainty of the bunch charge can reach 0.021%,which are significant improvements compared to the attributes of the previous system.

＜正＞Two inbred lines of tomato（Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.） FL1 and MFK1 with obviously different contents of lycopene were used in this *** order to explore the amount of DNA,digested and connected time and pre-amplification product of dilution times,optimization of AFLP markers system were analyzed on the amplification results of the AFLP *** results showed that digested and connected time and the amount of DNA have the greatest impact on the amplification of the AFLP markers,and digested and connected time is the most critical factor for the PCR amplification results of this *** reaction system is established for tomatoes:300 ng of DNA template,6 h of digested time,pre-amplification products be diluted *** amplified were stable and clear,so which can be applied to the tomato genetic map construction and tomato genetic diversity analysis.

A single factor design was applied to optimize five factors influencing SRAP system, including Taq DNA polymerase, template DNA concentration, dNTPs, primer and Mg2＋, each at four levels. The optimal SRAP-PCR system for Lonicera caerulea L. was 20 ktL SRAP-PCR amplification reaction solution containing 2.0 μL 10×PCR buffer, 1.0 U Taq DNA polymerase, 30 ng template DNA, 0.2 mmol·L-1 dNTPs, 2.0 mmol·L-1 Mg2＋ and 0.2μmol·L-1 primer. The suitable amplification procedure consisted of an initial denaturation at 94℃ for 5 min; denaturation at 94℃ for 1 min, annealing at 35℃ for 1 rain, extension at 72℃ for 90 s and in total five cycles; denaturation at 94℃ for 1 min, annealing at 50℃ for 1 min, extension at 72℃ for 90 s and in total 35 cycles; extension at 72℃ for 8 rain; preservation at 4℃. The procedures and systems could meet the demand for SRAP amplification of Lonicera caerulea L. and would play an important role in Lonicera caerulea L. germplasm identification and genetic diversity analysis.
