西藏交通警察道路执法工作的风险与防范

西藏自治区自然、地理与气候环境复杂且特殊,道路交通环境相对恶劣,这导致当地交通警察道路执法工作面临诸多风险,包括警员人身安全和执法效能等风险。对此,文章对西藏交通警察道路执法工作风险进行了调查分析,从地区环境、警员安全意识与技能、执法装备、社会宣传和教育等角度探讨了相关风险的成因,针对性相关风险成因,提出从优化警力配置与道路信息推送、加强警员培训、完善警务装备、加强法治化宣传教育等工作来消除相关风险,以期保障警员安全并改善西藏交通环境。

In this regard this paper investigates and analyzes the risks of road law enforcement work of the Xi Zang traﬃc police discusses the causes of the risks from the perspectives of regional environment police safety awareness and skills law enforcement equipment social publicity and education and proposes to eliminate the risks by optimizing the allocation of police force and road information delivery strengthening police training improving police equipment and strengthening the rule of law publicity and education etc. so as to guarantee the safety of police oﬃcers and improve the eﬀectiveness of law enforcement so as to ensure the safety of police oﬃcers and improve the traﬃc environment in Xi Zang.

We suggest that in the rare case of an Intermediate-Luminosity Optical Transient（ILOT） event,evaporation of extra-solar Kuiper belt objects（Extra KBOs） at distances of dth to a few years, enough d≈500ust mig-10 000 AU from the ILOT can be detected. If the ILOT lasts for 1 monht be ejected from the Extra KBOs for the infrared（IR） emission to be detected. Because of the large distance of the Extra KBOs,tens of years will pass before the ILOT wind disperses the dust. We suggest that after an ILOT outburst,there is a period of months to several years during which IR excess emission might hint at the existence of a Kuiper belt analog（Extra K-Belt）.

The two-dimensional cellular detonation propagating in a channel with area-changing cross section was numerically simulated with the dispersion-controlled dissipative scheme and a detailed chemical reaction model. Effects of the flow ex-pansion and compression on the cellular detonation cell were investigated to illus-trate the mechanism of the transverse wave development and the cellular detona-tion cell evolution. By examining gas composition variations behind the leading shock,the chemical reaction rate,the reaction zone length,and thermodynamic parameters,two kinds of the abnormal detonation waves were identified. To explore their development mechanism,chemical reactions,reflected shocks and rarefac-tion waves were discussed,which interact with each other and affect the cellular detonation in different ways.

In the applications of primary spectrum pyrometry,based on the dynamic range and the minimum sensibility of the sensor,the application issues,such as the measurement range and the measurement partition,were investigated through theoretical analyses. For a developed primary spectrum pyrometer,the theoretical predictions of measurement range and the distributions of measurement partition were presented through numerical simulations. And the measurement experiments of high-temperature blackbody and standard temperature lamp were processed to further verify the above theoretical analyses and numerical results. Therefore the research in the paper provides the helpful supports for the applications of primary spectrum pyrometer and other radiation pyrometers.

A preliminary study of the Malan loess on the eastern margin of the Qinghai-Xizang(Tibetan)Plateau and its adjacent area shows that along the boundary of Kunlun Mts.-Buqing Mts.-A’nymaqnMts.-South Qinling(Motianling),the Malun loess falls roughly into two main depositional regions:to itsnorth,a hot loess region in which dusts come mainly from the Asian inland arid area;to its south,a coldloess region in which dusts come chiefly from the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.The possible causative fac-tors and processes for the loess difference are the uplift of the Plateau and the effects of its resultant particuolar landform,the interactions of its induced Asian monsoon,by-flowing westlies and plateau monsoon,and thedifference of sediments of source areas.

An important motif in science fiction films is the encounter between different species--usually between human kind and alien kind. In films of this type, both anxieties and hopes are imagined and exhibited. By examining three science fiction films made in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Chinese mainland in the late 1970s and early 1980s--that is, The Super Inframan （Zhongguo chaoren, 1975）, God of War （Zhanshen, 1976）, and Death Ray on Coral Island （Shanhudao shang de siguang, 1980）--this paper analyzes the ideologies and anxieties behind such encounters. These films present different ＂Chinese＂ pictures, revealing the fluidity of Chineseness, as well as the variety of frameworks within the genre of Chinese-language science fiction films. In this time of globalization, it is important to examine these early science fiction films in order to explore the relation between local social concerns and their artistic presentation.

This work presents a critical approach to Passage to India, a film directed by David Lean (1984), based on the novel written by Edward Morgan Foster in 1924, focusing attention on micro representations of Indian society under British imperial power. To structure the work, the ideas of two prominent thinkers whose critical approaches are grounded on the concept of Representation and its implication in relation to perceptions of the “other” were we selected as theoretical framework, namely Herrieta Lidchi and Stuart Hall. In this way, the work aims at highlighting the power of visual images, represented by the film, in the construction of ethnocentric images created by Imperial power(s) and their importance for the development of critical thinking in relation to residual marks of such representations in post-colonial era.
