Valiant load-balancing （VLB） routing scheme has drawbacks of logical full mesh, intermediate nodes （networks） and single application of topology. To address these, the authors propose a novel routing scheme called regionalized VLB （R-VLB）. Based on ideas of VLB and regionalizing, R-VLB divides the nodes of backbone network into several regions whose topological structure is logical full mesh, and combines shortest-path routing scheme and VLB routing scheme. R-VLB also achieves logical local interconnection, non-central nodes （networks） and a wide range of application of topology. The relevant theoretical analysis and simulation results show that R-VLB achieve good throughput and failure performance close to that of VLB, and it even has better delay performance. R-VLB provides an idea for the application of VLB routing scheme.

Reliable Data Collection Model and Transmission Framework in Large-Scale Wireless Medical Sensor Networks

NoC（Network on a chip） is being proposed as a scalable and reusable communication platform for future SoC（System on a chip） *** is a critical issue in interconnection network design,driven by power-related design constraints,such as power distribution optimization and thermal protection design,especially when network becomes *** this work,we present an on-chip routing scheme based on a new power model and dynamic XY routing algorithm,which can adapt routing decision based on power conditions,optimize power distribution and avoid hotspots occurring in the *** verify the routing scheme,a SystemC-based NoC（Mesh4×4） simulator is *** demonstrate the proposed routing scheme can effectively regulate network power distribution to meet power balance requirement（maximum and variance of power can decrease by 8.1% and 21.1% at best respectively） with negligible network performance penalty.

Satellite network users want to unify different satellites to enhance the quality-of-service(Qo S)stability of the satellite networks and select feasible paths through different networks to feed different applications. Unfortunately, the state of affairs is that different applications need to use several different application programming interfaces and to design different protocols on how and when to use a specific network. This is troublesome and error-prone as the application programming interfaces vary a lot. In this paper, we design a Virtual Strategy in satellite network based on which a Qo S routing service scheme is then proposed. We analyze why applications should use and benefit from Virtual Strategy. This Virtual Strategy is a middleware solution that enables seamless usage of services from different satellite network parts. And then, the supporting Qo S routing solution enables the committed Qo S services over Virtual Strategy. Finally, we provide a comparison between the previous satellite networks and our work. The simulation results show that our Virtual Strategy Qo S routing scheme demonstrates dominated performances under complex architecture.

Mobile free space optical networks have aroused much attention due to the ability of providing high speed connectivity over long distance using the wireless laser links,while requiring relatively high available bandwidth resource and less energy ***,maintaining the network with laserlinks is quite challenging due to a number of issues,such as the link fragility,the difficulty in pointingand tracking of the link,which also raises the great difficulty in the control of the *** this paper,we present the methodology for the deployment of the mobile freespace optical networks based on our proposed OpenFlow-based control *** addition,a new routing scheme is proposed and demonstrated on the testbed based on this control *** ratio,average delivery delay and time complexity are given to verify the performance of the OpenFlow-based control architecture.
