China＇s textile and garment markets grown up with the development of reform and opening-up, they＇re well adapted to the national policy and economic environment in each period, and formed a large-scale development, played a positive role in promoting China＇s economy development. This paper has a research on the textile and garment market, industry cluster and regional economy, recognize textile professional market and regional economy as the main research object, industrial cluster as the intermediary variable. Establish textile and garment market, industrial cluster, regional economy as the main trunk of structural equation model and carry on the empirical analysis. From the empirical analysis, this paper find that the coefficient of textile and garment market effecting on industrial cluster is 0.91, and industrial cluster on regional economy is 0.93, that means results verify hypothesis relationships between the three of them Finally, according to each path coefficients, providing relevant suggestions for the Shanghai area development of textile and garment market, related industries cluster and regional economy development.

[Objectives]The paper was to study the impacts of sand and dust storms(SDS)on regional economy.[Methods]In this paper,we combined the computable general equilibrium(CGE)model and the Monte Carlo method to examine the impact of SDS on the regional economy,with a focus on GDP,price index,employment rate,industrial structure and output,income and *** extended the standard CGE model,introduced the stochastic parameters into the production module,which had significant impact on economic output,and inserted the rate of change of the total labor supply and the expenditure share of early warning and protective measures into the income and expenditure module.[Results]SDS had significant impacts on regional GDP,employment rate,and industrial output from a macro perspective,and can reduce the income of residents and enterprises and increase expenditures from a micro *** impact can be reduced by taking early warning and protective measures.[Conclusions]The protective measures taken for different grades of SDS have different effects.

Taking a total of 13 areas in Heilongjiang commodity grain base as the research objects,9 indices are selected,which are regional GDP(X1),per capita GDP(X2),total value of tertiary industry(X3),financial revenue(X4),urban fixed assets investment(X5),average salary(X6),gross industrial output value(X7),total output value of farming,forestry,husbandry and fishing(X8),and retail sales of social consumer goods(X9).Based on this,evaluation index system of regional economy is *** to the 2006-2008 Heilongjiang Statistical Yearbook,average values within 3 years are used as analytical *** Analysis Method is adopted to establish regression model and to carry out comprehensive *** shows that Heilongjiang commodity grain base has extremely uneven regional economic development in different *** to the score order and actual situation,the 13 areas are divided into 4 *** first and second types are Harbin and Daqing,*** third type is Qiqihaer,Suihua,Mudanjiang and *** the forth type is Jixi,Shuangyashan,Heihe,Yichun,Qitaihe,Hegang and *** for the development of these areas are put forward.

According to proposed research methods of national coordinated development of regional economy, we calculated national coordinated development degree of regional economy in recent year and analyzed the trend and characteristics. The result shows that： the overall level of national coordination development of regional economy improved significantly, reaching a higher level of coordination.

Chongli is one of the venues for the Beijing 2022 Winter *** 2009,the government of Chongli has emphasized the development of a tourism strategy,which gradually contributed to alleviating regional *** data collected from 2009 to 2019,ski tourism and the regional economy in Chongli were analyzed using the Coupling Coordination Degree(CCD)*** analysis indicated,first,there were three stages in the relationship between ski tourism and the regional economy in Chongli,including weak coordination(2009–2011),starting coordination(2012–2015),and strong coordination(2016–2019).Second,sport tourism,such as ski tourism,is likely to contribute to the regional economy and alleviate ***,the case of Chongli illustrates that policy and sports events are significant for helping a place to develop sports tourism,in addition to making full use of local ***,the development of skiing tourism has had a positive impact on citizens’and farmers’incomes,though it may have impacted citizens *** research suggests that regional resources are essential for the development of sport tourism and the promotion of regional *** regions should seize the bonus period of sports events and *** attention should be paid to the differences between urban citizens and farmers in order to establish a better redistribution *** the climatic factors,more studies need to analyze the sustainability of ski tourism in developing regions.

The Impact of E-commerce on the Development of regional economy and Its Analysis of Security Strategy

On the basis of reviewing the theory of tourism coupling, this paper analyzes the operating mechanism and the inherent characteristics of the coordinated development of tourism industry and regional economy in West China. Compared with the eastern developed areas, the coordinated development of regional economy and tourism industry in West China has its own characteristics on the basis of resource, the support of production factors, and the association and coupling degree of industries, etc. Based on that, this paper builds the coupling coordination model to make empirical analysis of the coupling coordination degree between the tourism industry and regional economy of Chongqing. The study found that the different districts in Chongqing have different coupling coordination degrees because of diverse resources conditions and industrial basis. Furthermore, the overall trend is gradually optimized. According to the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward policy recommendations, such as overall guidance, developing by classification, regional cooperation, and so on.
