In the environment of energy conservation and environmental protection,lightweight is one of the future trend in automobile *** application of non-metallic materials is conducive to reducing the weight of existing products,which is in line with the development trend of automotive *** paper introduces the material selection of plastic *** PP+EPDM-T30 as the research object and taking the product performance index as the design requirement,the structural design of the plastic fender is carried out,including wall thickness and installation point *** addition,the reasonable positioning design ensure the size of the plastic *** test results show that the final product meets the use requirements of anti-concavity,impact resistance and vibration durability,and achieves a weight reduction of 38% compared with the steel metal fender.

Improved Diurnal Cycle of Precipitation on Land in a Global Non-Hydrostatic Model Using a Revised NSAS Deep Convective Scheme

In relatively coarse-resolution atmospheric models,cumulus parameterization helps account for the effect of subgridscale convection,which produces supplemental rainfall to the grid-scale precipitation and impacts the diurnal cycle of *** this study,the diurnal cycle of precipitation was studied using the new simplified Arakawa-Schubert scheme in a global non-hydrostatic atmospheric model,i.e.,the Yin-Yang-grid Unified Model for the *** new diagnostic closures and a convective trigger function were suggested to emphasize the job of the cloud work function corresponding to the free tropospheric large-scale *** results of the 0.25-degree model in 3-month batched real-case simulations revealed an improvement in the diurnal precipitation variation by using a revised trigger function with an enhanced dynamical constraint on the convective initiation and a suitable threshold of the *** reducing the occurrence of convection during peak solar radiation hours,the revised scheme was shown to be effective in delaying the appearance of early-afternoon rainfall peaks over most land areas and accentuating the nocturnal peaks that were wrongly concealed by the more substantial afternoon *** addition,the revised scheme enhanced the simulation capability of the precipitation probability density function,such as increasing the extremely low-and high-intensity precipitation events and decreasing small and moderate rainfall events,which contributed to the reduction of precipitation bias over mid-latitude and tropical land areas.

To detect weak radiation signal,a front-end signal processing module based on CdZnTe radiation detector is designed,fabricated and *** module is mainly composed of three sections which are the preamplifier,forming circuit and buffer ***8605 is employed as the core to design the preamplifier,then CR-RC3 is selected as the main structure to design the forming circuit,and the two-stage Sallen-key filter is used to form the filter *** addition,the gain regulator,buffer and power filter circuits are integrated to build the weak signal processing *** test results show that the noise can be suppressed in the range of 102～162 eat 0～35℃.And the non-linearity of the output voltage at room temperature is less than 3.75 %,the energy resolution of 241 Am 59.5 keV radiation source can reach8.6%,which can meet the requirements of weak radiation signals detection.
