Effect of aerial spray adjuvant applying on the efficiency of small unmanned aerial vehicle for wheat aphids control

Small unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have been widely used in different aspects of modern farming management,including pest and disease control in China in recent *** this study,the spray performance of a small plant protection UAV at low volume spray was evaluated by adjusting the pesticide dosage and adding aerial spraying *** deposition,droplet density,coverage,control effect and pesticide residue from field trials were *** addition,the residue and control effect of UAV spray were compared to manual knapsack at high volume *** results showed that,the adjuvant applying improved the efficiency of UAV ***,the adjuvant applying reduced the dosage of imidacloprid by 20%.However,there was no significant difference on initial residue between UAV spray and knapsack ***,plant protection UAV spraying pesticide by adding appropriate adjuvant showed the ability of improving the pesticide effectiveness by improving the control efficiency,reducing the pesticide dosage and residue.

Rapid Screening of pesticide residues in Strawberry Based on HPLC-QTOF/MS SWATH Acquisition Mode

[Objectives]The paper was to establish a rapid screening method of pesticide residues in strawberry based on HPLC-QTOF/MS SWATH acquisition mode.[Methods]The strawberry sample was extracted with acetonitrile,purified with anhydrous magnesium sulfate,sodium chloride and primary secondary amine(PSA)powder,and then loaded on the *** full information spectrum was collected by positive ion mode and screened by comparing with the spectrum library,and 20 kinds of pesticide residues were quantitatively analyzed.[Results]The detection limits of 20 pesticide residues were 0.0002-0.0100 mg/kg,and they showed good linearity in the range of 0.0005-0.1000μg/mL(R 2≥0.995).The recoveries ranged from 62.8%to 106.3%.[Conclusions]This method is rapid,simple,sensitive and non-targeted,and can be used for rapid screening of multiple pesticide residues in strawberry.

Matrix Effects of Fourteen Organophosphorus pesticides residues in Nine Kinds of Vegetable Matrices

The matrix effects of 14 organophosphorus pesticides in 9 kinds of vegetables matrices were preliminarily studied by gas chromatography/flame photomet- ric detection（FPD） in the paper. The matrix effects of 14 organophosphoms pesticides in 9 kinds of vegetable matrices at 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mg/L were compared, respectively. The results showed that matrix enhancement effect and matrix attenuation effect existed in all cases, while matrix effects did not have strong correlation with concentrations of pesticides, but were related to species of vegetables and structure and polarity of pesticides.

Detection of Chlorpyrifos residues in Akesu Red Fuji Apple based on Near Infrared Spectrum

[Objective] The paper was to explore a method for detecting chlorpyrifos residues in red Fuji apple. [Method] The original spectral data of apple samples sprayed with different volume fractions of chlorpyrifos were collected using near infrared spectrometer at the band of 4 000-10 000 cm^（-1）. The original spectra were pre-treated by a variety of methods, and partial least squares（PLS） model was established for predictive analysis. [Result] Near infrared spectrum showed sensitivity to apple samples sprayed with different volume fractions of chlorpyrifos, but had low precision on pesticide-free samples. Data of blank control group were further eliminated for modeling prediction. The results showed that the results were the best when pre-treated with first derivative（FD）： R=0.987 9; the square error of prediction（SEP） was 0.173 6; the root-mean-square error of cross-validation（RMSECV） was 0.120 5; and the precision was 0.923 4. [Conclusion] Near infrared spectrum can better predict chlorpyrifos residue, providing a new method for detecting chlorpyrifos residues in Akesu red Fuji apple.

Risk Assessment of Quality Safety of Nonlocal Red Bayberry in Cixi City

The nonlocal red bayberry sold in Cixi City were quantitatively analyzed for consecutive four years from 2010 to 2013, in order to understand their pesti- cide pollution. The results showed that the detectable rate of pesticide was 55.56%, and the pesticide detectable rate of samples was 59.09% in red bayberry. The exceeding standard rate of pesticides was 15.87%. In terms of safety index, the risk and safety state of all pesticides were within an acceptable range except cyhalothrin. In terms of risk coefficient, omethoate, triazophos and isocarbophes were at high-risk state, and the remaining 19 kinds of pesticides were at low-risk state.

An effective and rapid way to detect thiophanate-methyl residue on mulberry fruit is important for providing consumers with quality and safe of mulberry *** methods are complex,time-consuming,and costly,and can result in sample *** detection of thiophanate-methyl residue on mulberry fruit was studied using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy（LIBS） and hyperspectral imaging（HSI） *** component analysis（PCA） and partial least square regression（PLSR） were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the data obtained by using LIBS and HSI on mulberry fruit samples with different thiophanate-methyl *** competitive adaptive reweighted sampling algorithm was used to select optimal *** results of model calibration were *** best result was given by the PLSR model that used the optimal preprocessed LIBS–HSI variables,with a correlation coefficient of 0.921 for the prediction *** results of this research confirmed the feasibility of using LIBS and HSI for the rapid detection of thiophanate-methyl residue on mulberry fruit.
