Increasing CO_(2) levels in the atmosphere due to the consumption of large amounts of fossil fuels is exacerbating global climate change,which seriously threatens sustainable human development.As a responsible and respectable country,China has announced remarkable goals of reaching a carbon emission peak and achieving carbon neutrality,which are challenging missions with enormous contributions to the world.As a strategic support,disruptive and transformative energy technologies are urgently required to develop new green and low-carbon energy industries.Renewable energy sources such as wind and sun,which can generate zero-carbon electric power,have been rapidly developed in recent years.

Parkinson's disease(PD)is featured with motor disorder and nonmotor manifestations(Li et al.,2017;Zhang et al.2016) under the pathological change of Substantia Nigra(Dong et al.,2017)and non substantia nigra including medial prefrontal cortex(Li et al.,2017).Its primary motor symptoms include tremor(oscillatory movement),bradykinesia(slowness of motion),rigidity(increment of muscle tone),and postural instability,which seriously affect patients'quality of life(Du and Chen,2017).

The process of high power laser interaction with the large scale length corona plasma produced by the leading edge of the laser pulse has been investigated. Early experimental results are re-analyzed and conclusions drawn. In particular,studies of the close connection of unstable filamentation instability with – mainly – two-plasmon decay and – partly –stimulated Raman scattering, stimulated Brillouin scattering, and resonance absorption are carried out in this paper. The positive and negative effects of filamentation instability are also discussed.

The recent outbreak of COVID-19 has spread rapidly across the world.The pandemic has been seriously affecting public health and national and global economies since the beginning of 2020.By 3 November 2020,the world’s cumulative reported infections exceeded 46 million and the number of deaths reached 1.2 million(WHO 2020).The rapid spread of COVID-19 and its induced pandemic control through territory lockdown,travel bans and many other restrictions imposed on people’s movements have seriously affected the economy of all countries across the world.Worldwide,the pandemic has significantly affected food systems,particularly agricultural inputs and outputs markets,food processing and employment along food value chains,which has exacerbated poverty and food and nutrition insecurity.The latest FAO report on the State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World estimates that the COVID-19 pandemic could add 130 million people worldwide suffering from chronic hunger in 2020(FAO et al.2020).The pandemic is still serious and even worsening in some countries while it is currently under control in other countries.

Steel piles at the tidal zone can be seriously corroded. Common protective methods such as painting or coating with rubber or other protective materials, etc. cannot provide full protection when used as supplementary protection because these traditional methods require strict pretreatment and sealing of the metallic surface from the corrosive mediums.and time for the protective coatings to solidify. This is very difficult under the severe action of waves and surges on the sea.With our oil-soluble DZ-2 tape, protection efficiency for hanging steel plates at the tidal and splash zones reaches to 82-99%. The protection efficiency of water soluble DZ tape at the tidal zone reaches to 92.9%. The DZ and DZ-2 tapes can rapidly reduce the original corrosion velocity to ten percent and one percent respectively as fully proved by the 500 hour rapid corrosion testing with indoor salt fog and by the relevant electrochemical parameters of instantaneous corrosion velocity,etc.DZ tape absorbs much OH- to cause a pH
