The Vienna rectifier with unbalanced input voltage and load transient is analyzed.A nonlinear control strategy for Vienna rectifier under unbalanced input is *** the view of positive and negative sequence components,the proposed nonlinear control strategy suppresses the twice frequency ripple and guarantees the dynamic response characteristic at the same *** to the proposed nonlinear control strategy,the DC bus capacitor can be reduced a lot since the voltage ripple and drop can be suppressed.A 10 kW Vienna rectifier is built to verify the proposed control *** applying the proposed nonlinear control strategy,the voltage ripple is only7 V and decreases over 75%over the traditional PI control when the unbalanced degree is 20%.The voltage drop can be reduced about 80%than former control strategy which is helpful to reduce the DC bus capacitor and achieve higher power *** volume of the capacitor can be reduced by 83.3%with the new control method.

Based on analysis and calculation of the relation between current harmonics and MMF harmonics in the dual-stator winding multi-phase high-speed induction gen-erator with a rectifier load, a new idea, which divides the generator system into two sub-systems to be analyzed individually, is presented. For the sub-system of the 12-phase power winding with a rectifier load, the loop current method is used to establish network equation set in terms of the network graph theory. The numerical stability problem is solved by alternating use of fixed time-step and varied time-step, and the voltage and current with their fundamental components of the power winding are obtained. For the other sub-system of the induction generator with dual-stator winding and solid cage rotor, the electromagnetic field analysis method and the multi-variable optimization approach are combined to get the con-trol winding current and stator frequency. Calculated results well match experiment results, indicating that the new proposed method is of effectiveness and high ac-curacy.

This paper presents a passive UHF RFID tag with a dynamicVthcancellation （DVC） rectifier. In the rectifier, the threshold voltages of MOSFETs are cancelled by applying gate bias voltages, which are dynamically changed according to the states of the MOSFETs. The DVC rectifier enables both low ONresistance and small re verse leakage of the MOSFETs, resulting in high power conversion efficiency （PCE）. An areaefficient demodulator with a novel average detector is also designed, which takes advantage of the rectifier＇s first stage as the envelope detector. The whole tag chip is implemented in a 0.18 μm CMOS process with a die size of 880 x 950μm2. Measurement results show that the rectifier achieves a maximum PCE of 53.7% with 80 kΩ resistor load.

The performance of phase-locked loop（PLL） severely affects the system’s stability in a three-phase *** methods tend to adopt the idea of single synchronous coordinate transformation,which implements the phase synchronization through controlling the q-axis voltage to zero.A novel three-phase PLL is proposed in this paper based on this *** order to obtain better convergence rate near zero,the input of closed-loop PLL is replaced by the ratio of q-axis voltage and d-axis *** fastness and convergence of the system are further analyzed in *** and experiment results show that proposed method can lead to better rapidity,and the phase-locked process is superior to traditional digital PLL methods.

Aim Evidence has shown that stimulation of alA-adrenorecetors receptor （alA-AR） or angiotensin II type 1 receptor （AT1R） acutely down-regulates the rapid component of the delayed rectifier K ＋ current （IKr） via protein kinase C （PKC）. This study was designed to investigate which PKC isozymes mediate down-regulations of IKr by alA-AR and AT1R. Method The whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to record IKr in native cardio- myocytes and in human embryonic kidney （HEK） 293 cells co-transfected with human ether-a-go-go related gene （hERG） encoding α-subunit of IKr and human alA-AR or AT1R gene. Result In isolated guinea-pig ventricular cardiomyocytes the inhibitory action of Ang II on IKr was little affected by Go6976 （selectively inhibiting PKCα, β and γ） and Go6983 （selectively inhibiting PKCα, β, γ , δ, and ζ）, but was significantly antagonized by an inter- nal dialysis with PKCe-selective inhibitory peptide εV1 -2. In contrast, the inhibitory action of alA-AR agonist A61603 on IKr was remarkably attenuated by Go6976 or Go6983, but not affected by peptide εV1 -2. Moreover, specific PKC-selective inhibitory peptide antagonized the effect of A61603. The results suggested that PKCe and PKCα isoform respectively mediated the inhibitory effect of AT1R and a1A-AR. In heterologous expression system, both PKCα and e-selective activator peptides down regulated hERG current with different manner. PKCα activator peptide shifted the activation curve of the channel to the right, but PKCe-selective activator peptide did not. Simi- larly, A61603 shifted the activation curve to the right, whereas Ang Ⅱ had no effect. In addition, both A61603 and PKCα activator peptide showed inhibitory action on bERG A PKC current （an bERG mutant in which 17 of the 18 ROSITE-predicted PKC acceptor serines/threonines were changed to alanine） with a similar potency to wild type bERG current. But, both Ang Ⅱ and PKCe-selective activator peptide exhibited no effects on bERG △ PKC cur- rent. The resu

Energy harvesting is a rapidly growing area in many scientific and engineering-related fields due to the demand for many applications. This paper focuses on the design and simulation of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit at 2.45 GHz operating frequency. The design of a rectifier is optimized based on the use of Schottky diode HSMS 286 B due to its low forward voltage at this frequency. 2 stages of the Schottky diode voltage doublers circuit are designed and simulated in this paper. The shunt capacitor and optimal load resistance are also introduced in the course to reduce signal loss. A multi-stage rectifier is used to produce maximum power conversion from AC to DC. The simulated results present that the maximum output voltage of 6.651 V with an input power of 25 dBm is produced, which presents a maximum power conversion efficiency of 73.13%, which applicable in small device applications.

This paper presents a PFCVF (Power Factor Correction) rectifier that uses a variable frequency source for alternators for electric and hybrid vehicles application. In such application, the frequency of the signal in the alternator changes according to the vehicle speed, more over the loading effect on the alternator introduces harmonic currents and increases the alternator apparent power requirements. To overcome these problems and aiming more stability and better design of the alternator, a new third harmonic injection technique is proposed. This technique allows to preserve a good THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) of the input source at any frequency and to decrease losses in semiconductors switches, thereby allowing more stability and reducing the apparent power requirements. A comparative study between the standard and the new technique is made and highlights the effectiveness of the new design. A detailed analysis of the proposed topology is presented and simulations as well as experimental results are shown.

This paper presents a new current conveyor (CCII+) full-wave rectifier for low frequency/small signal medical applications. The proposed rectifier is based on the current conveyor full-wave rectifier proposed previously, but the proposed rectifier is better in view of no need diodes to rectify, and no need bias sources to overcome the zero crossing error. It needs only two CCII+s, two resistors, and three simple current mirrors, which is easy for IC implementation and for building in many countries. The PSPICE simulation with the current conveyor CCII+ in the current feedback opamp AD844 IC and the 2N2222 bipolar current mirror shows the good low frequency/small signal rectification, the operation voltage of down to 6 .
