On Incentive and Coordination Mechanism of service outsourcing Based on Principal-Agent Theory and Blockchain Technology

To address the issue of information asymmetry between the two parties and moral hazard among service providers in the process of service outsourcing,this paper builds the Stackelberg game model based on the principal-agent framework,examines the dynamic game situation before the contract being signed,and develops four information *** analysis reveals a Pareto improvement in the game’s Nash equilibrium when comparing the four models from the standpoint of the supply *** the complete information scenario,the service level of the service provider,the customer company’s incentive effectiveness,and the supply chain system’s ultimate profit are all ***,a coordinating mechanism for disposable profit is built in this *** paper then suggests a blockchain-based architecture for the service outsourcing process supervision and a distributed incentive mechanism under the coordination mechanism in response to the inadequacy of the principal-agent theory to address the information asymmetry problem and the moral hazard *** experiment’s end findings demonstrate that both parties can benefit from the coordination mechanism,and the application of blockchain technology can resolve these issues and effectively encourage service providers.

This paper,based on the analysis of the active roles and the possible negative effects of offshore service outsourcing,studied the service outsourcing development path through theoretical analysis as well as industry practical *** research conclusions suggest that the developing countries such as China should first focus on the development of onshore outsourcing to lay a solid foundation for service outsourcing industry,and then develop offshore outsourcing when the international comparative advantage of the industry is *** outsourcing and onshore outsourcing should be coordinated in their development.

China’s service outsourcing is in the initial stage, so it is an urgent need for innovative scientific research to improve competitiveness. In this paper, firstly, based on the development of China’s service status, it took use of services and service innovation in scientific theory, researching the modern service industry innovation model, to find out the services-driven elements which can be closely integrated value chain of service outsourcing. Secondly, it contracted the service architecture model of the process of innovation for the service outsourcing model innovation, which provides a new way of thinking.

China and outsourcing Offshore in the 21st Century:the Next Ten Years

In light of the current global economic slowdown and the concentrated efforts of the Chinese government to invest in the outsourcing industry,this study focuses on two critical issues for future growth over the next ten years:the fragmentation of the Chinese outsourcing industry and the shortage of business personnel with international business *** a literature review that,for the first time,integrates the Chinese studies with global research,we summarize the current state of out-sourcing offshore and the potential in the Chinese *** then analyze the out-sourcing industry using a general equilibrium model requiring partner search with service providers by final producers from East and West,focusing on two key variables directly related to the issue of Chinese industrial fragmentation:the service provider location and final producer search *** then draw implications related to China’s future outsourcing efforts and policy changes that address the issue of industrial fragmentation.

在全球金融市场和商品市场套利机会迅速减少的情况下，劳动力套利成为全球化的重要推进力量。劳动力套利形成了全球化生产格局并引发了离岸服务外包的浪潮。当前，全球贸易保护主义的兴起对劳动力套利构成了强大阻力，虽然近几年中国的工资水平在不断上涨，但是劳动力套利仍然有一定的空间和广阔的前景。中国可以采取恰当的政策稳固全球生产基地地位，促进服务外包产业发展，适度提高劳动力薪酬，扩大就业并缓解贸易摩擦。
