Clean and efﬁcient recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)has become an urgent need to promote sustainable and rapid development of human ***,we provide a critical and comprehensive overview of the various technologies for recycling spent LIBs,starting with lithium-ion power *** research on raw material collection,metallurgical recovery,separation and puriﬁcation is highlighted,particularly in terms of all aspects of economic efﬁciency,energy consumption,technology transformation and policy *** and pathways for transformative full-component recovery of spent LIBs are explored,revealing a clean and efﬁcient closed-loop recovery *** methods are proposed for future recycling technologies,with a focus on how future research directions can be ***,based on life-cycle assessment,the challenges of future recycling are revealed from the LIBs supply chain and stability of the supply chain of the new energy battery industry to provide an outlook on clean and efﬁcient short process recycling *** work is designed to support the sustainable development of the new energy power industry,to help meet the needs of global decarbonization strategies and to respond to the major needs of industrialized recycling.

Rural logistics faces a dilemma between development and high carbon emissions in *** assess the tension between rural logistics development and carbon emissions from the perspective of policy guidance by modeling a rural logistics system using Jiangsu’s *** simulate the development trend of Jiangsu rural logistics under carbon abatement policies from 2021–2030,with a focus on promoting its development while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions at a minimal *** findings show that rural logistics will move towards high carbon emissions without a carbon abatement policy,while the huge tax pressure of carbon reduction policies reduces the profitability of rural logistics,leading to a trade-off between development and *** the perspective of implementation timing and manner of carbon abatement policies implementation,we propose a pathway for securing the profitability of rural logistics and resolving the trade-off.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is witnessing a surge in economic development,showcasing robust resilience in the co-agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing industries,along with the increasingly evident impact generated by such *** on the panel data collected from ten cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(excluding Zhaoqing)spanning from 2010 to 2020,we examined the formation mechanism for industrial co-agglomeration in the area from three dimensions:industrial correlation,spatial correlation,and policy *** analysis was based on a vertical correlation model and was validated using the seemingly unrelated regressions(SUR)*** findings are as follows:(a)There currently exists no spatial correlation between the producer services and manufacturing sectors in the area,and the correlation between the two remains limited to the former providing specialized services to the latter.(b)policy guidance has a positive impact on the location selection of industries within the *** implementing a comprehensive range of favorable policies,local governments can provide effective and scientifically guided recommendations regarding the location of producer services and manufacturing ***,it is crucial to foster the collaboration between producer services and manufacturing sectors and further enhance the co-agglomeration between the two *** addition,the government authorities should also strive to enhance its economic governance capacity,thereby facilitating the formation of such co-agglomeration.

Mechanization is the future direction of rapeseed production in Sichuan. A series of technology tests for rapeseed mechanized production have been carried out in terms of variety selection, key agronomic measures and machinery in the main production area of Sichuan in recent years. In the research, the agronomic techniques, including variety selection for mechanical production, key agronomic measures and mechanical harvesting were analyzed. Based on the present condi- tions, strategy and suggestions for the development of mechanized rapeseed produc- tion in Sichuan also were presented.

以山东莱阳“昕秀”合作社历史起源的微观考察为研究对象，深入分析农业现代化背景下的农民专业合作社及其发展问题。“昕秀”合作社发展的突出特征与价值体现为：“扩大经营规模、维护经济利益、实现社会效益”的合作需求，“要素化、契约性、互惠信任性”的合作机制，“循环经济、生态环保”的理念，“家庭农场”的合作模式，“注重社会效益的多元共赢”的合作效应。在农业现代化背景下，农民专业合作社体现为国家政策诱导、农民内在互惠互利自组织两种生成机制及逻辑理路。在农业现代化进程中，加强农民专业合作社的健康发展，应实现国家政策引导与农民内生组织机制相契合，实现以人为本、多要素结合的“和谐、生态环保、互惠”合作。

职业农民培训是培养高素质农民的重要途径，财政是促进高质量职业农民培训发展的重要推动力。2004年以来，我国新型职业农民受到社会的广泛关注，成为推动乡村振兴的生力军，与之相关的职业农民培训事业快速发展，但也存在财政投入力度不够、财政资源分散、财政政策引领作用不强等缺陷。欧美发达国家在这方面起步早，其在财政支持职业农民培训方面主要采取直接投入、税收优惠、财政投融资、政府采购等举措，收效明显。针对我国财政支持职业农民培训事业发展存在的实际问题，适当借鉴发达国家的相关成功经验，我国不仅需要增加职业农民培训财政拨款总量，还要改革财政扶持职业农民培训的方式，拓宽经费筹措渠道，加强职业农民培训财政支持的绩效考核，找准财政支持立足点，才能推动职业农民培训事业高质量发展。

政府干预在集聚经济中的作用一直是新经济地理学研究的薄弱环节，通过引入预期概念，可将政府行为内生化为个人或企业微观决策即要素空间流动的重要动因，进而完善新经济地理学的分析框架，尤其是增强其对属于后发型的、非完全市场经济的我国产业集聚分析的解释力。既有的新经济地理学理论通过对市场主体的区位选择进行一般均衡分析，揭示了集聚产生的内生机制，认为基于微观经济主体自发行为的要素流动是集聚产生并强化的关键因素之一。然而，大部分新经济地理学分析假设经济主体是短视而被动的，这与现实中要素流动大多是基于预期下的优化选择行为具有较大反差，经济主体并非被动地根据区域间当前的效用差异进行决策。预期分析与新经济地理学分析的融合，完善了空间宏观异质性形成的微观基础，揭示了预期对集聚的形成及其动态变化有着重要的影响。此外，政策可以通过影响个体预期内生于个体经济行为和集聚过程，从而证明政府通过政策引导集聚是可行的。
