silk is an important natural fiber of high economic value,and thus genetic study of the silkworm is a major area of *** analysis can provide guidance for genetic studies of silk yield *** this study,we performed a transcriptome comparison using multiple silkworms with different silk yields.A total of 22 common differentially expressed genes（DEGs） were identified in multiple strains and were mainly involved in metabolic *** these,seven significant common DEGs were verified by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,and the results coincided with the findings generated by RNA *** analysis showed that BGIBMGA003330 and BGIBMGA005780 are significantly associated with cocoon shell weight and encode uridine nucleosidase and small heat shock protein,*** annotation of these genes suggest that these play a role in silkworm silk gland development or silk protein *** addition,we performed principal component analysis（PCA） in combination with wild silkworm analysis,which indicates that modern breeding has a stronger selection effect on silk yield traits than domestication,and imply that silkworm breeding induces aggregation of genes related to silk yield.

In 1928,Shen proposed that silkworm yield traits were controlled by four genes,including one of major genes on the Z *** *** screened BmAbl（Bombyx mori Abelson） from 11 candidate genes of Z chromosome cocoon shell weight associated *** variation of this gene sequence is related to silkworm silk *** of the homologous Abl in Drosophila melanogelis（***） and the BmAbl in Bombyx mori have kinase domains,SH3 and SH2 *** and its pathway promote the fusion and inhibit the division of Golgi apparatus in the photoreceptor neurons of optic disc cells in *** studied the influence of Abl signaling pathway on silk yield of *** and Bmena,the members of BmAbl signaling pathway,were quantitated using qRT-PCR in the Abl knockout strain of Larvae during the fifth instar to verify the upstream and downstream of the pathway and its regulatory *** order to detect the effects of Bmdab and Bmena on cocoon silk traits,we constructed sgRNA plasmid to knock out these two genes using the CRISPR/Cas9 *** work will lay a foundation for the study of the effects of Bmdab and Bmena on the character of cocoon silk.
