The application of polymers to replace oleylamine(OLA)and oleic acid(OA)as ligands for perovskite nanocrystals is an effective strategy to improve their stability and durability especially for the solution-based processing.Herein,we report a mechanosynthesis of lead bromide perovskite nanoparticles(NPs)stabilized by partially hydrolyzed poly(methyl methacrylate)(h-PMMA)and highmolecular-weight highly-branched poly(ethylenimine)(PEI-25K).The as-synthesized NP solutions exhibited green emission centered at 516 nm,possessing a narrow full-width at half-maximum of 17 nm and as high photoluminescence quantum yield(PL QY)as 85%,while showing excellent durability and resistance to polar solvents,e.g.,methanol.The colloids of polymer-stabilized NPs were directly processable toform stable and strongly-emitting thin films and solids,making them attractive as gain media.Furthermore,the roles of h-PMMA and PEI-25K in the grinding process were studied in depth.The h-PMMA can form micelles in the grinding solvent of dichloromethane to act as size-regulating templates for the growth of NPs.The PEI-25K with large amounts of amino groups induced significant enrichment of PbBr_(2)in the reaction mixture,which in turn caused the formation of CsPb_(2)Br_(5)-mPbBr_(2)and CsPbBr_(3)-Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)-nCsBr NPs.The presence of CsPbBr_(3)-Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)-nCsBr NPs was responsible for the high PL QY,as the Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)phase with a wide energy bandgap can passivate the surface defects of the CsPbBr_(3)phase.This work describes a direct and facile mechanosynthesis of polymer-coordinated perovskite NPs and promotes in-depth understanding of the formation and phase conversion for perovskite NPs in the grinding process.

Photo-Dimerization Characteristics of Coumarin Pendants within Amphiphilic Random Copolymer micelles

The photo-dimerization characteristics of coumarin pendants within amphiphilic random copolymer micelles in aqueous solution was comprehensively investigated using various selected wavelength light in the UV-Vis-NIR region. The time-dependent photo-dimerization degree （PD） changes in the photo-dimerization experiments showed saturating behaviors with intensity-independent of PDmax values at 28%, 44%, 92%, 85%, 36%, 35%, 32% and 31% for 254, 288, 320, 360, 400, 500, 650 and 900 nm irradiations, respectively. The irradiation experiments at 254 and 288 nm announced the occurring of an asymmetric equilibrium of photo-dimerization and photo-cleavage at the used conditions. Both the alternative irradiation cycles of 360 and 254 nm, 650 and 254 nm showed a partially, but evidently reversible photo-dimerization tendency.

Objective: In order to overcome the poor solubility of triptolide(TP) and cyclopamine(CPA), enhance their anticancer effects, and decrease their side effects, triptolide and cyclopamine encapsulated polymeric micelle system(TP/CPA-PM) was prepared and its in-vitro antitumor activities were investigated. Methods: Self-prepared PEG-PLC was used as a carrier material to prepare a novel polymeric micelle system containing both TP and CPA(TP/CPA-PM;TP:CPA = 1:1, w/w) using acetone solvent evaporation method. The micelles were characterized in terms of particle size, analyzed by laser particle size analyzer, entrapment efficiency, determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and in-vitro drug release, determined by combining dialysis method with HPLC. The MTS assay was performed at different time points to determine the inhibitory effect of TP/CPA-PM and free-TP/CPA with different concentrations on the proliferation of three kinds of human pancreatic carcinoma cell lines, namely Miapace-2 cells, Kras cells and HPSC cells. Results: The average particle size of TP/CPA-PM(TP:CPA = 1:1, w/w) was(54.3±2.6) nm(n = 3), and the encapsulation efficiency of TP and CPA was(48.7±7.7%)(n = 3) and(58.9±6.0%)(n = 3), respectively. The drug release curve showed that TP in TP/CPA-PM demonstrated fast-release profile, while CPA in TP/CPAPM indicated sustained-release profile. The release of CPA from micelles was faster at pH 5.2 than at pH 7.4. After 24 h of incubation at 37 °C, 39.0% of CPA was released at pH 7.4, while 58.4% was released at pH 5.2. Compared with free-TP/CPA, TP/CPA-PM significantly inhibited the proliferation of the three kinds of pancreatic cancer cells in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. Conclusion: These findings indicate that the combination of triptolid and cyclopamine loaded in polymeric micelles is an effective strategy to treat pancreatic tumors.

Objectives: To determine the major effective component of Peganum harmala alkaloids.Figure out the sensitive tumor cells in vitro,and investigate the best antitumor proportion of two alkaloids.Build and characterize a new material independently: Trimethyl-palmitoyl-chitosan （TPCS）,and prepare drug-loaded polymeric micelles with this amphiphilic chitosan derivatives.Method: Half inhibition rates （IC50） of the drus on cancer cells including SMMC-7721,BEL7402,7901,A549,MDA-MB-231,MCF-7 and HeLa cells were determined using MTT assay,and the sensitive cancer cells were figured out.The best proportion of two alkaloids was acquired by determining IC50 of 12 different groups for 24h using the sensitive cells.TPCS1,TPCS2 were synthesized and evaluated by IR,1HNMR and other methods.Prepare two drug-loaded micelles using film dispersion method and study the influence of drug dosage on particle properties.The encapsulation efficiency,drug loading amount were all measured.Micellar morphology was observed by transmission electron microscopy.Dialysis method was used to study in vitro release of drug-loaded micelles and influence of different pH and grafting rate.Result: The best proportion was 6:1.TPCS1,TPCS2 were successfully achieved.The drug-loaded micelles of TPCS2had a high encapsulation efficiency （（ 91.15±0.14 ） %）and drug loading amount（（ 14.58±0.23 ） %）,whose particle size was about 180nm.Cumulative release rate of TPCS2 micelles could reach 72.1% for 72h in pH7.4,which was more slowly than TPCS1.Conclusion : The best proportion with good antitumor activity in vitro was determined.The drug-loaded micelles had rounded,small particle size,which released slowly and should become a potential anti-tumor nano delivery system.
