Plant disease management plays an important role in achieving the sustainable development goals of the United Nations(UN)such as food security,human health,socio-economic improvement,resource conservation and ecological ***,technologies available are often limited due to different interests between producers and society and lacks of proper understanding of economic thresholds and the complex interactions among ecology,productivity and profitability.A comprehensive synergy and conflict evaluation of economic,sociological and ecological effects with technologies,productions and evolutionary principles as main components should be used to guide sustainable disease management that aims to mitigate crop and economic losses in the short term while maintaining functional farm ecosystem in the long ***,there should be an increased emphasis on technology development,public education and information exchange among governments,researchers,producers and consumers to broaden the options for disease management in the future.

In order to achieve sustainable utilization of natural resources, save energy and protect environment and ecosystem, it is important for a region or a nation to develop and implement a viable waste recycling model from both theoretical and practical point of view. Some packaging recycling models operated in developed countries are introduced in this article. Aluminium can recovery and recycling is emphasized. Cost effective, economic and environmental benefit of different models are compared and analyzed. The result shows that all recycling models have their characteristics due to the initial purpose of recovery and the situation of the implementing country. However, all the models contribute to the reduction of municipal solid waste disposal and resources conservation.

China’s ecological environment construction has undergone three phases,*** agriculturebased development phase with low productivity not long after the founding of the People ’s Republic of China(P.R.C.),the industrial development phase after the adoption of reform and opening-up policy,and the phase toward ecological civilization,each of which has its own features,challenges,responsive measures and *** the year 1949 to the adoption of reform and opening up policy,the Chinese society was characterized by farming culture on the whole,facing problems such as frequent natural disasters,shortage in food production and low urbanization *** jump out of the Malthusian Trap,the founders of the *** people to prevent floods by water control,water conservancy projects and reclamation of wasteland,which alleviated but did not solve the problems because China still suffered poverty and backwardness,and failed to shake off the Malthusian *** the adoption of the reform and opening-up policy,the rapid progress in industrialization and urbanization has liberated farmers from land and greatly improved labor productivity;meanwhile,some lands were released from farmers’ hand,which not only made the value of land resources much higher but also enabled land rehabilitation and ecological *** rapid industrialization and urbanization enormously boosted productive forces and accumulated immense amount of material wealth,but since the beginning of the 21 st century,China’s development has been drawn near to the ecological red line,environmental threshold and resources upper limit of industrial development,constantly challenged by sustainable *** 2010,China has initiated the transformation to ecological civilization,featuring ecological protection,pollution control and resource conservation,aiming to promote the harmonious development between man and nature.

The article deals the structure of the CaO -Al2O3 - TiO2 -SiO2 system as a basis for obtaining advanced ce- ramics with a complex of high-operational characteris- tics. As a result o[＇investigations the phase charctcteristics are represented trod the graph of the relationship of the elementaory tetrahedra has been plotted. The most techno- logical system area ,for the production of heat resistant advanced ceramics has been determined. The batches for producing heat and chemical resistant dense advanced ceramics made of natural, technical and technogenic raw materials have been developed.

否定绿色原则具有民法基本原则地位的观点均不成立。作为面向生态文明的制度创新，绿色原则是立法者着力构建的显性原则、兼具强制与倡导双重面向的限制性原则、具有司法裁判功能的概括条款、单一环保指向的实体性原则、“补充公法”的私法原则。从我国法上的条文表述看，绿色原则表达宽泛的环保之意，为民事主体从事民事活动施加普遍环保义务，效力、范围限于私法层面，依诉讼请求推断具体后果，具有强制与倡导双重面向，追求“无害于”或“有益于”双重目标，从环保角度界定“节约资源”，对“生活环境”和“生态环境”一体保护。
