一笔交易的达成,一般都要经过磋商。交易磋商的过程一般包括询价或询盘(Inquiry)、报盘(Offer)、还盘(Counter-Offer)和接受(Acceptance)等环节。其中报盘又分为实盘(Firm Offer)与虚盘(Non-firm Offer)两种:1.实盘,又叫确盘。指对发盘人具有约束力,在规定的有效期内,发盘人不得随意修改或撤消实盘的内容,实盘一经收盘人在有效期内无条件接受,无需再经发盘人确认就可以达成交易,构成对双方都有约束的合同。

英语中,在两者之间使用比较级时,常用“形容词比较级+than”结构。如: 1.My brother is two years older than you. 我哥哥比你大两岁。 2.This film is more interesting than the one we sawlast night。这部电影比我们昨天晚上看的那部有趣。但是还有另一种比较级的表示方法,它不是用“形容词比较级+than”,而是用“形容词的原级+to”构成。这类形容词都是以or结尾的从拉丁文形容词比较级转化而来的。
