Continuous response of range query on steaming data provides useful information for many practical applications as well as the risk of privacy *** existing research on differential privacy streaming data publication mostly pay close attention to boosting query accuracy,but pay less attention to query efficiency,and ignore the effect of timeliness on data *** this paper,we propose an effective algorithm of differential privacy streaming data publication under exponential decay ***,by introducing the Fenwick tree to divide and reorganize data items in the stream,we achieve a constant time complexity for inserting a new item and getting the prefix ***,we achieve time complicity linear to the number of data item for building a *** that,we use the advantage of matrix mechanism to deal with relevant queries and reduce the global *** addition,we choose proper diagonal matrix further improve the range query ***,considering about exponential decay,every data item is weighted by the decay *** putting the Fenwick tree and matrix optimization together,we present complete algorithm for differentiate private real-time streaming data *** experiment is designed to compare the algorithm in this paper with similar algorithms for streaming data release in exponential *** results show that the algorithm in this paper effectively improve the query efficiency while ensuring the quality of the query.

AIM To perform a bibliometric analysis of publications rates in orthopedics in the top 15 orthopaedic journals. METHODS Based on their 2015 impact factor, the fifteen highest ranked orthopaedic journals between January 2010 and December 2014 were used to establish the total number of publications; cumulative impact factor points(IF) per country were determined, and normalized to population size, GDP, and GDP/capita, comparison to the median country output and the global leader. RESULTS Twenty-three thousand and twenty-one orthopaedic articles were published, with 66 countries publishing. The United States had 8149 publications, followed by the United Kingdom(1644) and Japan(1467). The highest IF was achieved by the United States(24744), United Kingdom(4776), and Japan(4053). Normalized by population size Switzerland lead. Normalized by GDP, Croatia was the top achiever. Adjusting GDP/capita, for publications and IF, China, India, and the United Stateswere the leaders. Adjusting for population size and GDP, 28 countries achieved numbers of publications to be considered at least equivalent with the median academic output. Adjusting GDP/capita only China and India reached the number of publications to be considered equivalent to the current global leader, the United States. CONCLUSION Five countries were responsible for 60% of the orthopaedic research output over this 5-year period. After correcting for GDP/capita, only 28 of 66 countries achieved a publication rate equivalent to the median country. The United States, United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, and Germany were the top five countries for both publication totals and cumulative impact factor points.

Institutional repositories are essential research infrastructure for research-based universities. A properly dimensioned institutional repository has the potential to increase research impact and enhance the visibility of an institution through its scholarly outputs. The aim of the study is to design and develop a web-based digital repository for scholarly materials and publications in a tertiary institution. The motivation for carrying out this project is to provide a lasting solution to the need for an effective, efficient, reliable and easily accessible system for storing and retrieving scholarly materials, which will make study and research work less cumbersome and stressful for academic staff and students, thereby enabling them to easily carry out their day-to-day activities, especially as it concerns obtaining relevant scholarly information quickly. The system will be developed using open source software and OOADM (Object Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology). Findings obtained from system validation tests show that the system is a viable solution to the major challenges encountered in the management and sharing of scholarly information at the institution.
