Assessment of radiotherapy and diagnosis resources allocation in Shanghai,China

Objective:To evaluate the equity of medical resources in radiotherapy and diagnosis in Shanghai,China,based on population,geography,and economic ***:Data on medical resources including institutions,equipment,and staff in radiotherapy/diagnosis were collected from all 16 districts of Shanghai,China in *** data were collected for institutions and devices in *** Gini coefficient(G)and Lorenz curves were used to assess fairness based on population and geography,while the Theil index(T)was employed to evaluate health equity based on economic *** resource agglomeration degree(HRAD)and population agglomeration degree(PAD)were utilized to analyze the equity and accessibility of medical resources considering both population and ***:In 2022,Shanghai had a total of 992 institutions,4,925 devices,and 10,282 personnel in radiotherapy and ***,there were 381 institutions conducting CT examinations and 776 CT machines in *** Gini coefficients for institutions,devices,and personnel in radiotherapy and diagnosis based on population ranged from 0.2 to 0.4,while for CT,the Gini coefficients for institutions and devices ranged from 0.2 to *** considering geography,all Gini coefficients were greater than *** results of the Theil index indicated that inequities in distribution may be influenced by economic *** HRAD and PAD revealed disparities in the accessibility of institutions,devices,and personnel in radiotherapy/diagnosis and CT in ***:Inequities in the distribution of institutions,equipment,and personnel for radiotherapy/diagnosis and CT were observed in Shanghai in 2022,both geographically and *** is a critical need to enhance the allocation of resources for radiological equipment and personnel and to establish a scientifically robust urban resource planning framework.

The attention to road safety-related issues has grown fast in recent decades. The experi- ence gained with these themes reveals the importance of considering these aspects in the resource allocation process for roadside and guardrail improvement, which is a complex process often involves conflicting objectives. This work consists on defining an innovative methodology, with the objective of calculating and analysing a numerical risk factor of a road. The method considers geometry, accident rate, traffic of the examined road and four categories of elements/defects where the resources can be allocated to improve the road safety （safety barriers, discrete obstacles, continuous obstacles, and water drainage）. The analysis allows the assessment of the hazard index, which could be used in decision- making processes. A case study is presented to analyse roadsides of a 995 km long road network, using the cost-benefit analysis, and to prioritize possible rehabilitation work. The results highlighted that it is suitable to intervene on roads belonging to higher classes of risk, where it is possible to maximize the benefit in terms of safety as consequence of rehabilitation works （i.e., new barrier installation, removal and new barrier installation, and new terminal installation）. The proposed method is quantitative; therefore, it avoids providing weak and far from reliable results; moreover, it guarantees a broad vision for the problem, giving a useful tool for road management body.

Recent advances in information technology have led to profound changes in global *** study focuses on the theoretical and practical challenges and oppor-tunities arising from the Internet of Things(IoT)as it enables new ways of supply-chain operations partially based on big-data analytics and changes in the nature of *** intend to reveal the acting principle of the IoT and its implications for big-data ana-lytics on the supply chain operational performance,particularly with regard to dynamics of operational coordination and optimization for supply chains by leveraging big data ob-tained from smart connected products(SCPs),and the governance mechanism of big-data *** on literature closely related to our focal topic,we analyze and deduce the substantial influence of disruptive technologies and emerging business models including the IoT,big data analytics and SCPs on many aspects of supply chains,such as consumers value judgment,products development,resources allocation,operations optimization,revenue management and network ***,we propose several research directions and corresponding research schemes in the new *** study aims to promote future researches in the field of big data-driven supply chain management with the IoT,help firms improve data-driven operational decisions,and provide government a reference to advance and regulate the development of the IoT and big data industry.

Based on the system theory, this paper discusses the structure and efficiency of agricuItural land use in Kaifeng Suburban. Such present problems as benefit deviation from resource al1ocation, distinguished unemployment and four kinds of contribution of urban agriculture land use are revealed. Then, in the view of sustainab1e development, some resolution measures to the problems are advanced out. These suggestions include farmland protection, ecological agriculture, sustainable land use and input decrease of synthetic matter.

Reviewing evolution of natural resources utilization mode in different economic formation, the paper elaborates the meanings of knowledge economy, and points our that the cause of unsustainabte development is the acute contradiction between the taw of ecosystem and the law of economy. It also points out that the essence of sustainable development is the harmonious relation between economy and the ecosystem. Therefore. the resources allocation should be considered from the aspect of the market demand and the aspect of the supply of t he ecosystem. That is to say, firsthy, the scale and pace of economy growth must be adapted to the supply capability of the ecosystem under the current technology, Secondly, based on the supply ability of the ecosystem, we should make it clear how to make limited resources allocation attains equilibrium between market supply and demand. The paper clarifies that in the mode of knowledge economy; we may transform the way of economy growth, form optimum economy structure, change the base of resource supply, strengthen the supply capability of ecosystem expand the production-possibility frontier, and finally accomplish the eco-economy coordinated development through the innovation of institution and technology. The essence of sustainable development and the sustainable characteristics of knowledge economy that were discussed above determine that knowledge economy is an economy of sustainable development.

三种农户信贷技术的绩效比较研究

农户信贷技术多种多样，适合不同的社会环境条件，具有不同的效率。哪种信贷技术适合中国农户的市场条件和基本经济特征？哪种信贷技术更符合激励相容的要求，更有利于提高信息利用效率，更能够提高全社会的福利呢？本文利用经济机制设计理论对传统的农贷技术、农地抵押技术和小额信贷技术进行了比较分析，主要结论是：(1)在激励相容问题上，小额信贷和农地抵押都是符合激励相容条件的。(2)在有效利用信息问题上，小额信贷技术的信息成本要高于农地抵押技术。小额信贷技术充分揭示信息需要更为复杂的合同，其隐私保障能力不足和信息空间维数过多等问题都使得小额信贷信息处理难度加大。(3)小额信贷技术是市场环境处于中等完善情况下的最优选择，而农地抵押是在市场环境比较完善情况下的最优选择。上述分析表明，选择适用的农户信贷技术并不是一件容易的事。在市场条件并不完善的情况下，即使是选择小额信贷技术，也要考虑其信息有效性问题。当然，最佳的选择是通过完善市场条件，使得农户可以通过抵押农地获得信贷资金。

大学评价的双面刃效应与符号暴力

近年来大学评价的评价主体多元化和评价视角多样化趋势，人们多看到其积极作用，但却并存着负面效应，其原因不能不归咎于这些评价偏重科研的指标体系，即便表面设计上教学分量的权重大于科研分量，隐藏在后面的真实关系却是两者倒置的。大学评价指标体系的失衡，导致学术评价中“唯论文、唯帽子、唯奖项”的行为倾向，也导致大学中的浮躁、焦虑和急功近利。这种情绪可以说是大学评价“灌输”下导致的“误识”，这也反映出大学评价中存在着布尔迪厄所说的施行者与承受者“合谋”的符号暴力。所以能达成这种“合谋”，主要在于其中的利益机制、舆论机制和场域机制；而隐匿其后的是对大学资源的支配权力。要减少大学中的符号暴力，需要大学资源配置的公正性，需要探求如何建立更科学、更合理公正而不致让大学产生“误识”的大学评价制度。在这种探求中，由于评价者认识的局限性所导致的“天花板”效应，必须使大学评价与大学资源配置保持适当的松脱性。
