1 Introduction The United States,Japan,Canada,the European Union,and other developed countries and regions have all formulated climate strategies and pledged to achieve net-zero CO_(2) emissions by ***,meanwhile,has announced through the“carbon-peaking and carbon neutrality targets”in September 2020 that it aims to achieve“peak carbon use”by 2030 and“carbon neutrality”by 2060[1].According to statistical data from the International Energy Agency(IEA),Fig.1 illustrates the carbon intensity of electricity generation in various regions in the Announced Pledge Scenario(APS)from 2010 to 2040[2].One can easily observe that each region aims to accomplish a sharp decrease in the carbon intensity of electricity generation after 2020.

Research on Intelligent Positioning Bed of Body Gamma Knife Based on Sensor

This paper introduces a design to improve the radiotherapy accuracy of gamma knife. In this design, sensor is used to collect respiratory parameters and tumor displacement (caused by human respiration) model is established through optimization modeling. At the same time, data are transferred to single chip microcomputer (SCM) system by pressure sensor and then stepping motor is controlled by SCM. Finally, the intelligent positioning bed is under the control of stepping motor. As a result, the intelligent positioning bed can move reverse to respiratory law. The experimental results showed that this method can reduce the influence of respiration on tumor displacement, improving the accuracy of intelligent positioning bed with simple circuit and low cost at the same time.

Fair Scheduling Models for Doubles Group Competitions

This paper gives integer linear programming models for scheduling doubles tennis group competitions. The goal is to build a fair and competitive schedule for all players. Our basic model achieves that for each player the average ranking of his partners in all matches is as close as possible to the average ranking of his opponents in all matches. One of the variations of the basic model provides that each matchup is fair and competitive. We also give models for the case when the number of players is 4n + 2, and thus one of the matches has to be singles. Our models were implemented and tested using optimization software AMPL. Computational results along with schedules for some typical situations are also given the paper.

The framework of the generalized optimization product model with the core of network- and tree-hierarchical structure is advanced to improve the characteristics of the generalized optimal design. Based on the proposed node-repetition technique, a network-hierarchical structure is united with the tree-hierarchical structure to facilitate the modeling of serialization and combination products. The criteria for product decomposition are investigated. Seven tree nodes are defined for the construction of a general product model, and their modeling properties are studied in detail. The developed product modeling system is applied and examined successfully in the modeling practice of the generalized optimal design for a hydraulic excavator.

With the rapid increase in the complexity of electronics, the cost of the functional testing process used to ensure product functionality continues to rise. optimization modeling based on reliability analysis is an effective approach to reduce testing costs. However, the reliability calculations of existing methods often exhibit significant deviations, making it challenging to guarantee the effectiveness of the resulting testing strategies in practical applications. To address this issue, this article proposes an optimization modeling method that integrates statistical analysis and reliability analysis. The expression for the reliability of the system's key stage is formulated by analyzing the system's reliability. Statistical analysis is utilized to exploit the inherent reliability information in the enormous process data to determine the probability of the root causes of system failures. The reliability of the key stage is quantitatively calculated based on the structure of the fault tree tailored for the system. On this basis, a binary optimization model is established to obtain a testing strategy with strong generalization ability and reduce the cost of functional testing. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a simulation case study.
