Effects of Long-term K Fertilizer Application on the Crop Yield and K Distribution of Soil Aggregates in a Paddy-Upland rotation System

[Objective]A long-term paddy-upland experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of the recommended amount of potassium( K)fertilizer on crop yield,distribution of soil aggregate,and soil available K content. It was mainly to ascertain the distribution of K in the soil aggregate components in the paddy-upland rotation system,and then to provide theoretical basis for soil structure improvement,K pool management,and reasonable application of K fertilizer. [Method]There were 2 treatments selected,namely,NP(-K) treatment and NPK( + K) treatment in this study. Then the effects of K fertilizer application on the yield,available K content,and aggregate distribution in the middle rice-winter rape rotation system were analyzed. [Result]The results showed that the output of the crop rotation was affected by the year and fertilization. Compared with NP(-K),the average yield increases of rice and winter rape after application of K fertilizer were 0.51 and 0.33 t/hm2,with the increments of 7.5%and 14. 1% respectively. The long-term application of K fertilizer( 7 a) had no significant effects on the distribution of soil aggregates but could significantly increase the water-soluble K content and available K content at depths of 20-30 and 30-40 cm,and available K content of aggregates in each particle size. In addition,the balance of available K at the 10-20 and 30-40 cm of soil layers was the most significant through calculation of surplus-deficit value of available K in agglomerates of different soil layers. [Conclusion]Compared with the initial available K content in the farmland in 2011,the current K fertilizer application could lead to that farmland K content continues to decline. Therefore,we should pay attention to straw returned and supplement of organic K fertilizer,to maintain crop rotation system's productivity and soil K balance.

The efficient cultivation technique of "rice-rice-potato" triple cropping rotation pattern is summarized by analyzing its characteristics and cultivation techniques in Yangjiang region of Guangdong Province,China,and machine-transplanted cultivation technique of double cropping rice and cultivation techniques of winter potato black film mulching are emphatically introduced,in order to promote the development of potato industry in Yangjiang City.The results will provide a scientific basis for the popularization and application of the "rice-rice-potato" triple cropping rotation pattern.

Upper bound analysis for deep tunnel face with joined failure mechanism of translation and rotation

A joined failure mechanism of translation and rotation was proposed for the stability analysis of deep tunnel face, and the upper bound solution of supporting force of deep tunnel was calculated under pore water pressure. The calculations were based on limit analysis method of upper bound theory, with the employment of non-associated Mohr-Coulomb flow rule. Nonlinear failure criterion was adopted. Optimized analysis was conducted for the effects of the tunnel depth, pore water pressure coefficient, the initial cohesive force and nonlinear coefficient on supporting force. The upper bound solutions are obtained by optimum method. Results are listed and compared with the previously published solutions for the verification of correctness and effectiveness. The failure shapes are presented, and results are discussed for different pore water pressure coefficients and nonlinear coefficients of tunnel face.

Chiral Electrodeposition by the rotation in a Vertical Magnetic Field

The roles of the rotations in the process of chirality appearance in magnetoelectrodeposition were theoretically clarified.Electrodeposition in a vertical magnetic field induces a macroscopic fluid rotation called vertical MHD flow(VMHDF) over the electrode surface.Inside the rotation,minute numerous micro-vortexes called micro-MHD flow(MMHDF) arise from 2D and 3D nucleation,which interact with the mass flux of metallic ion,yielding chiral deposits with the characteristic features called micro- and nano-mystery circles.Generally,numerous vortexes always keep chiral symmetry,forming four types of vortexes,i.e.,with the combination of upward or downward and clockwise or counterclockwise.However,ionic vacancy acting as an atomic scale lubricant is created in electrodeposition,which gives a restriction to the vortexes;the bottom of an upward vortex covered with ionic vacancies becomes a free surface without friction,whereas the bottom of a downward vortex exposed without ionic vacancies remains rigid with friction.The rotation of VMHDF donates a precession to the upward vortexes to rotate in the same direction,which finally yield a chiral deposit.The similar effect to that of VMHDF can be expected for the system rotation(SR),where an electrolytic cell rotates in a vertical magnetic field.In this case,the SR gives the reverse rotation to the upward vortexes,so that a deposit with reverse chirality is obtained.

The Correlation between Femoral Anteversion and Femoral Condyle rotation in Patients with Osteoarthritis of the Hip Joint: Investigation about the Asian Female Patients

An abnormality of femoral anteversion (FA) is often recognized in patients with osteoarthritis of the hip joint (hip OA). And it is considered that rotation abnormality in the knee and the lower leg occurs as compensation, in cases of FA abnormality. The purpose of this study was to assess the magnitude and variability of FA and femoral condyle rotation (FCR) in order to identify the association between FA and FCR in female patients with hip OA who require total hip arthroplasty. A total of 174 hips from 174 hip OA patients undergoing THA were included in this study. All patients were Asian women (average age: 71.1 years). An equilateral correlation was accepted in FA and FCR. It was thought that FA abnormality might be accompanied by morphological rotation abnormalities of the knee joint. Caution is needed in considering femoral anteversion using the posterior condylar line. We must consider FA in patients undergoing THA after having considered the whole leg rotation.

本文以1998年实施的国税局长异地交流制度为自然实验，利用此次改革导致的局长任职经历差异度量了地方的政企合谋，基于1998-2007年间的制造业企业和国税局长的匹配数据，研究了政企合谋对企业逃税的影响。我们发现：本地晋升的局长(相比外地调入局长)政企合谋更严重，由此导致的企业平均税负相差17％；外调局长的效应在任期8年后完全消失；由于政企合谋根源于引资竞争，因此合谋导致的逃税仅存在于流动性足够高的企业类型，如外企和私企；政企合谋的逃税效应与税种的监管难度正相关，如企业所得税逃税较多，而增值税则没有显著影响。

There have been a few studies on mechanical mechanism of the periodic twinned nanowires in recent years.The purpose of this work is to investigate the behavior of twinned Au nanowires under the torsion loading.In this study,the Molecular Dynamics(MD)software LAMMPS is adopted to carry out simulation of the twinned nanowires deformation.The parameter of Common Neighbor Analysis is used to mark the different atoms which have different local crystal structures around them.Our results show that the Common Neighbor Analysis of some atoms on three main regions have been changed a lot in the rotation process of twinned nanowires.The local crystal structures of some atoms on the two regions near the ends of nanowires have been altered,but have gradually recovered during the rotation process.We found that some fcc planes of the middle area have become the hcp planes with the deformation increasing,and the hcp lattice represents twin structure.The middle plane of the nanowire is also a plane of the middle area,which has changed from twin plane into grain boundary,then fcc plane.

Method of Improving the Navigation Accuracy of SINS by Continuous rotation

A method of improving the navigation accuracy of strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) is studied. The particular technique discussed involves the continuous rotation of gyros and accelerometers cluster about the vertical axis of the vehicle. Then the errors of these sensors will have periodic variation corresponding to components along the body frame. Under this condition, the modulated sensor errors produce reduced system errors. Theoretical analysis based on a new coordinate system defined as sensing frame and test results are presented, and they indicate the method attenuates the navigation errors brought by the gyros' random constant drift and the accelerometer's bias and their white noise compared to the conventional method.
