结合某大型商业广场在人员安全疏散设计中的两个问题,利用疏散模拟软件steps进行人员疏散模拟计算,设计三种疏散方案。结果表明,在最不利的建筑物整体疏散情况下,现有的疏散设计可以保证建筑物各层人员的安全。

Flavonols are the major class of flavonoids of green Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ***).The *** genome harbors seven flavonol synthase genes(BrFLSs),but they have not been functionally ***,transcriptome analysis showed four BrFLSs mainly expressed in Chinese *** them,only BrFLS1 showed major FLS activity and additional flavanone 3β-hydroxylase(F3H)activity,while BrFLS2 and BrFLS3.1 exhibited only marginal F3H *** generated BrFLS1-knockout(BrFLS1-KO)Chinese cabbages using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing and obtained transgene-free homozygous plants without off-target mutation in the T1 generation,which were further advanced to the T2 generation showing normal ***-ESI-QTOF-MS analysis revealed that flavonol glycosides were dramatically decreased in the T2 plants,while dihydroflavonol glycosides accumulated concomitantly to levels corresponding to the reduced levels of *** PCR analysis revealed that the early steps of phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthetic pathway were upregulated in the BrFLS1-KO *** accordance,total phenolic contents were slightly enhanced in the BrFLS1-KO plants,which suggests a negative role of flavonols in phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthesis in Chinese *** surveys revealed that the BrFLS1-KO Chinese cabbages showed normal head formation and reproductive phenotypes,but subtle morphological changes in their heads were *** addition,their seedlings were susceptible to osmotic stress compared to the controls,suggesting that flavonols play a positive role for osmotic stress tolerance in *** *** this study,we showed that CRISPR/Cas9-mediated BrFLS1-KO successfully generated a valuable breeding resource of Chinese cabbage with distinctive metabolic traits and that CRISPR/Cas9 can be efficiently applied in functional Chinese cabbage breeding.

Traditional approach to the prostate during radical prostatectomy(RP)when performed by open,laparoscopic,or robotic means has been from its anterior aspect first and has involved suture ligation and division of the dorsal vein complex(DVC),division of the puboprostatic ligaments,and incision of the endopelvic fascia on either side of the *** steps are necessary to liberate the prostate from its surrounding attachments,even though concern has always existed about the likely association between disruption of these structures and postprostatectomy incontinence(PPI).Although perineal prostatectomy leaves these structures intact,it has failed to become widely accepted because of the small incidence of postoperative fecal incontinence and the difficulty in performing a pelvic lymphadenectomy(PLND)when this is indicated.

The semiconductor-superconductor con tact system of Ge/Y-Ba-Cu-O(YBCO)/SrTiO_(3) has been successfully fabricated by two steps of *** YBCO film in the contact of Ge/YBCO did not lose its superconductivity and its T_(c)(on set)did not degrade as *** top layer of Ge was polycrystalline with preferred orientation corresponding to the epitaxial structure of the underlayer of YBCO.

Developing efficient glycosylation methods and strategies is always a top priority and endless pursuit for carbohydrate chemists to acquire complex glycosidic *** most glycosylation reactions are step-wise,that is,installation of the leaving group at the anomeric position first followed by activation and coupling with acceptors(Scheme 1a),dehydrative glycosylation is obviously more straightforward.[1]In this strategy,C1-hemiacetals are directly activated to couple with acceptors,thus obviating additional C1 modification steps(Scheme 1b).Unfortunately,the intrinsic stability of C1-hemiacetals impedes their applications.
