Analysis of Meteorological Epidemic Factors and Soil Improvement controlling Technology of Tobacco Bacterial Wilt (Ralstonia solanacarum)

[Objective] The paper was to analyze the meteorological epidemic factors for occurrence and prevalence of tobacco bacterial wilt （ Ralstonia solanaca- rum）, and to study control effects of different soil conditioners on the bacterial disease in Gacligongshan demonstration area of green, ecological, high quality tobac- co leaf production. [Method] The plots attacked by tobacco bacterial wilt over the years were selected and the incidence of the disease was periodically surveyed in tobacco growth period in 2012, 2103 and 2014, respectively. 10 d Effective accumulated temperature and rainfall were counted according to the meteorological data, and the relationship between meteorological factors and disease index was analyzed. The control effects of three kinds of soil conditioners ＂Zhuanggenfeng＂, refined fulvic acid and lime on tobacco bacterial wilt were tested. [ Result] The analysis results of meteorological factors showed that 10 d effective accumulated temperature and rainfall were positively correlated to disease index. The variation curve of 10 d effective accumulated temperature and rainfall reflected the change trend of disease index. The pH values were increased by 0.57, 0.50 and 0.72 respectively after applying ＂Zhuanggenfeng＂, refined fulvic acid and lime. The aver- age control effects on tobacco bacterial wilt were 60.74% -62. 18%, 53.05% -59.53%, and 48.59% -58.53%, respectively. [ Conclusion] 10 d Effective accumulated temperature and rainfall could be used as important reference for disease forecasting and controUing. The usage of soil conditioner has a certain preven- tion and control effect on tobacco bacterial wilt disease by forming soil conditions conducive to flue-cured tobacco growth but adverse to disease survival, which is an effective auxiliary method against the disease.

The ongoing Ebola outbreak poses an alarming risk to the countries of West Africa and beyond. On August 8, 2014, the World Health Organization(WHO) declared the cross-country Ebola outbreak a Public Emergency of International Concern. China has had no confirmed cases of Ebola. In this paper, virologic characteristics, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, laboratory examination and prophylactic vaccines and therapeutic drugs of Ebola are summarized. Importantly, active responses and actions from China are introduced. Moreover, the key issues in the future prevention and control of Ebola were also addressed.

The Occurrence and prevention of Filamentous Algae in Ecological Purification System of Micro-polluted Water

[ Objective ] The aim was to study the influence of filamentous algae on the process of water ecological purification. [ Method ] The occurrence mechanism of filamentous algae and its ecological system were summarized and analyzed. Considering the ecological purification in north- ern Jiangsu, the occurrence and prevention of filamentous algae in water, the method to prevent filamentous algae in polluted water was discussed. [ Result] The results showed that by measures of improving planting density, regular harvesting, and water flow state control before the filamentous algae blooming period, together with improving local pH value, light interference and ecological control during the blooming period, can effectively control the filamentous algae blooming. [ Condusion] The study of the happening mechanism of filamentous algae provided theoretical references and the technical basis in the work of filamentous algae prevention and control.

A Preliminary Study on the Diversity of Insect Groups in Xiannvshan Airport,Wulong,Chongqing

[Objectives]This study was conducted to understand the effect of the insect diversity characteristics in Xiannvshan Airport,Wulong,Chongqing on effectively reducing the probability of bird strike events in this area.[Methods]A preliminary investigation and research was mainly conducted on the insects in Xiannvshan Airport,Wulong,Chongqing and its surrounding habitats in 2018 using the net catching method.[Results]The collected insects belonged to 35 families of 6 orders,among which Catantopidae,Gryllidae,Miridae,and Pentatomidae were the dominant groups,and Muscidae,Acridoidae,Chrysomelidae,Cicadellidae,and Tipulidae were common Taxa.[Conclusions]This study provides a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of bird strikes.

Study on Sugarcane Smut

The pathogen and characteristics, infection cycle, occurrence regularity and damage symptoms of sugarcane smut were introduced in the paper. Moreover, the comprehensive prevention measures were proposed on the basis of planting disease-resistant species, strengthening cultivation managements to improve dis- ease-resistant ability of sugarcane, and adopting fungicide control as assistant measures. The study provided certain basis for reducing damages of sugarcane smut and imorovin yield and quality of sugarcane.

To investigate the current status of human brucellosis in Tuquan country,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The epidemiology survey method and standard questionnaire was adopted to explore epidemiological characteristic of human brucellosis among cases and controls.801 new cases were reported during 2010-2011 in Tuquan country,male patients are more than female patients;Most of the cases were between 30 years old and 60 years old;New cases were found in every villages of Tuque country,the incidence of brucellosis was statistical significant deference between villages;The peak period of incidence is June and July.Close surveillance of the brucellosis should be performed to prevent the expansion of the epidemic.

新冠肺炎疫情危机为观察残疾人保护和相关领域社会治理打开了一扇窗口。文章总结了疫情防控期间各级政府、残联和社会组织加强残疾人保护的政策创新和服务实践，反思了疫情发生后残疾人安全防护、兜底保障及应急管理面临的突出问题，提出了做好当前防控阶段残疾人防护和建立疫情灾情之下残疾人保护长效机制的政策建议。文章坚持人道主义的基本立场，认为疫情让我们进一步了解残疾人的脆弱和特别保护的必要性，进一步了解在奔向残疾人全面发展和共同富裕更高目标的出发点上扎牢底线、补好短板的紧迫性，进一步了解无论在危机时期还是常规阶段，残疾人工作都不能偏离国家发展的整体布局，不能背离“政府主导、社会参与”的治理方向。
