In this paper,a vehicle body fatigue analysis is performed by using virtual road load data from virtual proving *** of fatigue results based on virtual road load data and tested road load data is conduct By comparing the results,the calculated body damage areas are found very similar and can be accepted in ***,tested road load data can be partly replaced with load data from virtual proving ground at early period of the project The development time and test costs can be reduced accordingly.

In recent years,virtual proving ground（VPG） technique has been widely used in vehicle multi-body dynamics *** paper mainly focuses on the method to construct the digital roads incorporated in the virtual proving *** first,the Mobile road Scanning System was introduced to acquire point clouds of the physical test roads of an actual proving ground located in southwest of ***,considering both road characteristics and development requirements,a CRG road surface model construction methodology was *** the end,digital surface models of the physical test roads were constructed and coupled in full-vehicle *** a result,the simulation based on the proposed method can predict the external loads of wheel parts under various loading cases,by comparing with load data acquired by *** consequence,our research will assist in providing an efficient tool for the analysis of vehicle system/sub-system loads.
