Based on the analysis of the refined oil distribution plan which includes the various vehicles models-single oil-multiple gas stations. This paper puts forward the dynamic time window of oil supplementation based on every moment, and establishes the mathematical model of the refined oil distribution plan, using C language, taking various circumstances of the model into account to find the optimal solution through several operations. This process can make the refined oil distribution plan and the distribution route is more reasonable. At the same time, the distribution cost is lowest. Through the analysis of the experimental results, the validity and algorithm of the model are proved.

In this study, the desirability function approach was used to simultaneously optimize multiple factors. The variables evaluated were combinations of growth regulators, media and organs in affecting the organogenesis of Alhagi. In the first step of this study, various experiments were carried out in order to optimize the callus induction and its growth. The highest rate of callus induction was achieved from the leaf segment on MS medium supplemented with 3 mg·l-1 BAP + 6 mg·l-1 NAA. Moreover, the highest rate of regeneration was recorded on MS medium supplemented with those 4 mg·l-1 BAP using for leaf segments. The optimized condition of roots induction per shoot was observed in the 1/4 MS medium without activated charcoal and supplemented with 0.25 mg·l-1 IAA. The well rooted plantlets were acclimatized and successfully established into soil where 70% plantlets were survived. The data indicate that media, BAP, and NAA levels may be manipulated to increase or decrease quality factors chosen.

As the cash register system gradually prevailed in shopping malls, detecting the abnormal status of the cash register system has gradually become a hotspot issue. This paper analyzes the transaction data of a shopping mall. When calculating the degree of data difference, the coefficient of variation is used as the attribute weight;the weighted Euclidean distance is used to calculate the degree of difference;and k-means clustering is used to classify different time periods. It applies the LOF algorithm to detect the outlier degree of transaction data at each time period, sets the initial threshold to detect outliers, deletes the outliers, and then performs SAX detection on the data set. If it does not pass the test, then it will gradually expand the outlying domain and repeat the above process to optimize the outlier threshold to improve the sensitivity of detection algorithm and reduce false positives.

According to the characteristics and requirements of urban vegetable logistics and distribution, the optimization model is established to achieve the minimum distribution cost of distribution center. The algorithm of artificial bee colony is improved, and the algorithm based on MATLAB software is designed to solve the model successfully. At the same time, combined with the actual case, the two algorithms are compared to verify the effectiveness of the improved artificial bee colony algorithm in the optimization of urban vegetable distribution path.

As pointed out in the paper preceding this one, in the case of functionals whose independent variable must obey conditions of integral normalization, conventional functional differentiation, defined in terms of an arbitrary test function, is generally inapplicable and functional derivatives with respect to the density must be evaluated through the alternative and widely used limiting procedure based on the Dirac delta function. This leads to the determination of the rate of change of the dependent variable with respect to its independent variable at each isolated pair, , that may not be part of a functional (a set of ordered pairs). This extends the concept of functional derivative to expectation values of operators with respect to wave functions leading to a density even if the wave functions (and expectation values) do not form functionals. This new formulation of functional differentiation forms the basis for the study of the mathematical integrity of a number of concepts in density functional theory (DFT) such as the existence of a universal functional of the density, of orbital-free density functional theory, the derivative discontinuity of the exchange and correlation functional and the extension of DFT to open systems characterized by densities with fractional normalization. It is shown that no universal functional exists but, rather, a universal process based only on the density and independent of the possible existence of a potential, leads to unique functionals of the density determined through the minimization procedure of the constrained search. The mathematical integrity of two methodologies proposed for the treatment of the Coulomb interaction, the self-interaction free method and the optimized effective potential method is examined and the methodologies are compared in terms of numerical calculations. The growing demand for wireless services coupled with the limited availability of suitable electromagnetic spectrum is increasing the need for more efficient RF spectrum utilization. Spectrum allocated to TV operators can potentially be shared by wireless data services, either when the primary service is switched off or by exploiting spatial reuse opportunities. This paper describes a dynamic spectrum access scheme for use in the TV bands which uses cognitive radio techniques to determine the spectrum availability. The approach allows secondary users (SU) to operate in the presence of the primary users (PU) and the OPNET simulation and modelling software has been used to model the performance of the scheme. An analysis of the results shows that the proposed scheme protects the primary users from harmful interference from the secondary users. In comparison with the 802.11 MAC protocol, the scheme improves spectrum utilization by about 27% while limiting the interference imposed on the primary receiver.

In this paper, we propose a design of a current controlled Quadrature Sinusoidal Oscillator. The proposed circuit employs three optimized Multi-output translinear second generation current conveyer (MCCII). The oscillation condition and the oscillation frequency are independently controllable. The proposed Quadrature Oscillator frequency can be tuned in the range of [198 MHz –261 MHz] by a simple variation of a DC current. PSpice simulation results are performed using CMOS 0.35 μm process of AMS.
