Acetone,which is volatile,flammable,toxic,expen- sive and causing serious air pollution,is often used as extracting solvent in the production of powdery soy *** and reusing acetone is the key of reducing the cost of production. Therefore,saving energy and reducing emission when recycling acetone are the most important technologies during the production of *** the basis of the productivity of powdery phospholipid being 2.4 t every day,43.2 t acetone is reused every 8 h and the total volume of acetone gas emitted is 450.75 m3 (about 901.5 kg).According to the current price of acetone,the lost money is about 7212 yuan RMB.

To improve ground vehicle efficiency, shift schedule energy saving was proposed for the ground vehicle automatic transmission by studying the function of the torque converter and transmission in the vehicular drivetrain. The shift schedule can keep the torque converter working in the high efficiency range under all the working conditions except in the low efficiency range on the left when the transmission worked at the lowest shift, and in the low efficiency range on the right when the transmission worked at the highest shift. The shift quality key factors were analysed. The automatic trans-mission's bench-test adopting this shift schedule was made on the automatic transmission's test-bed. The experimental results showed that the shift schedule was correct and that the shift quality was controllable.

The energy consumption of iron ore sintering process is about 10%- 15%of the total of iron and steel ***,it is of great significance to take effective measures to reduce the energy consumption in the iron ore sintering process to reduce the costs of sintering product and cut down the emissions of harmful gases,such as CO_2 and SO_*** this study,the technology development of saving energy and reducing emission in iron ore sintering process was reviewed and discussed;some new directions and measures of saving energy were presented for the sintering process in the future.

In this paper,a novel cooling control strategy as part of the smart energy system that can balance thermal comfort against building energy consumption by using the sensing and machine programming technology was *** this goal,a general form of a building was coupled by the smart cooling system(SCS)and the consumption of energy with thermal comfort cooling of persons simulated by using the energyPlus software and compared with similar buildings without *** the beginning of the research,using the data from a survey in a randomly selected group of hundreds and by analyzing and verifying the results of the specific relationship between the different groups of people in the statistical society,the body mass index(BMI)and their thermal comfort temperature were obtained,and the sample building was modeled using the energyPlus *** result show that if an intelligent ventilation system that can calculate the thermal comfort temperature was used in accordance with the BMI of persons,it can save up to 35%of the cooling load of the building yearly.

From the point of view of saving energy, a new shift schedule and auto-controlling strategy for automatic transmission are proposed. In order to verify this shift schedule, a simulation program using a software package of Matlab/ Simulink is developed. The simulation results show the shift schedule is correct. This shift schedule has enriched the theory of vehicle automatic maneuvering and will improve the efficiency of hydrodynanic drive system of the vehicle.
