On the basis of analyzing the flaws of present multiple-attribute and multilevel evaluation methods, concerning the problem of characteristics of the multiple-attribute and multilevel system s appraisal and the particular emphasis on the respective attributes in the evaluation process, as well as its relevance to the environment, an optimal attribute system is proposed, and the multiplicative analytic hierarchy process (MAHP) is used to obtain subjective weight coefficients and the objective weight coefficient evaluating method is given. The deviation between the index value of each level and the values of the same index of other levels are formulated, and an optimal model is gained, thus establishing the weight coefficients of the whole optimal attribute system. Furthermore, the detailed implementation procedure of this method is introduced. Besides, favorable results have been gained by applying the model to the practical problems of economic evaluation.

According to the modern theory of human resource management, the condition of buyout mainly depends on two variables of an employee: his interior value of product and exterior work reward. There exist shortages in evaluating the value of the employees in an enterprise. Consequently, a lot of employees might be laid off. Hence, this paper puts forward a two-stage method for decision-making to carry out a selective plan of buyout, based on the fuzzy synthetic evaluation involing many factors impacting on human resource. Moreover, a positive analysis is also given.

[Objective]The aim of this study was to explore the feasibility of three kinds of urea formaldehyde foam substrate in tall fescue establishment as well as to study on evaluation of turf quality.[Method]The visual estimates,ecological quality estimates and utility quality estimates were used as the 1st level indicators,and the density,color,texture,uniformity,green period,cover degree,biomass,emergence energy,growth rate and turf-forming time were used as the corresponding 2nd level *** ***＇s method Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） and the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method,the weight ratio of matrix was obtained and the synthetic evaluation result was accorded with facts,then it could be regarded as the satisfying value of weight.[Result]The quality of three covering soil treatments was better than that of uncovering treatment and conventional treatment,the quality synthetic evaluation of F1 was the best,which was about 0.770.[Conclusion]Urea formaldehyde foam substrate showed high quality for turf establishment,which could be further spread and applied.

For natural water, method of water quality evaluation based on improved fuzzy matter-element evaluation method is presented. Two important parts are improved, the weights determining and fuzzy membership functions. The coefficient of variation of each indicator is used to determine the weight instead of traditional calculating superscales method. On the other hand, fuzzy matter-elements are constructed, and normal membership degrees are used instead of traditional trapezoidal ones. The composite fuzzy matter-elements with associated coefficient are constructed through associated transformation. The levels of natural water quality are determined according to the principle of maximum correlation. The improved fuzzy matter-element evaluation method is applied to evaluate water quality of the Luokou mainstream estuary at the first ten weeks in 2011 with the coefficient of variatiola method determining the weights. Water quality of Luokou mainstream estuary is dropping from level I to level II. The results of the improved evaluation method are basically the same as the official water quality. The variation coefficient method can reduce the workload, and overcome the adverse effects from abnormal values, compared with the traditional calculating superscales method. The results of improved fuzzy matter- element evaluation method are more credible than the ones of the traditional evaluation method. The improved evaluation method can use information of monitoring data more scientifically and comprehensively, and broaden a new evaluation method for water quality assessment.

Study on the evaluation system for multi-source image fusion is an important and necessary part of image fusion. Qualitative evaluation indexes and quantitative evaluation indexes were studied. A series of new concepts, such as independent single evaluation index, union single evaluation index, synthetic evaluation index were proposed. Based on these concepts, synthetic evaluation system for digital image fusion was formed. The experiments with the wavelet fusion method, which was applied to fuse the multi-spectral image and panchromatic remote sensing image, the IR image and visible image, the CT and MRI image, and the multi-focus images show that it is an objective, uniform and effective quantitative method for image fusion evaluation.

Based on fuzzy set theory, a fuzzy trust model is established by using membership function to describe the fuzziness of trust. The trust vectors of subjective trust are obtained based on a mathematical model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Considering the complicated and changeable relationships between various subjects, the multi-level mathematical model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation is introduced. An example of a two-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model confirms the feasibility of the multi-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation model. The proposed fuzzy model for trust evaluation may provide a promising method for research of trust model in open networks.
