In recent years,potato soil-borne diseases have occurred severely.The investigation shows that potato Fusarium wilt greatly affects potato yield,leading to a yield reduction rate of 21.8%.Potato powdery scab shows very mild symptoms on potato tuber,basically with no symptoms in some plots,but shows obvious symptoms on the root system.A large number of nodules which are produced on one side of the root system seriously affect water and fertilizer absorption function of the potato root system.Potato tubers expand slowly,leading to small potato tuber,low yield and low commodity rate.The fungus can survive in soil for more than 10 years.Potato soil-borne diseases are harmful and are difficult to control.Susceptible plants can be detected by high definition chromatographic control method and pathogen detection.For prevention and control of potato soil-borne diseases,first of all,disease-resistant varieties should be chosen and virus-free potato seeds are used for sowing.Secondly,metham and dazomet can be used to treat soil in order to prevent and control potato soil-borne diseases.The results showed that the dead seedling rate treated by metham was reduced from 35%to 12.5%compared with the blank control,and the yield was increased by 44.09 kg/ha,with an increase rate of 18.2%.Compared with the blank control,the dead seedling rate treated by dazomet was decreased from 35%to 7.5%,and the yield was increased by 38.10 kg/ha,with an increase rate of 15.7%.The soil treatment received obvious yield increase effect.

Since December 2019, several cases of coronavirus infected disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been reported in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. COVID-19 has been rapid spread in other provinces of China and abroad. The prevention and control of outbreak is particularly important. Based on the development of network and medical and health resources in the context of the "Internet +" era, this article discusses strategies for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the "Internet +" era, and provides a reference for the implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control.

Background:The coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has been identified as the cause of an outbreak of respiratory illness in Wuhan,Hubei Province,China beginning in December 2019.As of 31 January 2020,this epidemic had spread to 19 countries with 11791 confirmed cases,including 213 deaths.The World Health Organization has declared it a Public Health Emergency of International Concern.Methods:A scoping review was conducted following the methodological framework suggested by Arksey and O'Malley.In this scoping review,65 research articles published before 31 January 2020 were analyzed and discussed to better understand the epidemiology,causes,clinical diagnosis,prevention and control of this virus.The research domains,dates of publication,journal language,authors'affiliations,and methodological characteristics were included in the analysis.All the findings and statements in this review regarding the outbreak are based on published information as listed in the references.Results:Most of the publications were written using the English language(89.2%).The largest proportion of published articles were related to causes(38.5%)and a majority(67.7%)were published by Chinese scholars.Research articles initially focused on causes,but over time there was an increase of the articles related to prevention and control.Studies thus far have shown that the virus7 origination is in connection to a seafood market in Wuhan,but specific animal associations have not been confirmed.Reported symptoms include fever,cough,fatigue,pneumonia,headache,diarrhea,hemoptysis,and dyspnea.Preventive measures such as masks,hand hygiene practices,avoidance of public contact,case detection,contact tracing,and quarantines have been discussed as ways to reduce transmission.To date,no specific antiviral treatment has proven effective;hence,infected people primarily rely on symptomatic treatment and supportive care.Conclusions:There has been a rapid surge in research in response to the outbreak of COVID-19.During this early period,published research primarily ex

Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by a number of bacteria in the genus Brucella.In animals,classical Brucella species naturally affiliate with mammals in which they cause epididymitis and orchitis in males and abortion storms in pregnant females.Because Brucella proliferates to a vast number of free organisms in the fetal organs and fluids,abortion plays a key mechanism in disease spread in nature.B.melitensis,B.suis,and B.abortus construct the three most severe zoonotic species and their role in human brucellosis stems from their association with domesticated farm animals in which they strive and transmit the disease.Here we review the relevant literature on genus Brucella,vaccination and diagnostic approaches.Meanwhile,the prevention and control programs based on the combination of vaccination coverage of the population with differentiating serological diagnosis of the infected from vaccinated animals(DIVA)and herd clearance by a test and cull strategy using validated serological tests were discussed.

BACKGROUND Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a major cause of unexpected and perioperative in-hospital deaths.It is characterized by high morbidity,high mortality,high misdiagnosis rate,and high missed diagnosis rates.VTE is a common postoperative complication in cancer patients.VTE is preventable,and early identification of risk factors leading to VTE and appropriate early preventive actions can reduce its occurrence and mortality.Presently,there is no uniform standard for the prevention and control of VTE in clinical practice,and hospitals in China lack mature and effective protocols for the assessment,prevention,and treatment of VTE.AIM To explore whether an early warning program could influence the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)postoperatively.METHODS This is a comparative retrospective cohort study,which enrolled patients who underwent laparotomic or laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor resection for gastrointestinal cancer between January 2016 and December 2019.Patients were divided into a control group and an early warning group depending on whether or not the early warning program was implemented.A venous thromboembolism prevention and control team was established.The outcomes included the occurrence of DVT,the correct rate of VTE assessment,the coagulation indicators,and the mastery of VTE knowledge by the nurses.RESULTS A total of 264 patients were included in this study,with 128 patients in the control group and 136 patients in the early warning group.The occurrence rate of DVT in the early warning group was 6.6%(9/136),compared with 14.1%(18/128)in the control group(Pcontrol groups,respectively(all P<0.001).The independent factors associated with postoperative DVT occurrence were age(OR=1.083,95%CI:1.070-3.265,P=0.032),Hyperlipidemia(OR=1.127,95%CI:1.139-2.564,P=0.042),preoperative high VTE risk(OR=2.131,95%CI:1.085-5.178,

Background There could be various stakeholders who influencing multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)policy development and implementation,yet their attributes and roles remain unclear in practice.This study aimed to identify key stakeholders in the process of policy-making for MDR-TB control and prevention and to analyse the attributes and relationships of the stakeholders,providing evidence for further policy research on MDR-TB control.Methods This study was conducted from October 2018 to March 2019 and applied the stakeholder analysis guidelines and domestic stakeholder analysis.An initial candidate stakeholder list was developed by policy scanning.Ten experts were invited to identify these candidate stakeholders.The major attribute of these stakeholders were analysed using the Michell scoring method.Based on these results,the intertwined relationships among groups of stakeholders were analysed and mapped through a systematic scan of the policy and literature on MDR-TB control,as well as information obtained from the interviews.Results A list of 21 types of candidate stakeholders was developed after a literature review and policy scanning,of which 11 received 100%approval.After expert evaluation and identification(the total expert authority was 0.80),19 categories of stakeholders were approved and included in the stakeholder analysis.We categorized all of the stakeholders into three groups:(i)definitive stakeholders who are mainly involved in administrative departments and the Provincial Center for Disease control and prevention(CDC);(ii)expectant stakeholders who are mainly involved with MDR-TB patients,clinical departments of TB hospitals at different levels,community health care facilities,prefectural CDC and charity organizations;and(iii)latent stakeholders who mainly involved family members and neighbours of MDR-TB patients and TB related products manufacturers.Government departments and higher-level CDCs have strong decision-making power in developing MDR-TB control policies whereas the recommendations

Members of the China-ASEAN Joint Laboratory for International Cooperation in Traditional Medicine Research used the video conference platform to exchange and discuss the advantages of traditional medicine through the form of score exchange and report,and research and develop the amount and issues of the therapeutic COVID-19 products of concern.This paper mainly reviews the achievements of the implementation of the epidemic prevention and control plan,advances of scientific basic studies on SARS-CoV-2,analysis and screening of potential targets and pathways of antiviral compounds based on network pharmacology and development of antiviral food dual-use products.The authors believe that the declaration of the(10+3)special meeting of national leaders on epidemic prevention and control should raise the medical and pharmaceutical issues of common concern.It is the responsibility of our joint laboratory members to accelerate the development of traditional medicine research and industry.Also the authors believe that this exchange will certainly promote the development of the cause of cooperation.

Since December 2019,epidemic cases of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) infection have continued to occur in many provinces and cities in China.The radiology department is the first-line department for primary image screening and auxiliary diagnosis,and theemergency prevention and control is particularly essential.This article summarizes and discusses our department’s emergency prevention and control plan in response to the novel coronavirus epidemic.It is intended to provide references and guides for the management work of the radiology department against severe infectious diseases.
