The construction of highly active catalysts for methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)is central to direct methanol fuel *** progress has been made in transition metal phosphides(TMPs)based ***,TMPs would be partially damaged and transformed into new substances(e.g.,Pt-M-P composite,where M represents a second transition metal)during Pt deposition *** would pose a large obstacle to the cognition of the real promoting effects of TMPs in ***,Co_(2)P co-catalysts(Pt-P/Co_(2)P@NPC,where NPC stands for N and P co-doped carbon)and Pt-Co-P composite catalysts(Pt-CoP/NPC)were controllably *** tests show that the Pt-Co-P/NPC exhibits superior MOR activity as high as 1016 m A/mg_(Pt),significantly exceeding that of Pt-P/Co_(2)P@NPC(345 m A/mg_(Pt)).This result indicates that the promoting effect is ascribed primarily to the resultant Pt-Co-P composite,in sharply contrast to previous viewpoint that Co_(2)P itself improves the *** mechanistic studies reveal that Pt-Co-P/NPC exhibits much stronger electron interaction and thus manifesting a remarkably weaker CO absorption than Pt-P/Co_(2)P@NPC and Pt/***,Pt-Co-P is also more capable of producing oxygen-containing adsorbate and thus accelerating the removal of surface-bonded CO^(*),ultimately boosting the MOR performance.

Fe_2O_3 nanorods and hexagonal nanoplates were synthesized and used as the promoters for Pt electrocatalysts toward the methanol oxidation reaction（MOR） in an alkaline *** catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry and *** results show that the presence of Fe_2O_3 in the electrocatalysts can promote the kinetic processes of MOR on Pt,and this promoting effect is related to the morphology of the Fe_2O_3 *** catalyst with Fe_2O_3 nanorods as the promoter（Pt-Fe_2O_3/C-R） exhibits much higher catalytic activity and stability than that with Fe_2O_3 nanoplates as the promoter（Pt-Fe_2O_3/C-P）.The mass activity and specific activity of Pt in a Pt-Fe_2O_3/C-R catalyst are 5.32 A/mgpt and 162.7 A/m^2_（Pt）,respectively,which are approximately 1.67 and 2.04 times those of the Pt-Fe_2O_3/C-P catalyst,and 4.19 and 6.16 times those of a commercial PtRu/C catalyst,*** effects between Fe_2O_3 and Pt and the high content of Pt oxides in the catalysts are responsible for the *** findings contribute not only to our understanding of the MOR mechanism but also to the development of advanced electrocatalysts with high catalytic properties for direct methanol fuel cells.

Yttrium chloride-modified Au/AC catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination with improved activity and stability

The addition of yttrium chloride(YCl) to an activated carbon-supported Au catalyst(Au/AC) can markedly promote the catalytic performance of acetylene hydrochlorination to the vinyl chloride monomer(VCM), The structure and physicochemical features of the YCl-modified catalysts(Y-Au/AC)were measured by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, temperature-programmed reduction, CH-temperature programmed desorption, and scanning transmission electron *** presence of YClwas found suppressing the reduction of highly oxidized Au(δ=1,3) to metallic Au~0 dependently and thus retard the agglomeration of Au nanoparticles during the reaction. In addition,the additive of YClto the Au/AC catalyst greatly inhibits the coke deposition on the catalyst surface. The optimized catalyst with an atomic ratio of Y/Au = 5(1 wt% Au loading weight) yields an 87.8% acetylene conversion and almost 100% selectivity for VCM under the reaction of GHSV(CH) = 800 hat 180 ℃.The durability test indicates that the 5 Y-1 Au/AC catalyst maintains high catalytic activity for more than2300 h at 30 hGHSV(CH) and 180 ℃, indicating great promise as a non-mercury catalyst for PVC manufacture.

A series of Fe-doped （0.5%--3%） sulfated zirconia have been prepared by a hydrothermal treatment-assisted process. Textural and structural characterizations of the as-synthesized materials were performed by means of N2 adsorption, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia was used to determine the acidity of the samples. The effects of Fe-doping on the structure, acidity and catalytic activity of sulfated zirconia for liquid-phase a-pinene isornerization were investigated. The incorporation of small amounts of Fe into sulfated zirconia results in the increase of sulfate content and the number of acid sites, which is responsible for the enhanced activity of Fe-doped catalysts in comparison with the undoped one. Meanwhile, hydrothermal treatment helps to improve the activity of the catalyst.

Electrochemical recycling of Pd and Ag from simulated high-level liquid waste

For the recycling of Pd and Ag from high-level liquid waste(HLLW), the electrochemical behaviors of Pd and Ag in the simulated HNO_(3) solutions were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and potentiostatic *** electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to-observe the deposits morphology and to evaluate their composition. The results indicate that the formation of NO_(2)^(-)electrodeposited. When Pd and Ag are electrodeposited together, more metals are gained in the same time, and the deposited Ag does not dissolve in this situation. The metals are electrodeposited completely at the potentials from -0.4 to -0.6 V(vs MSE) and the deposits contai-n Ag and PdHx. The electrodeposition of Pd can boost h-ydrogen evolution,and then the reaction between H;and NO_(2)^(-)is sped up, thereby lowering the concentration of NO_(2)^(-)and inhibiting the dissolution of Ag.

变革型领导与创造力的关系是在充满竞争和不确定性组织变革情境下必然产生的研究主题。本文系统梳理了变革型领导对多层面创造力的双刃剑效应，从促进机制来看，变革型领导分别通过动机、认知、情绪机制促进个体创造力，从团队认知、团队互动机制提升团队创造力；从抑制机制看，变革型领导分别通过认知、情绪机制抑制个体创造力，从团队认知、团队互动机制阻碍团队创造力；此外，还归纳了变革型领导与创造力之间存在的复杂曲线关系。未来研究应从均衡观出发强化变革型领导的阴面研究，从系统观出发揭示变革型领导维度与创造力的关系，从整合观出发深入探索变革型领导影响创造力的复杂机理，从权变观出发探讨变革型领导影响创造力的边界条件，从情境观出发推动变革型领导影响创造力的跨文化研究，从方法学出发提高变革型领导影响创造力研究方法的多样性与科学性水平。
