To solve the problems of shaving and reusing information in the information system, a rules-based ontology constructing approach from object-relational databases is proposed. A 3-tuple ontology constructing model is proposed first. Then, four types of ontology constructing rules including class, property, property characteristics, and property restrictions ave formalized according to the model. Experiment results described in Web ontology language prove that our proposed approach is feasible for applying in the semantic objects project of semantic computing laboratory in UC Irvine. Our approach reduces about twenty percent constructing time compared with the ontology construction from relational databases.

In today’s real world, an important research part in image processing isscene text detection and recognition. Scene text can be in different languages,fonts, sizes, colours, orientations and structures. Moreover, the aspect ratios andlayouts of a scene text may differ significantly. All these variations appear assignificant challenges for the detection and recognition algorithms that are consideredfor the text in natural scenes. In this paper, a new intelligent text detection andrecognition method for detectingthe text from natural scenes and forrecognizingthe text by applying the newly proposed Conditional Random Field-based fuzzyrules incorporated Convolutional Neural Network (CR-CNN) has been ***, we have recommended a new text detection method for detecting theexact text from the input natural scene images. For enhancing the presentation ofthe edge detection process, image pre-processing activities such as edge detectionand color modeling have beenapplied in this work. In addition, we have generatednew fuzzy rules for making effective decisions on the processes of text detectionand recognition. The experiments have been directedusing the standard benchmark datasets such as the ICDAR 2003, the ICDAR 2011, the ICDAR2005 and the SVT and have achieved better detection accuracy intext detectionand recognition. By using these three datasets, five different experiments havebeen conducted for evaluating the proposed model. And also, we have comparedthe proposed system with the other classifiers such as the SVM, the MLP and theCNN. In these comparisons, the proposed model has achieved better classificationaccuracywhen compared with the other existing works.

In this article, we assume that there exist the pseudoscalar D■s0*(2317) and D*■s1*(2460) molecular states Z1,2 and construct the color singlet-singlet molecule-type interpolating currents to study their masses with the QCD sum rules. In calculations, we consider the contributions of the vacuum condensates up to dimension-10 and use the formulaμ =(MX/Y/Z2 -(2 Mc)2)1/2 to determine the energy scales of the QCD spectral densities. The numerical results, MZ1=4.61-0.08+0.11 GeV and MZ2= 4.60-0.06+0.07 GeV, which lie above the D■s0*(2317) and D*■s1*(2460) thresholds respectively,indicate that the D■s0*(2317) and D*■s1*(2460) are difficult to form bound state molecular states, the Z1,2 are probably resonance states.

The formation and growth of cracks in concrete dams are mainly induced by hydrostatic and temperature *** cracks es-pecially unstable cracks are of great danger to the safety of dams,it is critical to avoid extremely adverse load combinations during the dam operations to achieve the stability of ***,the adverse load combinations have to be deter-mined empirically by experts based on specific dam site ***,it is attractive to apply quantitative instead of empirical methods to identify the adverse loading *** this study,we employ an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference sys-tem(ANFIS) to Chencun concrete *** ANFIS is able to help us build a relationship between the model inputs(reservoir water level and air temperature) and the model output(crack opening displacement).Based on this relationship,the rules of the adverse load combinations to the crack are generated directly from the monitoring *** accuracy of the trained ANFIS is proved by comparing the modeling results and the monitoring *** work demonstrates that the ANFIS is a useful ap-proach for accurately recognizing the rules of the adverse load combinations that can be used in the knowledge base of dam safety expert system.

We revisit hidden-charm pentaquark states P_c(4380) and P_c(4450) using the method of QCD sum rules by requiring the pole contribution to be greater than or equal to 30% in order to better that the one-pole parametrization is valid. We find two mixing currents, and our results suggest that P_c(4380) and P_c(4450) can be identified as hiddencharm pentaquark states having J^P= 3/2^-and 5/2^+, respectively. However, there still exist other possible spin-parity assignments, such as J^P = 3/2^+ and J^P = 5/2^-, which must be clarified in further theoretical and experimental studies.

By the means of static leaching experiment and dynamic leaching experiment,CODCr leaching rules of dumped MSW(Municipal Solid Waste) in Songtao Reservoir,Hainan Province,China,were studied. And according to academic experience and fitted results of experiment data,the models of CODCr leaching rules in the leaching condition were deduced. The static leaching experiment indicates that,both in water-changing section and no-water-changing section,the ratio of liquid to solid has a remarkable influence on CODCr leaching concentration. The exponential model could be established to approximately describe CODCr leaching rules and the curve fits well. The dynamic leaching experiment indicates that,leaching rules of MSW can be approximately described by power model,which can well fit the leaching experiment data. By the contrast of the static leaching experiment and dynamic leaching experiment,the differences of CODCr leaching rules between the two experiments are significant. By the exponential model,the average static leaching rate of CODCr is calculated as 882.24 mg/(kg·d) for water-changing section and 320.39 mg/(kg·d) for no-water-changing section; by the power model,the average dynamic leaching rate of CODCr is 208.77 mg/(kg·d).
