The relationship between the processing of global and local properties is one of thecentral issues in visual information processing. In order to distinguish with effect different hesitant fuzzy elements(HFEs), we introduce the asymmetrical relative entropy between HFEs as a distance measure for higher discernment. Next,the formula of attribute weights is derived via an optimal model according to TOPSIS from the relative closeness degree constructed by the discerning relative entropy. Then, we propose the concept of cocorrelation degree from the viewpoint of probability theory and develop another new formula of hesitant fuzzy correlation coeffcient, and prove their similar properties to the traditional correlation coeffcient.To make full use of the existing similarity measures including the ones presented by us, we consider aggregation of similarity measures for hesitant fuzzy sets and derive the synthetical similarity formula.Finally, the derived formula is used for netting clustering analysis under hesitant fuzzy information and the effectiveness and superiority are veri?ed through a comparison analysis of clustering results obtained by other clustering algorithms.

Web 3.0 technology will revolutionize the learning process,enabling data linking to connect learning resources and create ontologies for different areas of knowledge that enable‘smart searches.’Smart or semantic searches perceive relationships among various pieces of information and present them to the learner.Connectivism has been proposed as a theory to guide learning in this new Web 3.0 environment.This paper discusses the relevance of connectivism and then develops an ontology for learning resources.The authors propose a hybrid similarity measure to evaluate the similarity among different learning resources.The paper presents a case study that was conducted to evaluate the proposed similarity measure on education data sets and demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

A fundamental open question in the analysis of social networks was to understand the evolution between similarity and group social ties.In general,two groups are similar for two distinct reasons:first,they grow to change their behaviors to the same group due to social influence;second,they tend to merge a group due to similar behaviors,where a process often is termed selection by sociologists.It was important to understand why two groups could merge and what led to high similarities for members in a group,influence or selection.In this paper,the techniques for identifying and modeling interactions between social influence and selection for different groups were developed.Different similarities were computed in three phases where groups came into being,before or after according to the number of common edits in Wikipedia.Experimental results showed selection played a more important role in two group merging.

Labile sex expression is frequently observed in dioecious plants,but the underlying genetic mechanism remains largely unknown.Sex plasticity is also observed in many Populus species.Here we carried out a systematic study on a maleness-promoting gene,MSL,detected in the Populus deltoides genome.Our results showed that both strands of MSL contained multiple cis-activating elements,which generated long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)promoting maleness.Although female P.deltoides did not have the male-specific MSL gene,a large number of partial sequences with high sequence similarity to this gene were detected in the female poplar genome.Based on sequence alignment,the MSL sequence could be divided into three partial sequences,and heterologous expression of these partial sequences in Arabidopsis confirmed that they could promote maleness.Since activation of the MSL sequences can only result in female sex lability,we propose that MSL-lncRNAs might play a role in causing sex lability of female poplars.

A spectral sequence matched algorithm based on acoustic field interference structure is proposed to estimate the target motion parameters.According to the longitudinalcorrelation of the acoustic field using the spectral sequences of different frequencies obtained from the target LOFAR spectrogram and the target range solution vector obtained from the two-azimuth and two-range target motion parameters calculation method,a matching cost factor of the spectral sequences similarity is constructed to estimate the target motion parameters.Both the numerical simulation and the experimental data analysis show that the initial range,course and speed can be clearly presented in the visual distribution diagram of target motion parameters.The results demonstrate that the algorithm is simple,efficient and robust to the azimuth errors.

Teinturier grapes are characterized by the typical accumulation of anthocyanins in grape skin,flesh,and vegetative tissues,endowing them with high utility value in red wine blending and nutrient-enriched foods developing.However,due to the lack of genome information,the mechanism involved in regulating teinturier grape coloring has not yet been elucidated and their genetic utilization research is still insufficient.Here,the cultivar‘Yan73’was used for assembling the telomere-to-telomere(T2T)genome of teinturier grapes by combining the High Fidelity(HiFi),Hi-C and ultralong Oxford Nanopore Technologies(ONT)reads.Two haplotype genomes were assembled,at the sizes of 501.68 Mb and 493.38 Mb,respectively.In the haplotype 1 genome,the transposable elements(TEs)contained 32.77%of long terminal repeats(LTRs),while in the haplotype 2 genome,31.53%of LTRs were detected in TEs.Furthermore,obvious inversions were identified in chromosome 18 between the two haplotypes.Transcriptome profiling suggested that the gene expression patterns in‘Cabernet Sauvignon’and‘Yan73’were diverse depending on tissues,developmental stages,and varieties.The transcription program of genes in the anthocyanins biosynthesis pathway between the two cultivars exhibited high similarity in different tissues and developmental stages,whereas the expression levels of numerous genes showed significant differences.Compared with other genes,the expression levels of VvMYBA1 and VvUFGT4 in all samples,VvCHS2 except in young shoots and VvPAL9 except in the E-L23 stage of‘Yan73’were higher than those of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’.Further sequence alignments revealed potential variant gene loci and structure variations of anthocyanins biosynthesis related genes and a 816 bp sequence insertion was found in the promoter of VvMYBA1 of‘Yan73’haplotype 2 genome.The‘Yan73’T2T genome assembly and comparative analysis provided valuable foundations for further revealing the coloring mechanism of teinturier grapes and the genetic improvement of grape coloring traits.
