The grading judgment for apples is related to a variety of factors including,size,shape,color,texture,and *** manual sorting methods are time consuming and labor *** addition,the accuracy of the method is easily subjective,not repeatable,error-prone,and affected by the sorting *** paper presents a complete and automated grading system for *** system uses a single-chip microcomputer as the controller of the system,and a PC as the graphics processing *** also includes a conveyor,drive motor,frequency converter for motor control,photoelectric sensors,air compressor,and air jets for ejecting the graded *** classification algorithm is implemented by using a convolutional neural network(CNN).In order to eliminate contact damage of apples,the system specifically uses air jets as actuators to eject the graded apples into the corresponding *** the same time,in order to ensure that an apple triggers the correct ejecting actuator,this paper designs a jet controller with proper logic.

In order to prevent drunk driving timely and protect personal safety,a kind of vehicle-loaded alcohol concentration detector based on single chip microcomputer control is *** detector usesAT89C51 microcontroller as the core,makes use of the gas sensor,A/D converter to detect the alcohol concentration of the breath of the driver,can set different thresholds according to the space of the car model,automatically cut off the ignition circuit for the exceeded threshold,and has the sound and light alarm function,which fundamentally solve the problem of drunk *** instrument is compact in size,stable in performance,convenient in installation and debugging,and of practical significance.

Taking a specific production process as an example, this paper introduces the design of multi slot and unequal temperature PID controller based on single chip microcomputer. The mathematical implementation method of PID algorithm and the design method of the hardware and software are discussed, The principle diagram of the hardware circuit implementing the control algorithm and the features of the software possessed are also presented.

In order to reduce dependence of operating skill ,fuzzy control system is developed, the core of which is a 16 bit single chip microcomputer of Intel *** is realized by software programming. In this system two fuzzy controller are designed. The PID parameter self adjusting fuzzy controller is used to compensate welding current deviation in the process of arc voltage optimized control. To obtain the optimum result of ultimate frequency of short circuit transfer, the self optimizing fuzzy controller carries out the arc voltage self optimizing by under the condition of the given welding current. Arc voltage and welding current are kept the optimum matching relationship by two fuzzy controllers.

In this paper, the configuration characteristic of the safe parameter measurement and alarm system in new type mine was first simply introduced, which is made up of topological structure and combines wire communication with radio communication, then introduced respectively the hardware and software construction and the working principle and the method of design, which is composed of detecting instrument as the core of enhanced single chip microcomputer AT89S8252 and relay station and CPU which consists of IPC. The three class computer communication system that integrates with measurement and alarm and management works reliably and uses conveniently, especially to thesystem of parameter detecting and alarm in mine, which is adapted to measure dispersedly and manage intensively.

The paper study the software and hardware principles of ultrasonic ranging reversing radar, design the vehicle reversing radar based on intelligent node of CAN bus, realize data communication and resource sharing with other intelligent nodes of the reversing radar. The experimental results show that, the design can achieve the expected technical indicators design, measurement precision and the reliability is high, which has certain guiding significance in the design of the car reversing radar, has wide application prospect and practical significance in the function of the extended CAN bus communication messages design and automotive CAN network.
