In order to determine the sensitivity of influencing factors on NOx emission in gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boilers,the orthogonal method was adopted in this *** predominant factors affecting the formation of NOx and four levels were selected to be analyzed,including the diameter of flue restrictor,power of fan,ejection distance of nozzle,aperture of nozzle and relative humidity of *** test plan was designed by employing L16(45)orthogonal array,and 16 groups of experiments were *** test results were analyzed with range analysis and variance *** results indicated that the power of fan has the greatest influence on the formation of NOx of the gas-fired combi-boilers,followed by the diameter of flue restrictor and the relative humidity of air,while the ejection distance of nozzle and aperture of nozzle have little effect on the formation of *** addition,with the selected optimal combination of five factors,a minimum NOx volume fraction is obtained,which confirms the superiority of the orthogonal *** research finding has a certain guiding significance for the reduction of NOx formation of gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler.

The effect of temperature and metal ion components on the viscosity of HPAM solution was studied by means of orthogonal *** factors and 4 levels were considered for the orthogonal *** five factors included temperature, contents of Na,Mg,Caand S,and the four levels mainly considered the level of produced water components in main oilfields in China,The experiment results show that temperature is the most important factor to control HPAM solution viscosity prepared by produced *** effect of ions was in order of Na>S>Mg>*** mechanism of each factor influencing viscosity was also *** on the actual condition of Nanyang oilfield,the desulfurization was used to improve the solution viscosity,and satisfactory result was obtained.

Using the orthogonal experimental design method involving three factors and three levels, the flexural strength and the compressive strength of copolymer grouting material were studied with different compositions of water-cement ratio （mass fraction of water to cement）, epoxy resin content, and waterborne epoxy curing agent content. By orthogonal range and variance analysis, the orders of three factors to influence the strength, the significance levels of different factors, and the optimized compound ratio scheme of copolymer grouting material mixture at different curing ages were determined. An empirical relationship among the strength of copolymer grouting material, the water-cement ratio, the epoxy resin content, and the waterborne epoxy curing agent content was established by multivariate regression analysis. The results indicate that water-cement ratio is the most principal and significant influencing factor on the strength. Epoxy resin content and waterbome epoxy curing agent content also have a significant influence on the strength. But epoxy resin content has a greater influence on the 7-day and 28-day flexural strength, and waterborne epoxy curing agent content has a greater influence on the 3-day flexural strength and the compressive strength. The copolymer grouting material with water-cement ratio of 0.4, epoxy resin content of 8% （mass fraction） and waterbome epoxy curing agent content of 2% （mass fraction） is the best one for repairing of cement concrete pavement. The flexural strength and the compressive strength have good correlation, and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength is between 1.0 and 3.3.

Ginkgolic acids are unwanted constituents in standard Ginkgo biloba leaves extracts. Thus, for the quality control of ginkgo extracts, it is important to establish an effective degradation method, with high catalytic efficiency and safety, to remove ginkgolic *** are oxidases with potential for application in elimination of hazardous phenolic compounds. In this study, single-factor and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize extraction of ginkgolic acid from G. biloba sarcotestae. The results showed that ethanol was the best solvent, with the highest extraction rate for ginkgolic acid at 85% ethanol. On this basis, we measured ethanol volume fraction, extraction time, temperature and solidliquid ratio using an orthogonal experiment. By using absorbance of 310 nm as standard, the optimal extraction conditions were 85% ethanol with, solid-liquid ratio of1:14 at 40°C for 12 h. These conditions gave a ginkgolic acid yield of 73.1 mg·g^(–1). Subsequently, recombinant laccase was used to degrade the ginkgolic acid in several laccase/mediator systems, of which Lac C was the best. At50°C, p H 4.5, enzyme concentration of 0.01 U·m L^(–1),0.5 mmol·L^(–1) mediator ABTS and reaction time of 3 h, the degradation rate of ginkgolic acid reached 100%. These results lay the foundation for research on and application of biological enzymes for detoxification of G. biloba extracts.
