In recent years,lithium-sulfur batteries（LSBs）are considered as one of the most promising new generation energies with the advantages of high theoretical speeific capacity of sulfur(1675 mAh·g-1),abundant sulfur resources,and environmental friendliness storage technologies,and they are receiving wide attention from the industry.However,the problems of the shuttle effect and lithium dendrite growth in LSBs have limited their practical application,so there is a need to find ways to solve these problems.It is an excellent choice to use novel materials to modify battery materials.Among those novel materials,the metal-organic framework（MOF） has the properties of regular pores and controllable structure.When applied as a positive electrode and diaphragm,it can restrain the shuttle effect and lithium dendrite growth,especially since it shows excellent performance in diaphragm modification.Therefore,various design strategies and synthesis methods of MOF-modified separators are reviewed in this paper,and the applications of MOF in LSBs separators in different forms are introduced,including the composite of MOF and carbon-based materials,the compounding of MOF and polymer,self-carbonization to form MOF-derived materials.At the same time,different characterization techniques are systematically reviewed to obtain the physical and chemical properties of MOF particles and the working mechanism of MOF-modified diaphragm,which provides a basis for further research in this field.Finally,some future research trends and directions are put forward to fully tap the future commercial potential of MOF-modified diaphragm in LSBs.

Ambient air quality standards are the core strategic goal of ambient air quality management.Countries worldwide have given importance to research on the development of ambient air quality standards.To understand the history of the development of China’s ambient air quality standards,this study analyzed the background associated with all previous formulations and revisions of the standards,classification of functional areas,standard grading,pollutants,and evolution of the standard limits over the past 40 years.The results show that since the initial release of the“Ambient Air Quality Standard”by China in 1982,it has been supplemented once,revised twice,and modified twice.The first ambient air quality standard specified the standard limits of six pollutants commonly found in ambient air.With the development of ambient air quality management,the number of pollutants has increased to ten.Since the release of the“Ambient Air Quality Standards”in 2012,the ambient air quality in China has significantly improved.However,the proportion of cities meeting these standards is still low.At present,China is suitably positioned to make the standards associated with 24 hr SO2concentrations more stringent such that it meets the values defined in the World Health Organization(WHO)interim target-2 and the WHO air quality guideline(AQG).We further suggested that the SO2standard should be revised promptly.Simultaneously,regions with a relatively high proportion of cities meeting the standard are encouraged to introduce more stringent interim target limits in due course to manage the local ambient air quality.

This article outlines the development of separated zone oil production in foreign countries,and details its development in China.According to the development process,production needs,technical characteristics and adaptability of oilfields in China,the development of separate zone oil production technology is divided into four stages:flowing well zonal oil production,mechanical recovery and water blocking,hydraulically adjustable zonal oil production,and intelligent zonal production.The principles,construction processes,adaptability,advantages and disadvantages of the technology are introduced in detail.Based on the actual production situation of the oilfields in China at present,three development directions of the technology are proposed.First,the real-time monitoring and adjustment level of separated zone oil production needs to be improved by developing downhole sensor technology and two-way communication technology between ground and downhole and enhancing full life cycle service capability and adaptability to horizontal wells.Second,an integrated platform of zonal oil production and management should be built using a digital artificial lifting system.Third,integration of injection and production should be implemented through large-scale application of zonal oil production and zonal water injection to improve matching and adjustment level between the injection and production parameters,thus making the development adjustment from"lag control"to"real-time optimization"and improving the development effect.

The development trend and promising application prospects of high-power MH-Ni battery were reviewed by studying and comparing the current high-power batteries research area.High-power MH-Ni batiery has good performlife with 500 ～ 1000 times, abundant material resource, especially abundant rare earth resource in China, high-rate discharging, rapid charging, good safety as well as no pollution, etc., which is regarded as the most promising storage battery for electric vehicles.The performance of high power MH-Ni battery can be brought into play fully and ensure electric vehicles performance if it is equipped with appropriate chargers, controlling system and electric motors.Facing opportunities and challenges, MH-Ni battery has promising application prospects on hybrid electric automobile, electric bicycle and a variety of small sized electric vehicles by improving its technology constantly and developing market actively.

Strategic resource allocation into decision-making model plays a valuable role for the defender in mitigating damage and improving efficiency in military environments.In this paper,we develop a defensive resource allocation model based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT),which considers terrorists' psychological factors of decision-making in reality.More specifically,we extend existing models in the presence of multiple attributes and terrorists' deviations from rationality using a multi-attribute cumulative prospect theory.In addition,interval values are used to cope with uncertainties regarding gain and loss.Comparative studies are also carried out to demonstrate the differences among minmax,Nash equilibrium (NE),and traditional probability risk analysis (PRA) strategies.Results show that the defender's optimal defensive resource allocation will change along with terrorists' behaviors and the proposed model makes more sense compared with other traditional resource allocation strategies.

Emergency decision making(EDM) is an effective way to deal with emergency situations because of its prominent role in alleviating the losses of properties and lives caused by emergency events. It has drawn increasing attention from both governments and academia, and become an important research topic in recent years. Studies show that decision makers are usually guided by bounded rationality under risk and uncertainty conditions. Their psychological behavior plays an important role in the decision making process, and EDM problems are usually characterized by high risk and uncertainty. Thus, decision makers' psychological behavior has been considered in existing EDM approaches based on prospect theory. An emergency event might evolve into different situations due to its dynamic evolution, which is one of the distinctive features of emergency events. This important issue has been discussed in existing EDM approaches, in which different emergency situations are dealt with by devising different solutions. However, existing EDM approaches do not consider decision makers' psychological behavior together with the different emergency situations and the different solutions. Motivated by such limitation, this study proposed a novel approach based on prospect theory considering emergency situations, which considers not only decision makers' psychological behavior, but also different emergency situations in the EDM process. Two examples and related comparison are provided to illustrate the feasibility and validity of this approach.

It has been over a hundred years since the birth of research on Chinese geosciences history, which was accompanied by the continuous progress of Chinese geosciences. For hundreds of years, it has grown out of nothing to brilliant performance by several generations of Chinese geologists committing their hearts and minds with the spirit of exert and strive without stop to promote the process of China＇s industrialization and to produce the significant impact on serving the society. The study of Chinese geosciences history reflects objectively and historically the history of geosciences in China, which has recorded, analyzed and evaluated the dynamic process sitting in the background and clue of the history of Chinese geosciences development. The study of the history of geological science has roughly experienced two stages in China. The first stage is the study of individual researchers. It spanned approximately 70 years from the early 20th century to the end of the 1970s. The research contents were mainly based on the evolution of geological organizations, the development and utilization of individual mineral species, the history of deposit discovery and the research of geological characters. The main representatives are Zhang Hongzhao, Ding Wenjiang, Weng Wenhao and Li Siguang, Ye Liangfu, Huang Jiqing, Yang Zhongjian, Xie Jiarong, Gao Zhenxi, Wang Bingzhang and etc. The most prominent feature of this period is the accumulation of a very valuable document for the study of the history of China＇s geological history and lays a foundation for the exchange of geological science between China and foreign countries. The second stage is organized group study. It took around 60 years from the 1920s to 1980s. It includes the history of Chinese geology, the history of geological organizations, the history of geological disciplines, the history of geological education, the history of geological philosophy, the history of Chinese and foreign geological science communication, the history of geologists and etc. The most chief fea

Based on the prospect theory, a novel linguisticdecision method under risk is proposed. First, the alternativesunder each risk state are rated using linguistic terms, and＇ thelinguistic decision matrix is constructed. Secondly, thelinguistic terms are transformed into triangular fuzzy numbers,so that the linguistic evaluations can be changed into numericalforms. Thirdly, with the aid of the prospect theory, theprobability weight functions and the linguistic value functionscan be computed, based on which the prospective values of thealternatives are obtained. Finally, the alternatives are rankedwith respect to the prospective values combined of probabilityweight and linguistic value functions. Thus, the optimalchoice is made. The decision process takes the psychologicalpreferences of the decision maker into consideration. Thepracticality of the proposed method is illustrated through anapplication on stock selection problems.

Meteorological comment is a kind of rational,thoughtful and knowledgeable argumentation form that communicators use mass media tools or carriers to directly express their own wishes on the newly occurred or discovered meteorological news facts,problems and phenomena.At present,the writing of meteorological comment has received special attention.Its deep background includes not only the international background of global attention to climate change,but also the domestic background of China’s proposed carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets,and more importantly,the scientific and technological background of the frequent occurrence of extreme meteorological disasters caused by climate change and its early warning and disaster reduction.The prospect of great importance attached to the writing of meteorological comments is that a new subject,namely the grammatology of meteorological comment,is bound to emerge,and the construction of the grammatology of meteorological comment has its own unique requirements.
