China reshapes the East Asian production network

From the perspective of intra-product specialization and with in-depth analysis of trade statistics,this paper investigates the influence of China's rise on the East Asian production *** conclusions suggest that in integrating into the East Asian production network,China has gradually emerged as the manufacturing center of East Asia,weakening the regional influence of the Four Asian ***,the competitive effect of China's rise has helped promote the specialization levels of the network's members and even the network as a *** cooperation in various processes of intra-product specialization,internal connections of the East Asian production network were further *** addition,China became an export platform of East Asia,transforming the export pattern of the East Asian production network to world markets from "bilateral trade" into "triangular trade," trade via China.

The fundamental understanding of the mechanism underlying the early stages of crystallization of hexagonal-close-packed(hcp)nanocrystals is crucial for their synthesis with desired properties,but it remains a significant ***,we report using in situ liquid cell transmission electron microscopy(TEM)to directly capture the dynamic nucleation process and track the real-time growth pathway of hcp Ni nanocrystals at the atomic *** is demonstrated that the growth of amorphous-phase-mediated hcp Ni nanocrystals is from the metal-rich liquid *** addition,the reshaped preatomic facet development of a single nanocrystal is also *** calculations further identify the non-classical features of hcp Ni *** discoveries could enrich the nucleation and growth model theory and provide useful information for the rational design of synthesis pathways of hcp nanocrystals.

Weight loss endoscopy: Development, applications, and current status

Obesity and its comorbidities- including diabetes and obstructive sleep apnea- have taken a large and increasing toll on the United States and the rest of the world. The availability of commercial, clinical, and operative therapies for weight management have not been effective at a societal level. Endoscopic bariatric therapy is gaining acceptance as more effective than diet and lifestyle measures, and less invasive than bariatric surgery. Various endoscopic therapies are analogues of the restrictive or bypass components of bariatric surgery, utilizing gastric remodeling or intestinal anastomosis to achieve proven weight loss and metabolic benefits. Others, such as aspiration therapy, employnovel mechanisms of action. Intragastric balloons have recently been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, and a number of other technologies have completed large multicenter trials(such as AspireA ssist aspiration therapy and Primary Obesity Surgery Endolumenal). Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty and transoral outlet reduction for endoscopic revision of gastric bypass have proven safe and effective in a number of studies. As devices are approved for use, data will continue to accumulate for safety, effectiveness, and cost effectiveness. Bariatric endoscopists should be prepared to appropriately target and apply various endoscopic bariatric therapies in the context of a comprehensive long-term weight management program.

Advances in endoscopic balloon therapy for weight loss and its limitations

The field of medical and surgical weight loss is undergoing an explosion of new techniques and devices. A lot of these are geared towards endoscopic approaches rather than the conventional and more invasive laparoscopic or open approach. One such recent advance is the introduction of intrgastric balloons. In this article, we discuss the recently Food and Drug Administration approved following balloons for weight loss: the Orbera? Intragastric Balloon System(Apollo Endosurgery Inc, Austin, TX, United States), the Re Shape? Integrated Dual Balloon System(Re Shape Medical, Inc., San Clemente, CA, United States), and the Obalon(Obalon? Therapeutics, Inc.). The individual features of each of these balloons, the method of introduction and removal, and the expected weight loss and possible complications are discussed. This review of the various balloons highlights the innovation in the field of weight loss.

杨维祯一生多次入吴。从泰定五年(1328)自京南下驻足吴中，与李孝光唱和古乐府，到其后多次入吴，再到晚年定居松江直至终老，杨维祯入吴的经历对元末古乐府运动的演进与文坛格局的重建有直接的推动作用。杨维祯通过授学生徒、交游唱和、主持文会等形式，聚集了大量本地或外来游学、避难的诗人，进一步扩大了古乐府运动的影响，把古乐府运动的中心由钱塘转向松江，并推向高潮。在他的影响下，东南地区跃升为元末诗坛中心，大量布衣文人、普通市民积极参与杨维祯发起的古乐府唱和等文学活动，促进了诗歌在社会下层的繁荣，带动了文学重心的下移，文学发展呈现出新的变局与转向。
