In this paper,the electroelastic stress fields in an electrostrictive material with point charge are ***,the general solutions for the potential functions of electric fields and stresses are derived for the case of point charge based on analytical continuation *** explicit results are given for the case of whole infinite *** the effect of interaction for the point charge and the perturbation or extra electric fields is *** is found that the stress functions are different from the ones of piezoelectric *** nonlinear effects for the coupling of electric and stress fields should be considered.

In this paper,two kinds of circular crack including external circularcrack and penny-shaped crack in a transversely isotropic piezoelectric space are ***,we obtain the solution to the problem of an external circular crack ina transversely isotropic piezoelectric space subjected to antisymmetric normal pointforces and point *** on this,the solution of one-sided loading of an ex-ternal circular crack is ***,the real shape of an external circularcrack and the opening displacement of a penny-shaped crack under an arbitrary pointforce and point charge are further *** last,the results are presented in agraphical form.

A PENNY-SHAPED CRACK IN AN INFINITE PIEZOELECTRIC BODY UNDER ANTISYMMETRIC point LOADS

In this study, Fabrikant(1989, 1991)’s new results in potential theory were used to obtain the exact and complete solution for the problem of a penny-shaped crack in an infinite transversely isotropic piezoelectric body subjected to antisymmetric point loads (point charges and normal point forces); then the complete solution for the problem of one-sided loading of a penny-shaped crack was obtained by the superposition of the symmetric loading solution in Chen and Shioya (1999) and the antisymmetric one presented here; and then the reciprocity theorem of piezoelectric media was used to deal with the problem of interaction between arbitrarily located point forces and a point charge with a penny-shaped crack and obtained the exact expressions of the crack faces’ normal displacement in terms of elementary functions and some non-singular integrals; and finally obtained the normal displacement of the positive and negative faces of the crack under many loading cases as shown in figures for an infinite PZT-4 piezoelectric ceramic body weakened by a penny-shaped crack.

ELASTICITY SOLUTIONS FOR A PIEZOELECTRIC CONE UNDER CONCENTRATED LOADS AT ITS APEX

Based on the general solution of the three-dimensional problem for piezoelectric materials, the problem of a piezoelectric cone subjected to concentrated loads at its apex is solved by trial-and-error method. The displacements and stresses are explicitly given for the cases of compression in the presence of point charge, bending and torsion. These solutions are simple in form and convenient for application. When the apex angle 2 alpha equals pi, the solutions for concentrated force, point charge and torsion reduce to solutions of the half-space problem.

Prediction-Based Thunderstorm Path Recovery Method Using CNN-BiLSTM

The loss of three-dimensional atmospheric electric field(3DAEF)data has a negative impact on thunderstorm *** paper proposes a method for thunderstorm point charge path *** on the relation-ship between a point charge and 3DAEF,we derive corresponding localization formulae by establishing a point charge localization ***,point charge movement paths are obtained after fitting time series localization ***,AEF data losses make it difficult to fit and visualize ***,using available AEF data without loss as input,we design a hybrid model combining the convolutional neural network(CNN)and bi-directional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)to predict and recover the lost *** paths are not present during sunny weather,we propose an extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)model combined with a stacked autoencoder(SAE)to further determine the weather conditions of the recovered ***,historical AEF data of known weathers are input into SAE-XGBoost to obtain the distribution of predicted values(PVs).With threshold adjustments to reduce the negative effects of invalid PVs on SAE-XGBoost,PV intervals corresponding to different weathers are *** recovered AEF is then input into the fixed SAE-XGBoost *** paths need to be fitted is determined by the interval to which the output PV *** results confirm that the proposed method can effectively recover point charge paths,with a maximum path deviation of approximately 0.018 km and a determination coefficient of 94.17%.This method provides a valid reference for visual thunderstorm monitoring.

The dipole hypothesis commonly used in the description of electromagnetic fields associated with TEM loop antennas or grounded wire source is not accurate enough in the near-source zones where the response is also of significant importance for clearly mapping subtle structures embedded in shallow settings with geologic *** order to better understand these near-source errors,we investigate the scale of errors resulting from the direct-dipole and superposing-dipole approximation of the large loop or long grounded wire *** results demonstrate that both the direct-dipole approximation and the superposing-dipole approximation fail to give accurate results in the near-source *** only the direct-dipole approximation but also superposing-dipole approximation will arouse some ***,a‘point-charge’solution of the EM damped wave equation is proposed and derived to calculate the near source *** modeling and field data analysis demonstrate that the proposed method provides more accurate results in the near source areas and can be effectively used to calculate the TEM response in the near source region.
