Relationship between the registration and right change of housing land use right is not clearly stipulated in the Property Law. Land registration involves functions of private law and public law. It is partial to only considering private rights dimension when deciding whether registration validity doctrine or registration confrontation doctrine should be implemented in housing land use right. Compilation of land use planning, implementation of land use control and promotion of arrangement project in rural residential area all rely on sound and complete housing land registration data. To clarify housing land right adscription, eliminate hidden troubles causing housing land dispute and promote the establishment of harmonious countryside can never be achieved without housing land registration data. To carry out registration validity doctrine of housing land use right can effectively guide farmers' registration behavior and thus build a perfect registration information system of housing land use right. After the cross-village and even cross-town arrangement in rural residential areas, rural acquaintance society has transformed into semi-acquaintance society and even stranger society. Therefore, housing land use right commending its existence with registration in public form has been a necessary choice in legislation.

Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia is an inherited fatal cardiomyopathy causing fat and connective tissue infiltration of right ventricle. In advanced disease, it may also involve left ventricle. Heart failure, arrhythmias and sudden death are main clinical components. Many different genetic mutations can cause this cardiomyopathy. All mutations lead to the formation of the disease are not yet defined. Basis of pathogenetic event is corruption of physical connection as well as the electrical conduction between cardiomyocytes due to these genetic reasons. Genetical inheritance is frequently autosomal dominant but incomplete. Because of the many different phenotypes, there may be great heterogenity of clinical manifestations in same family. Diagnostic criteria are renovated lately. Current cardiac imaging techniques for the diagnosis is gradually progressing. A combination of several tests should be used for diagnosis. Early and accurate diagnosis will save lives and improve the patient’s quality of life. In this paper, after mentioning the features and diagnosis of ARVD, differential diagnosis of ARVD from other diseases which may cause fatty infiltration of heart, arrhythmias and sudden death will be focused.

Land,the foundation of agriculture and farmers,is the most basic capital goods of agricultural production. Confirmation of land right in rural areas not only effectively protects the land contract management right of peasants and helps to realize the informatization management of land contract,but also lays a foundation for land circulation and scale management. In addition,it also promotes the realization of agricultural modernization. This paper analyzes the problems in the confirmation of land right and sets forth recommendations under the premise of realizing the importance of confirmation of land right.

Existing laws have three limitations on transfer of land contractual management right. The survey of 506 farmer households in Zhejiang,Jiangxi and Guangxi provinces indicates that most farmers have the consistent knowledge of limitation on " transfer being approved by the party giving out the contract in advance" with legislative requirements,but it is not effectively implemented in actual operation. As to limitation on transferee,no matter in cognition of farmers,or in real transfer process,the transferee is not totally limited to farmers engaged in agricultural production and management. For the constraint that the transferor should have stable non-agricultural occupation or stable income source, most farmers agree,but more than half of the farmers have not confirmed the transfer action in practice.

A Report on the Breast Development of Healthy Females of the right Age in Different Regions

Objective: To observe the state of breast development of the healthy females of the right age in different regions. Methods: We randomly chose 1540 of 18 - 25 years old unmarried or married healthy females of the right age from both Guangxi and Yunnan provinces separately for regular checkups. Also we took notes on these females’ height and chest circumference and other indexes. According to the perfect chest circumference of Chinese females in relation to height, namely this relational expression—Standard Circumference = Height × 0.53, we evaluated the basic state of breast development of females from the two areas and then presented related research conclusions. Results: After the statistical analyses on every index of 1540 cases of healthy females of the right age from the two areas each, we found that the breast development of healthy women of the right age in Yunnan is more perfect than that of Guangxi, and in comparison to every index, there is a remarkable difference, and that is, P females of the right age is different in different areas. Some breasts are especially big;some are a little bit smaller;some are proper and some are relatively flat;also some breasts are strong while some are pendulous. In a word, there are some differences. These differences exist not only inChinabut also in every part of the world. The female whose chest circumference tends to be more close to the perfect is more likely to be more confident and more active, and also her life is full of sensibility and charm.

Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy/dysplasia (ARVC/D) is an autosomal dominant genetic form of cardiomyopathy (CM), which primarily affects the right ventricle (RV) and results in life threatening ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death (SCD). Diagnosis is difficult due to the broad spectrum of phenoltypic variations, especially in the early stage. Clinical suspicion should be raised in the setting of refractory ventricular tachycardia originating from the RV, and the final diagnosis could be made based on the combination of electrocardiography, echocardiography, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) and myocardial biopsy. Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) implantation is an effective option for the treatment of ARVC.

With the development of network information technology and the popularization of mobile terminal equipment, people's network practice activities are deepening day by day, and people's understanding has also undergone profound changes. The combination of ideological discourse power and cyberspace expands the source of discourse power, promotes the transformation of discourse subject, and also changes the mode of discourse transmission and the pattern of discourse power. In addition to using the state power to constrain people's behavior, the ruling class also needs to use the discourse system. Ideology can only express the will of the ruler if it is combined with the right to speak. The ideology of today's Chinese society should also reflect the characteristics of the times, reflect the mainstream value of society, and explore how to construct the ideology of contemporary China. As a response to the background of world multi-polarization, economic globalization, cultural diversity, and social information. The construction of discourse power in mainstream ideology has a real need to be strengthened in China.

Chronic total occlusion of an anomalous right coronary artery arising from left coronary sinus is uncommon. We are describing a case of a 71 years old patient presented with severe chest pain along with exertional dyspnea with an inferior wall myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography showed anomalous right coronary artery originating from left coronary sinus having chronic total occlusion in proximal portion and normal left anterior descending artery and left circumflex artery. We were successful in implanting the two stents at an occlusive region with good angiographic results.

right vocal cord paralysis in our present case was diagnosed on clinical and radiological examination which is precipitated by an anomalous right aortic arch with diverticulum. This is a very uncommon vascular etiology of hoarseness and is extremely rare. Because of this rarity, the practicing otolaryngologist may miss this finding while evaluating a case of idiopathic right vocal cord paralysis. Thus, the authors feel that idiopathic or unexplained right vocal cord paralysis should be routinely investigated with a CT or MRI of neck and chest with or without contrast to avoid such shortcomings. There is only one such case of right vocal cord paralysis by right aortic which has been reported earlier in literature.
