The usage of full-color imaging in digital pathology produces significant *** with a grayscale image or a pseudocolor image containing contrast information,a full-color image can identify and detect the target object better with color texture *** ptychographic microscopy(FPM)is a high-throughput computational imaging technique that breaks the tradeoff between high resolution(HR)and a large field of *** also eliminates the artifacts of scanning and stitching in digital pathology and improves its imaging ***,the conventional full-color digital pathology based on FPM is still time-consuming because of the repeated experiments with tri-wavelengths.A color transfer FPM approach termed“CFPM”was *** color texture information of a low-resolution full-color pathologic image is directly transferred to the HR grayscale FPM image captured by only a single *** of the color space of FPM based on the standard CIE-XYZ color model and the display based on the standard RGB color space were *** FPM colorization schemes were analyzed and compared with 30 biological *** types of evaluation approaches were provided,including the root-mean-square error(RMSE),the difference maps,and the image histogram cosine *** average RMSE values of the conventional method and CFPM compared with the ground truth were 5.3%and 5.7%,***,the reconstruction time is significantly reduced by 2/3 with the sacrifice of precision of only 0.4%.The CFPM method is also compatible with advanced fast FPM approaches to further reduce computation time.

Background: Lysine is used widely in livestock production due to the shortage of feed protein ***·H2SO4 contains L-lysine sulphate as well as fermentation co-products which contain other amino acids and ***,there are few articles about L-lysine·H2SO4 product regarding intestinal morphology and liver pathology of broiler *** this article,we focus on the absorption and metabolism of L-lysine·H2SO4 revealed in the variation of intestinal morphology and liver pathology to determine the tolerance of chicks for L-lysine·***: To evaluate the tolerance of broilers for L-lysine·H2SO4,240 one day old broilers were allocated randomly to one of five dietary treatments which included corn-soybean diets containing 0,1%,4%,7% or 10% L-lysine·H2SO4(L-lysine content = 55%).Results: Supplementation of 1% L-lysine·H2SO4 in the diet had no negative ***,4%,7% or 10% Llysine·H2SO4 supplementation produced negative responses on broiler performance,carcass characteristics,blood biochemistry,and particularly on intestinal morphology and liver pathology compared with broilers fed the control ***: Our results show that supplementation with 1% L-lysine·H2SO4 had no negative effects on performance,carcass characteristics,blood biochemistry,intestinal morphology and liver pathology in broilers,but supplementation with 4%,7% or 10% L-lysine·H2SO4 produced a negative response,particularly with respect to intestinal morphology and liver pathology.

There has been a significant advancement in the application of statistical tools in plant pathology during the past four decades. These tools include multivariate analysis of disease dynamics involving principal component analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, pattern analysis, discriminant analysis, multivariate analysis of variance, correspondence analysis, canonical correlation analysis, redundancy analysis, genetic diversity analysis, and stability analysis, which involve in joint regression, additive main effects and multiplicative interactions, and genotype-by-environment interaction biplot analysis. The advanced statistical tools, such as non-parametric analysis of disease association, meta-analysis, Bayesian analysis, and decision theory, take an important place in analysis of disease dynamics. Disease forecasting methods by simulation models for plant diseases have a great potentiality in practical disease control strategies. Common mathematical tools such as monomolecular, exponential, logistic, Gompertz and linked differential equations take an important place in growth curve analysis of disease epidemics. The highly informative means of displaying a range of numerical data through construction of box and whisker plots has been suggested. The probable applications of recent advanced tools of linear and non-linear mixed models like the linear mixed model, generalized linear model, and generalized linear mixed models have been presented. The most recent technologies such as micro-array analysis, though cost effective, provide estimates of gene expressions for thousands of genes simultaneously and need attention by the molecular biologists. Some of these advanced tools can be well applied in different branches of rice research, including crop improvement, crop production, crop protection, social sciences as well as agricultural engineering.
