The Tertiary basins are distributed in the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau along the large\|scale arc\|shaped strike\|slip belt of the Qiangtang—Hengduan Shan—Jinshajiang—Red River belt. Most of basins were controlled by regional northwest\| and south\|north treading faults, and a few basins were constrained by northwest\| or north\|north\|east\|treading local faults.The detailed field mapping and sedimentologic observations for 6 typical Tertiary basins in eastern Tibet show that their types include depressive basins, rifting basins, pull\|apart and extensional basins related to strike\|slip faulting, and erosion\|residual basins. Recently, most of them are controlled by compression\| or thrust\|related margin faults in single side or double laterals of these basins. Not\|well\|developed strata in the Tertiary basins were deformed to form various tight folds and thrusts. High\|K magma intruded widely into the basins. The tectono\|sedimentary evolution of the Tertiary basins appears tempo\|spatially inhomogeneous. The preliminary model to interpret the Tertiary basin evolution is described as below.

The medium -large caliber naval gun is still playing an important role in modern war. The development of highly automatic Shell raising and Feeding System (SRFS) in the world has been briefly outlined. Several typical SRFS of medium-large caliber naval guns have been analyzed. A re-design of the system is introduced, in which systematic design method has been used to demonstrate its feasibility. The design goal of the system is to realize rapid shell feeding, with application to many types of shells, quick change of shell types , accurate and reliable feeding operation, simple mechanical structure and easy realization of shell withdrawing.

● From the start of nationwide fund raising for power construction after the Document No. 111 issuedby the State Council in 1987 to the start of power institutional reform early this century, duringthese 20 years, China's power industry developed rapidly and made great achievements.● The 20- year history of raising funds for power construction indicates that this policy is very wiseand correct. It aroused enthusiasm from both the central government and the local government,and contributed greatly to the historic leap of installed capacity from 100 GWin 1987 to 600 GWin 2006.● The practice of 20 years can be summarized as follows. Adhering to power institutional reform wasa strong impetus to promote the development of power industry; "breaking up monopoly and intro-ducing competition" was the only way for power institutional reform ; raising funds for powerconstruction promoted the power institutional reform ; while separating grid and plants propelledthe marketization of generation side, so was the fundamental reform of the management system inpower industry.

Effects of Different Seedling raising Substrates on Quality of Rice Seedlings

Five different seedling raising substrates were used to take the place of the nutrient soil to cultivate rice seedling mechanical transplanting in Anqing,Anhui Province.The emergence rate,survival rate,quality of aboveground parts of seedlings,root system and dry weight and fresh weight were surveyed and analyzed.The results showed that the rice seedling raising substrates could significantly improve the seedling quality and survival rate of mechanically transplanted seedlings,especially the seedling raising substrates produced by Anhui Province Lufu Agriculture Science and Technology Stock Co.,Ltd.and Anhui Anqing Yike Seedling Material Co.,Ltd.Finally,it is recommended to promote the seedling raising substrate in large area,to lay a solid foundation for realizing high yield,high quality,and high efficiency of rice.

The tests of raising seedlings of Moringa oleifera were carried out in autumn and spring in Chongqing.The results showed that in the case of container seedling raising,the seedling emergence rate in autumn was 90%.Due to the large humidity and extreme weather,and the limited management conditions such as ventilation,the seedlings suffered from serious diseases,and the preservation rate was only 30%.The emergence rate was 91% in the spring of 2017,and the seedlings had unanimous growth.However,the seedling preservation rate dropped to 75% due to hail.In the spring of 2018,the emergence rate was 93%,and the seedlings also had unanimous growth.By the end of May,the seedlings had grown to 15 cm high.In addition,in the field seedling raising in 2017 and 2018,the seedlings showed unanimous growth with the emergence rate of 88% and 90%,respectively,and the seedlings grew into 30 cm high with good growth conditions in May.

As a developed province in China,Jiangsu Province is competitive in the livestock and poultry production industry.With the development and growing intensity of livestock and poultry industry,animal pollution has become the major source of panel agricultural pollution.This paper studied the characteristics of livestock and poultry industry in Jiangsu Province:large amount of livestock poultry,imbalanced development of livestock and regional differences,large pollution,large amount of pollution emission,uneven distribution of livestock and great pressure on reducing pollution.Besides,the ways to deal with pollution in Jiangsu Province were analyzed:fertilizer accumulation,biogas process technology,animal stools disposal center,ferment bed technology,and comprehensive disposal technology.Governments'policies on pollution reduction were expounded.In the end,several suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening management,innovating treatment,intensifying governments'responsibility,enlarging financial input and creating favorable atmosphere to protect environment.

This paper expounds the application of machine vision theory, composition and technology in the sow breeding process monitoring, auxiliary judgment, and growth of young monitoring. It also points out the problems and deficiency in the application of machine vision technology, and discusses the development trends and prospects of the machine vision technology in agricultural engineering. The application of machine vision is a process in which dynamic original image from the sows estrus is collected with a CCD camera, and then black and white ash three binarization image in adjournments of the threshold value is made by using image acquisition card, through the median filtering and gray processing. The practitioners can extract respective image information from the sow estrus, pregnancy and birth delivery. Applying the computer vision system in the sow farm effectively enhances the practitioners’ objectivity and precision in their efforts to assess the whole process of sow birth delivery.
