The new fabricated slab ribbed shell roof structure is a new structure based on a large-span steel-concrete composite thin shell *** assembly unit composed of a thinwalled steel ribbed plate,a base plate,and concrete provided with bolt holes,and a plate-grid thin shell roof structure formed by the assembling and connecting assembly *** the influence of the structure’s rise span ratio,five groups of rise span ratios were used for finite element analysis and compared with single-layer cylindrical reticulated *** analysis shows that the mean value of the ultimate load of the new prefabricated panel latticed thin shell roof structure is increased by 5.3% on average compared with the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell *** the rise span ratio is 1/5,the structure has the largest stiffness and the smallest deformation;when the rise span ratio exceeds 1/5,the growth trend in the ultimate load that the structure can withstand will become smoother,and the average maximum displacement will decrease by 4.3% compared with the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell,which shows that the grid lattice structure has better stiffness.

Haima cold seep ecosystem is on the northwestern slope of the South China Sea,which is characterised by high pressure,low temperature,hypoxia,and low pH *** deep-sea mussel Gigantidas haimaensis is distributed in this *** studies have focused on its adaptation to abiotic stress,biogeography,ecotoxicology,genomes,immunity and symbiosis,but knowledge on biomineralisation remains ***,we generated a comprehensive transcript dataset from *** mantle tissue,and 30255 unigenes were *** top 20 most highly expressed genes are related to energy supply,such as mitochondrial genes,suggesting they may mediate the adaptability of this deep-sea mussel to the high pressure and hypoxia *** shell matrix protein(SMP)-related genes were identified from the transcriptome *** PCR analyses showed that five of ten acidic SMPs and nacreous-layer-matrix-protein genes(nacrein,perlucin,perlwapin,pif and mantle protein)were highly expressed in mantle tissue,while the expressions of other five genes(chitinase,SPARC,TRY,papilin and calmodulin)were *** electron microscopy showed that the shell was composed of a prismatic layer and a nacreous layer,and every nacreous layer was made of the whole pieces of aragonite that stacked on top of each *** results indicated the conservation of the structure and functions of nacreous matrix genes in ***,the nacreous layer was made of whole pieces of aragonite that were not quadrilateral or polygonal *** these genes will likely reveal the molecular mechanisms of biomineralisation in *** and other deep-sea mussels.

＜正＞The global scope of this work is to develop an integrated shape and topology optimization system for the optimum design of shell structures, which are now finding widespread use in aeronautical, automotive, civil and mechanical engineering. The proposed investigation project aims to progress on a brand new work line which has captured the mind of many researchers: the shape and topology optimization for "Computer Aided Optimal Design" [1]. This project is based on the combination of shape and topology optimization techniques, with the aim of finding the optimal shape and material distribution that maximizes the stiffness of the shell. Most research in the last decades considered both optimization techniques separately, seeking an initial optimal topology and refining the shape of the solution later [2]. The method implemented in this work uses a combined approach, were the shape of the shell structure and material distribution are optimized simultaneously. This formulation involves a variable ground structure for topology optimization, since the shape of the shell is modified in the course of the process. The presented method will enhance the exploration of better designs for carrying the applied loads, due to the ability of optimizing not only the shape of the structure, but also the material distribution over the shell. This technique would provide the designer with a tool which would help to conceive the best configuration of the element considered in each situation. The method has been implemented into a general optimization software called ODESSY, developed at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering in Aalborg. The computational model was successfully tested in several numerical applications to illustrate and validate the approach, discussing the efficiency and feasibility of the method.

The α-decay energies （Qα） are systematically investigated with the nuclear masses for 10 ≤Z ≤120 isotopes obtained by the relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov （RCHB） theory with the covariant density func- tional PC-PK1, and compared with available experimental values. It is found that the α-decay energies deduced from the RCHB results present a similar pattern to those from available experiments. Owing to the large predicted Qα values （≥4 MeV）, many undiscovered heavy nuclei in the proton-rich side and super-heavy nuclei may have large possibilities for α-decay. The influence of nuclear shell structure on α-decay energies is also analysed.

Carbon encapsulated iron nanoparticles （CEINPs） with very thin shells and good core-shell structures were prepared by DC arc discharge at argon intake temperature （AIT） of 800 ℃. The results of high resolution transmission electron microscope （HRTEM）, energy dispersive X-ray （EDX） spectroscope, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope （XPS） characterizations on the product B show that the thickness of the carbon shells of CEINPs in the product B is in the range of ca. 0.5-5.3 nm, i. e., which can be as thin as only two layers of graphite. The average diameter of the CEINPs is about 24. 7 nm. The total content of Fe element in the product B is 77.0 wt%. The saturation magnetization （Ms） and coercivity （Hc） of the product B are 107.4 emu/g and 143 Oe. resnectivelv. The formation of the CEINPs in the oroduct B is discussed briefly.

The growth mechanism of botanic root systems in nature is applied in the research of the topology design optimization technique for stiffened thin-wall shell structures. The design criterion of stiffener growth on thin-wall shell structures is based on the growth mechanics of botanic root system morphology. The stiffeners started from the so-called seeds grow and branch off towards the direction with the maximum effectiveness of the global mechanical performance, which is dependent on the design sensitivity of the current structure. During the growth process, the volume increment is controlled so as to make it possible to create new branches and to eliminate the degenerated branches. The validity and effectiveness of the suggested method are affirmed by some typical stiffener layout design problems of thin-wall shell structures to achieve minimum compliance.

This article proposes the potential energy function of nucleon in nucleus, derives the expression equation of nuclear force, shows that nucleus has the shell structure by the solving the Schr?dinger equation of nucleon, obtains the magic numbers, and interprets the past experimental results in theory;for example the radius of nucleus is proportional to the cubic root of nucleon number, the nuclear force is repulsive in the depths of nucleus and attractive in the surface layer, and the variation of average binding energy of nucleons with the nucleon number.
