Quantitative assessment of the supply,demand and flows of ecosystem services in the Yangtze River Basin,China

Ecosystem service flow is essential for transporting,transforming,and maintaining ecosystem services and connecting supply and *** study attempted to quantitatively assess the supply and demand flows of ecosystem services in the Yangtze River Basin in 2000,2010,and 2020;assess the evolution of the spatial patterns of ecosystem service flow at the provincial,watershed and urban agglomeration scales;and design a zoning standard for ecosystem service *** results showed as follows.1)Between 2000 and 2020,the Yangtze River had a progressive drop in its freshwater supply,water conservation service and carbon sequestration service *** decline rates for these services were measured at 10.90%,11.11%,and 5.17%,*** climate regulation service flow exhibited a pattern of initial fall followed by a subsequent increase,characterized by a decline rate of 35.53%.2)The lowest was the ecosystem service flow in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the Yangtze River Delta urban *** supply service flow and water conservation service flow were the highest in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban *** sequestration service flow and climate regulation service flow were the highest in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Basin and the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.3)From 2000 to 2020,the change ratios of the area proportion of the confluence,flow,and outflow areas in the Yangtze River Basin were 1.06,3.17,and 0.86,*** results of this research could offer decision support for regulating ecosystem services in the Yangtze River Basin,promoting sustainable regional development and achieving rational use of the basin resources.

Object detection based on combination of local and spatial information

A method of object detection based on combination of local and spatial information is proposed. Firstly, the categorygiven representative images are chosen through clustering to be templates, and the local and spatial information of template are ex- tracted and generalized as the template feature. At the same time, the codebook dictionary of local contour is also built up. Secondly, based on the codebook dictionary, sliding-window mechanism and the vote algorithm are used to select initial candidate object win- dows. Lastly, the final object windows are got from initial candidate windows based on local and spatial structure feature matching. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach is able to consistently identify and accurately detect the objects with better performance than the existing methods.

Recently many image retrieval algorithms have been proposed based on SIFT features and the Bag-of-Words image *** similarity measurement step amount of information about the features is ***,owing to this point,we lose lots of significant standard of estimating *** this paper,we put forward a novel algorithm to overcome the *** considering more information of features,we can remove most of the wrongly-matched features,and then reject the incorrect objects or *** illustrate our approach can possess invariance of scale and *** evaluate our approach with several popular datasets and our result shows an obvious improvement than several state-of-art algorithms.

At present,the hierarchical medical system is widely promoted in China,and the reasonable allocation of medical resources and equal medical services have become important research topics in the field of urban ***,it is rare to see studies on the allocation of medical resources from the perspective of spatial accessibility based on the hierarchy of medical facilities and more refined spatial units of *** research refines the population data from general to residential buildings in urban villages based on census data of *** examining Shenzhen through a 2SFCA(2-step floating catchment area),this research evaluates the accessibility of community and regional medical facilities and the spatial matching at various referral rates by implementing GIS network *** main findings are as follows.(1)The overall development of medical facilities in Shenzhen is currently lagged back among the first-tier cities in China,and there is a discrepancy between administrative districts in terms of the accessibility of medical facilities.(2)Under the current conditions in Shenzhen,the best spatial matching can be achieved only at the referral rate of 70%–80%,indicating weak primary medical resources in *** the future layout and construction of medical facilities,it is necessary to classify and grade the communities and increase the construction of medical facilities in communities with lagging medical *** addition,the treatment capacity of community medical services should be improved and the treatment of minor diseases in senior hospitals should be evacuated,so that the referral rate can be controlled at an appropriate level to achieve a balanced allocation and efficient use of medical resources.
