Correlation between Employment Quality and skill training of Land-expropriated Farmers

Based on field survey,an empirical analysis was made on the correlation between employment quality and skill training of landexpropriated farmers. The analysis indicated that there are differences in employment opportunity,employment sector,employment ability,wage income and employment stability between land-expropriated farmers. Besides,though skill training,it is feasible to effectively improve employment quality of land-expropriated farmers. The skill training exerts a significant effect on employment and urban adaptation of land-expropriated farmers. The mode of skill training promoting employment quality was proposed. skill training can raise human resource level of land-expropriated farmers,and increase their labor and employment skills,to help them realize regular employment and smoothly become citizens. For fund sources for skill training,government and land expropriation unit should bring into play active role. And skill training should be undertaken under the guidance of government and support of land expropriation unit.

Cross-Country Externalities of Trade and FDI Liberalization

We develop a three-country heterogeneous-firm model and show that FDI liberalization in one foreign country （F1） results in the following：（i） some firms from the home country switch from export to FDI in F1; （ii） skilled labor＇s wage rate drops in the home country; （iii） wage inequality between the skilled and unskilled labor decreases; and （iv） some firms from the home country switch from FDI to export to another foreign country （F2）. The effects from trade liberalization are just the opposite, but the effects from education improvement are qualitatively the same as FDI liberalization. The cross-country externalities work through the domestic labor market.

非正规就业创造新岗位，对减少社会失业和贫困有重大意义。然而分割劳动力市场使正规与非正规就业者在机会和收益方面的差异，能否通过人力资本投资得到缓解?使用中国社会状况综合调查(CSS)数据，运用工具变量和倾向得分匹配法纠正人力资本投资自选择的内生问题。结果表明，职后的技能培训在更广泛的就业类型中促进就业机会的增加；即使劳动力市场可能存在隐形歧视，包括中等职业类的高中及以上教育投资均能增加农户就业机会和非正规就业收益，验证了教育和技能培训缓解了非正规就业者的不利境况，尤其在女性农户群体中这种缓解效应更为明显。由此建议：创办以市场需求为导向的技能培训；鼓励农户投资中等职业类教育，从事多样化非正规自雇就业；健全劳动力市场制度，消除歧视。

生物学元认知监控技能是培养学生学习能力，提高学业成绩的关键因素。在教学中，要遵循“从知识学习到技能训练，从单项技能训练到系统整体训练”的原则，对“计划、组织、监测、调节、反思”五项技能，按照“八环节”的课堂教学模式进行训练。训练中借助测评分析表、自我检测卡、提问单、“小教师”活动等方式，可以帮助学生监控调整学习行为。研究表明，元认知监控技能训练能有效提高学生的自我监控水平、学习适应性和学业成绩。

With the ever-spreading of international globalization and much frequent communication among countries in politics, economics and culture. Interpretation which serves as communicative bridge between different languages, which has become an important inter-lingual communicative device. In order to meet the demand of the growing need for interpreting talents, more and more institutions of higher learning begin to set up translation and interpretation courses for undergraduate and graduate students. The thesis focuses on making a brief analysis on the present situation of interpreting courses of graduate students in Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. The thesis is composed of three parts： the first part is a brief analysis of the interpreting features of graduate students in Inner Mongolia, the second part analyzes the principles of interpreting training from the perspective of interpretive theory. The third part is the suggestions for interpreting training so as to make a contribution to the teaching of interpreting in Inner Mongolia.
