In the case of The King and Kwok Leung & Others [HKLRD] Centenary Supplement 1,the evidence was not translated to the accused,this was the case which didn't respect the accused's language right and human rights.And there is an irregularity in the criminal proceedings,it should be a mistrial.This essay will study this case and discuss it from the perspective language right and human right of the accused in criminal proceedings in Hong Kong.

The article initially reviews various works describing the physical model (PM) of Michelson’s interferometric experiment (ME), represented by the race between two swimmers Sw1, Sw2 (or boats, or planes, or sound signals, etc.). The two swimmers must each swim the same distance, but Sw1 will swim along the river flow, and Sw2 will swim perpendicularly to this direction. In all such works, it is considered that Sw2’s path will require less time and that it will reach the start point first. However, in this work, it has been determined that in order to make this possible, Sw2 must not observe the orthogonality rule of his start direction. This action would be deceitful to the arbiters and thus considered as non-fair-play towards Sw1. The article proves by swimming times calculus, that if the fair-play rules are observed, then the correct crosswise path (in water reference frame) is a right triangle instead of the isosceles triangle considered by Michelson. Consequently, the two times shall be perfectly equal and the race ends in a tie, and the myth of Sw2 as the race winner shall be debunked. Note that the same result shall also be applicable to Michelson’s interferometric experiment (ME) as well as to any similar experiment. Therefore, utilising the isosceles triangle as the transversal path in PM and also in ME is an erroneous act.

Objective: The aim of the study was to determine usefulness of isovolumic acceleration to assess right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary hypertension. Background: right ventricular dysfunction is a powerful predictor of adverse outcomes in patients with pulmonary hypertension. Although isovolumic acceleration is a sensitive and relatively load-independent parameter for ventricular contractile function, it has not been widely used. So, the aim of the study was to determine the usefulness of isovolumic acceleration in assessing right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary hypertension. Methods: A single center, prospective observational case-control study has been carried out for the period of one year at Osmania general hospital (Hyderabad). A total of 32 consecutive patients with pulmonary hypertension and 32 age matched healthy controls were recruited in the study as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. Receiver operator characteristic curves were used to study sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive values as well as pearson’s correlation coefficients. Results: The results of the study showed that isovolumic acceleration has good significant correlation with right ventricular fractional area change (r = 0.554, p = 0.001) and tissue Doppler myocardial performance index (r = -0.599, p = 0.001) whereas a lesser but significant correlation was observed with tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (r = 0.327, p = 0.034). Isovolumic acceleration showed higher specificity (81%) and positive predictive value (88%) in diagnosing right ventricular dysfunction in pulmonary hypertension compared to tricuspid annular systolic excursion velocity and tissue Doppler myocardial performance index parameters. Therefore isovolumic acceleration may be a better variable for diagnosing right ventricular dysfunction. Conclusions: Isovolumic acceleration is a sensitive and specific marker of right ventricular function in pulmonary hypertension.

Fresh water is an indispensable part of the environment for being one of the three media of abiotic environment,as well as for its essential function and vital role to biotic environment.The failure of the human beings and their communities to satisfy the environment for appropriate water requirement has been leading to significant,unnecessary and preventable sufferings on both the environment and the human beings.This paper discusses that the environment for appropriate water requirement is a right implicitly or explicitly by international law,international documents and state practice.Individuals and their communities at various levels should work to provide people with appropriate water and guarantee the environmental right to water as a lawful right.By acknowledging the environmental right to water and willingness to meet this right for the environment deprived of it,the human beings and their communities should have a valuable tool for addressing the crisis of water resources and sustainable development.

The emergence of the right to be forgotten not only triggered a heated debate between the European Union (EU)and the United States (US), but also caused quite a stir in China’s judicial and legal theory circles. While academicsfrom the UK and the US are wary of the right to be forgotten, their Chinese counterparts are fairly optimistic thatthis right can be transplanted to China. It is found that remarks such as “introducing the right to be forgotten”,“establishing personal information rights”, and “laying down a law on personal information rights” can befrequently observed in relevant studies published in recent years. As an immature new right that has been writteninto laws of some countries, whether the right to be forgotten is in line with China’s practicalities should becogitated on before it is enshrined in law. Having analyzed what influences the right to be forgotten will exert onChina’s rule of law and economic development if it is included in China’s legal system, a conclusion has beenreached. First, the right to be forgotten is detrimental to Chins’ s advancement of rule of law because it contradictsrights such as freedom of the press, freedom of speech and right to know. Second, it will also inhibit thedevelopment of China’s burgeoning digital economy. Therefore, the right to be forgotten should not be introducedto or even established in Chinese law at this stage.

Let us call a ring R (without identity) to be right symmetric if for any triple a,b,c,∈R?abc = 0 then acb = 0. Such rings are neither symmetric nor reversible (in general) but are semicommutative. With an idempotent they take care of the sheaf representation as obtained by Lambek. Klein 4-rings and their several generalizations and extensions are proved to be members of such class of rings. An extension obtained is a McCoy ring and its power series ring is also proved to be a McCoy ring.

In recent years, a series of pilot projects in mortgage of farmland contractual management right have been carried out in some regions. However, there is considerable dispute over whether the farmland contractual management right can be mortgaged in the practice of China's legislation on land circulation. We firstly introduced current situations of mortgage of farmland contractual management right in China. Then, we analyzed existing problems in mortgage of farmland contractual management right. Finally, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations, to bring into full play land use efficiency, more rationally distribute land resource, and further promote development of rural economy.

Land is the essential element of agricultural production,making innovation upon rural land use system and establishing flexible and effective land circulation system concern efficiency and optimization of agricultural resource allocation and development of rural element market. With more and more farmers engaged in secondary and tertiary industries,land left by those farmers is circulated to those farmers willing to do farming. Rural land circulation is inevitable trend of economic and social development,but it is a progressive process. To realize smooth rural land circulation,there must be standardized system.
