standardization management is one of the key prerequisites to guarantee the effective and safe functioning of high-level biosafety *** the outbreak of SARS,increasing numbers of biosafety laboratory levels have been established in ***,creating a specialized and standardized management system for biosafety laboratories has become necessary and is a core *** paper describes the current status of Chinese standards for biosafety management and analyzes its relation to other laboratory biosafety standard systems in developed *** on the analysis on developing a biosafety laboratory,a laboratory biosafety standard system framework was developed,and a policy environment for building the system was suggested with the aim of promoting the promulgation of specific biosafety standards and securing the effective functioning of high-level biosafety laboratories.

This paper summarizes the evolution of China’s accessibility standard system and its driving forces since the reform and opening-up was introduced in 1978,divides it into several stages based on social and economic development,and further analyzes its development trend in the context of standardization ***,it critically reviews the characteristics of China’s current accessibility standard system and problems encountered during the implementation ***,it proposes suggestions for the development of China’s accessibility standard system in the new era by drawing on domestic and international experience.

The ubiquitous power Internet of Things(UPIoT)is an intelligent service system with comprehensive state perception,efficient processing,and flexible application of *** focuses on each link of the power system and makes full use of the mobile internet,artificial intelligence,and other advanced information and communication technologies in order to realize the inter-human interaction of all things in all links of the power *** article systematically presents to the national and international organizations and agencies in charge of UPIoT layer standardization the status quo of the research on the Internet of Things(IoT)-related industry standards *** briefly describes the generic standard classification methods,layered architecture,conceptual model,and system tables in the UPIoT application *** on the principles of inheritance,innovation,and practicability,this study divides the application layer into customer service,power grid operation,integrated energy,and enterprise operation,emerging business and analyzes the standard requirements of these five *** study also proposes a standard ***,it summarizes the research report and provides suggestions for a follow-up work.

In this paper, the international status of the research on the technical standards of smart grids is overviewed. An approach using the SLO principle to establish the technical standard system of strong & smart grids is put forward. A four-layered structure for the system is expounded, which consists of 8 domains, 26 technical fields, 92 standard series and hundreds of standards.

With the development of digital and intelligent technologies, the intelligence level in the field of railway engineering construction is also constantly improving. Establishing a unified high-speed railway intelligent building standard system has become a key factor to further improve the intelligent building level. By focusing on the field of intelligent building under the intelligent high-speed railway, the paper analyzes the formulation of engineering construction standards at home and abroad as well as the application and standard formulation status of the intelligent building technology, discusses the requirements for the preparation of high-speed railway intelligent building standard system, carries out structural analysis on the high-speed railway intelligent building standard system, proposes the architecture of high-speed railway intelligent building standard system and further clarifies the standard system framework and the formulation content of each part, which provides guidance for the formulation and revision of railway intelligent building standards.

In the context of constructing Global Energy Interconnection(GEI), energy storage technology, as one of the important basic supporting technologies in power system, will play an important role in the energy configuration and optimization. Based on the most promising battery energy storage technology, this paper introduces the current status of the grid technology, the application of large-scale energy storage technology and the supporting role of battery energy storage for GEI. Based on several key technologies of large-scale battery energy storage system, preliminary analysis of the standard system construction of energy storage system is made, and the future prospect is put forward.
