Analysis of the Performances and Optimization of Polyurethane Concrete with a Large Percentage of Fly Ash

The properties of polyurethane concrete containing a large amount of fly ash are investigated,and accordingly,a model is introduced to account for the influence of fly ash fineness,water ratio,and loss of ignition(LOI)on its mechanical *** research shows that,after optimization,the concrete has a compressive strength of 20.8 MPa,a flexural strength of 3.4 MPa,and a compressive modulus of elasticity of 19.2 *** main factor influencing 28 and 90 d compressive strength is fly ash content,water-binder ratio,and early strength agent content.

The aim of this study was to determine the quality of rebar produced from recycled scrap metal collected throughout the country,and imported rebar sold in the Republic of *** do this,the samples were subjected to various mechanical tests involving traction,bending and microscopic *** the Lambanyi and Casse Sonfonia samples,all the tensile strength values for diameters 12,14 and 16 were above 550 ***,the iron samples from Baillobaye and the 10 mm diameters of the samples from Casse Sonfonio and Lambanyi have less appreciable *** limits of elasticity were *** various values found vary more or less from the conventional yield strength of the NF A35-016 reference supplied by CBITEC,which is 500 *** analysis gives us an insight into the internal structure of the iron samples *** study may provide the company and the vendors with an alternative for their improvements.

Surface Pressure Loading Technology of Ship Structures

A hull structure is prone to local deformation and damage due to the pressure load on the *** to simulate surface pressure is an important issue in ship structure *** loading mode of hydraulic actuator combined with high-pressure flexible bladder was proposed,and the numerical model of the loading device based on flexible bladder was *** design and analysis method of high-pressure flexible bladder based on aramid-fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane was proposed to break through the surface pressure loading technology of ship *** surface pressure loading system based on flexible bladder was *** ultimate strength verification test of the box girder under the combined action of bending moment and pressure was carried out to systematically verify the feasibility and applicability of the loading *** results show that the surface pressure loading technology can be used well for applying uniform pressure to ship *** with the traditional surface loading methods,the improved device can be applied with horizontal constant pressure load,with rapid response and safe process,and the pressure load is always stable with the increase of the bending moment load during the *** requirement for uniform loading in the comprehensive strength test of large structural models is satisfied and the accuracy of the test results is improved by this system.
