The service sector plays an important role in the modern economies of the developed countries and Taiwan as *** innovation has been one of the critical determinants to the success of the business performance and is the essential element to meet the customers’ needs and *** this paper,a concept is proposed to depict a leading brand in the kitchen design and appliances ***-based company-Sakura Corporation has developed and plans to implemented a 3D kitchen furniture design and ordering systems as well as new service mode throughout the Kitchen Life Stores across Taiwan starting from *** successful factors for the service innovation project are top management support,technological readiness,knowledge management capabilities,external focus and internal *** 3D kitchen furniture design and ordering systems are the crucial and enabling roles to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.

In 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the healthy development of the hotel service *** order to survive and develop,the hotel industry is also constantly *** research suggests that there are four difficulties in hotel service innovation:shortage of capital chain,imperfect incentive mechanism of innovation,huge change of customer consumption concept and unclear positioning of service *** innovative optimization strategies are proposed,including increasing contactless services,expanding new marketing channels,integrating products and services,and improving the level of digital services.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the application of digital resources to develop the service innovation mode in the view of knowledge management. In the article all the databases and functions of the ISI Web of Knowledge were taken as an example to practice the knowledge management in information service for librarians in the digital library. The modes such as novelty search, competitive intelligence, thematic information, research front and prediction, peer tracking, research assessment, expert literature database, and academic discussion community were discussed according to the cycle of knowledge management practice. And the new knowledge from these innovative services was shared on the knowledge management system.

service innovation is fundamental competitiveness to service enterprise. Researches on domestic service enterprise shows that organization support and emotional labor, Psychological empowerment, learning commitment, internal social capital are the key variables to significantly affect employee’s service orientation and further service innovation. So managers should strengthen organization support, reduce emotional labor, enhance psychological empowerment, and learning commitment to improve enthusiasm, which in turn generate more service-oriented behaviors.

China’s service outsourcing is in the initial stage, so it is an urgent need for innovative scientific research to improve competitiveness. In this paper, firstly, based on the development of China’s service status, it took use of services and service innovation in scientific theory, researching the modern service industry innovation model, to find out the services-driven elements which can be closely integrated value chain of service outsourcing. Secondly, it contracted the service architecture model of the process of innovation for the service outsourcing model innovation, which provides a new way of thinking.

新兴的分享经济商业模式引发了有待研究的许多新问题。本文基于服务科学角度，运用服务蓝图法描述分享经济服务流程，引入发明问题解决理论TRIZ，将技术参数和创新原理等理论与服务领域进行适配，尝试利用服务冲突矩阵来解决服务管理问题，通过改进服务流程以实现服务创新。本文创新地集成服务蓝图与TRIZ理论并研究其在服务设计中的适用性，提出分享经济模式下的服务创新理论框架，以Uber在中国本土化进程中的服务冲突解决为案例，详细描述了本框架的步骤内容，并证实其可行性。本文提出的基于TRIZ理论和服务蓝图法的服务创新框架，为促进新兴商业模式的服务设计以及服务领域的问题解决从而实现服务创新提供新的思路。

Against the current social and technological background dominated by services and technology,new opportunities are opening up for the industrial transformation and upgrading of the construction *** the successful transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through servitization,scholars and practitioners have begun to explore the possibility of servitization in the construction *** practices and theory show that different understandings of servitization in the construction sector exist;however,they are still in their infancy and lack a deep and systematic awareness,which does not benefit the transformation and upgrading of construction through ***,this paper systematically analyzes the motivation,definition,and implications of servitization in construction based on the value-adding nature of servitization and considers the problems confronting the construction *** facilitate this development,transformation pathways for servitization in construction are analyzed from multiple angles,including value co-creation,service innovation,and networked operation,which are in line with the new trends in digital *** addition,based on the supporting elements of construction,which include finance,human resources,technology,materials,and equipment,this paper examines the impact of servitization on the construction industry’s *** short,we expect that this systematic analysis and exposition can provide a holistic view of servitization in construction from the inside out for scholars and practitioners and can help to promote servitization in construction.
