In this article,a high-sensitive approach for detecting tampering attacks on transmitted Arabic-text over the Internet(HFDATAI)is proposed by integrating digital watermarking and hidden Markov model as a strategy for soft *** HFDATAI solution technically integrates and senses the watermark without modifying the original *** alphanumeric mechanism order in the first stage focused on the Markov model key secret is incorporated into an automated,null-watermarking approach to enhance the proposed approach’s efficiency,accuracy,and *** first-level order and alphanumeric Markov model technique have been used as a strategy for soft computing to analyze the text of the Arabic *** addition,the features of the interrelationship among text contexts and characteristics of watermark information extraction that is used later validated for detecting any tampering of the Arabic-text *** HFDATAI strategy was introduced based on PHP with included IDE of VS *** of four separate duration datasets in random sites illustrate the fragility,efficacy,and applicability of HFDATAI by using the three common tampering attacks i.e.,insertion,reorder,and *** HFDATAI was found to be effective,applicable,and very sensitive for detecting any possible tampering on Arabic text.

Content authentication,integrity verification,and tampering detection of digital content exchanged via the internet have been used to address a major concern in information and communication *** this paper,a text zero-watermarking approach known as Smart-Fragile Approach based on soft computing and Digital Watermarking(SFASCDW)is proposed for content authentication and tampering detection of English text.A first-level order of alphanumeric mechanism,based on hidden Markov model,is integrated with digital zero-watermarking techniques to improve the watermark robustness of the proposed *** researcher uses the first-level order and alphanumeric mechanism of Markov model as a soft computing technique to analyze English ***,he extracts the features of the interrelationship among the contexts of the text,utilizes the extracted features as watermark information,and validates it later with the studied English text to detect any *** has been implemented using PHP with VS code *** robustness,effectiveness,and applicability of SFASCDW are proved with experiments involving four datasets of various lengths in random locations using the three common attacks,namely insertion,reorder,and *** SFASCDW was found to be effective and could be applicable in detecting any possible tampering.

Themost common digital media exchanged via the Internet is in text *** Arabic language is considered one of themost sensitive languages of content modification due to the presence of diacritics that can cause a change in the *** this paper,an intelligent scheme is proposed for improving the reliability and security of the text exchanged via the *** core mechanism of the proposed scheme depends on integrating the hidden Markov model and zero text watermarking *** watermark key will be generated by utilizing the extracted features of the text analysis process using the third order and word level of the Markov *** Embedding and detection processes of the proposed scheme will be performed logically without the effect of the original *** proposed scheme is implemented using PHP with VS code *** simulation results,using varying sizes of standard datasets,show that the proposed scheme can obtain high reliability and provide better accuracy of the common illegal tampering *** results with other baseline techniques show the added value of the proposed scheme.

Unified MPPT Controller for Partially Shaded Panels in a Photovoltaic Array

The power output of the photovoltaic(PV) system having multiple arrays gets reduced to a great extent when it is partially shaded due to environmental hindrances. The maximum power trackers which are conventionally used may not be competent enough to find the maximum power point(MPP) during partially shaded conditions. The sensible reason for the failure of conventional trackers is during partial shaded conditions the PV arrays exhibit multi peak power curves, thereby making simple maximum power point tracking(MPPT) algorithms like perturb and observe(P&O) to get stuck with local maxima instead of capturing global ***, global search MPPT aided by evolutionary and swarm intelligence algorithms will be conducive to find global power point during partially shaded conditions. This work suggests a unified controller which feeds control signal to its power electronic conditioner placed at each module. The evolutionary algorithm which is taken into consideration in this work is differential evolution(DE).The performance of the proposed method is compared to the classical un-dimensional search controller and it is evident from the Matlab/Simulink results that the unified controller prevails over the distributed counterpart.

Traffic prediction of wireless networks attracted many researchersand practitioners during the past decades. However, wireless traffic frequentlyexhibits strong nonlinearities and complicated patterns, which makes it challengingto be predicted accurately. Many of the existing approaches forpredicting wireless network traffic are unable to produce accurate predictionsbecause they lack the ability to describe the dynamic spatial-temporalcorrelations of wireless network traffic data. In this paper, we proposed anovel meta-heuristic optimization approach based on fitness grey wolf anddipper throated optimization algorithms for boosting the prediction accuracyof traffic volume. The proposed algorithm is employed to optimize the hyperparametersof long short-term memory (LSTM) network as an efficient timeseries modeling approach which is widely used in sequence prediction *** prove the superiority of the proposed algorithm, four other optimizationalgorithms were employed to optimize LSTM, and the results were *** evaluation results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed approachin predicting the traffic of wireless networks accurately. On the other hand,a statistical analysis is performed to emphasize the stability of the proposedapproach.

Prediction of compaction parameters for fine-grained soil: Critical comparison of the deep learning and standalone models

A comparison between deep learning and standalone models in predicting the compaction parameters of soil is presented in this *** hundred and ninety and fifty-three soil samples were randomly picked up from two hundred and forty-three soil samples to create training and validation datasets,*** performance and accuracy of the models were measured by root mean square error(RMSE),coefficient of determination(R2),Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient(r),mean absolute error(MAE),variance accounted for(VAF),mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),weighted mean absolute percentage error(WMAPE),a20-index,index of scatter(IOS),and index of agreement(IOA).Comparisons between standalone models demonstrate that the model MD 29 in Gaussian process regression(GPR)and model MD 101 in support vector machine(SVM)can achieve over 96%of accuracy in predicting the optimum moisture content(OMC)and maximum dry density(MDD)of soil,and outperformed other standalone *** comparison between deep learning models shows that the models MD 46 and MD 146 in long short-term memory(LSTM)predict OMC and MDD with higher accuracy than ANN ***,the LSTM models outperformed the GPR models in predicting the compaction *** sensitivity analysis illustrates that fine content(FC),specific gravity(SG),and liquid limit(LL)highly influence the prediction of compaction parameters.

A variable precision rough set approach to knowledge discovery in land cover classification

This paper presents a granular computing approach to spatial classification and prediction of land cover classes using rough set variable precision *** particular,it presents an approach to characterizing large spatially clustered data sets to discover knowledge in multi-source supervised *** evidential structure of spatial classification is founded on the notions of equivalence relations of rough set *** allows expressing spatial concepts in terms of approximation space wherein a decision class can be approximated through the partition of boundary *** paper also identifies how approximate reasoning can be introduced by using variable precision rough sets in the context of land cover *** rough set theory is applied to demonstrate an empirical application and the predictive performance is compared with popular baseline machine learning algorithms.A comparison shows that the predictive performance of the rough set rule induction is slightly higher than the decision tree and significantly outperforms the baseline models such as neural network,naïve Bayesian and support vector machine methods.

The main objective of the present study is to introduce new empirical equations for the determination of breach geometrical dimensions and peak outflow discharge(Q_(p)).Therefore,a historic failure database of 109 embankments was collected and *** most important factors that affect the breach evolution,including grading size,hydraulic,and outflow characteristics are also *** of the parameters used for the determination of Q_(p) and average breach width(Bave)have a significant effect on the erosion process,but they are less reflected in the technical *** study the behavior of noncohesive soils during overtopping,15 physical tests were performed at the laboratory,and the effects of interfering parameters were *** experimental output hydrograph was used to simulate the hydrographs resulting from the failure of real dams,and recent artificial intelligence techniques along with linear and nonlinear regression models were *** area-time analysis of the laboratory hydrographs shows that the soil particle size and the characteristics of reservoir-basin significantly affect the rate of breach formation and outflow *** relationships are introduced,based on the breach characteristics,by a combination of historical and experimental data,as well as case studies conducted on the hypothetical failure of 10 operational *** mathematical model is also used to simulate the process of breach *** on statistical indices,comparison of the results,and sensitivity analysis,the developed equations can better express the susceptibility of materials to erosion and their application can minimize downstream vulnerabilities.

Color Image Segmentation Using Feedforward Neural Networks with FCM

This paper proposes a hybrid technique for color image segmentation. First an input image is converted to the image of CIE L＊a＊b＊ color space. The color features ＂a＂ and ＂b＂ of CIE L^＊a^＊b^＊ are then fed into fuzzy C-means （FCM） clustering which is an unsupervised method. The labels obtained from the clustering method FCM are used as a target of the supervised feed forward neural network. The network is trained by the Levenberg-Marquardt back-propagation algorithm, and evaluates its performance using mean square error and regression analysis. The main issues of clustering methods are determining the number of clusters and cluster validity measures. This paper presents a method namely co-occurrence matrix based algorithm for finding the number of clusters and silhouette index values that are used for cluster validation. The proposed method is tested on various color images obtained from the Berkeley database. The segmentation results from the proposed method are validated and the classification accuracy is evaluated by the parameters sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy.

Recent advancements of the intelligent transportation system(ITS)provide an effective way of improving the overall efficiency of the energy management strategy(EMSs)for autonomous vehicles(AVs).The use of AVs possesses many advantages such as congestion control,accident prevention,and ***,energy management and traffic flow prediction(TFP)still remains a challenging problem in *** complexity and uncertainties of driving situations adequately affect the outcome of the designed *** this view,this paper presents novel sustainable energy management with traffic flow prediction strategy(SEM-TPS)for *** SEM-TPS technique applies type II fuzzy logic system(T2FLS)energy management scheme to accomplish the desired engine torque based on distinct *** addition,the membership functions of the T2FLS scheme are chosen optimally using the barnacles mating optimizer(BMO).For accurate TFP,the bidirectional gated recurrent neural network(Bi-GRNN)model is used in AVs.A comprehensive experimental validation process is performed and the results are inspected with respect to several evaluation *** experimental outcomes highlighted the supreme performance of the SEM-TPS technique over the recent state of art approaches.
