An oil and gas pipeline monitoring platform uses internet of things(IoT)to ensure safe operation in remote and unattended areas,through automatic monitoring and systematic control on equipment such as the cut-off valves and cathodic protection *** continuity and stability of power supplies for various equipment of an oil and gas pipeline IoT monitoring platform is *** is no single universal off-grid power supply method that is optimal for an oil and gas pipeline IoT monitoring platform in all different ***,it is necessary to select a suitable one according to the specific geographical location and meteorological *** paper proposes an off-grid power supply system comprised of a reversible solid oxide fuel cell(RESOC),photovoltaic(PV)and *** operating costs and the reliability of system operations under constraint conditions are the key determining objectives.A“PV+battery+RESOC”system operational optimization model is *** on the model,three types of off-grid power supply schemes are proposed,and three geographical locations with different meteorological conditions are selected as practical application *** Matlab Cplex solver is used to solve the different power supply modes of the three *** finally,the power supply scheme with the best reliability and economy under different geographical environments and meteorological conditions is obtained.

The purpose of this paper is to adopt the uniform confidence method in both water pipeline design and oil-gas pipeline *** on the importance of pipeline and consequence of its failure,oil and gas pipeline can be classified into three pipe classes,with exceeding probabilities over 50 years of 2%,5% and 10%,***-based design requires more information about ground motion,which should be obtained by evaluating seismic safety for pipeline engineering *** from a city＇s water pipeline network,the long-distance oil and gas pipeline system is a spatially linearly distributed *** the uniform confidence of seismic safety,a long-distance oil and pipeline formed with pump stations and different-class pipe segments should be considered as a whole system when analyzing seismic *** the uncertainty of earthquake magnitude,the design-basis fault displacements corresponding to the different pipeline classes are proposed to improve deterministic seismic hazard analysis（DSHA）.A new empirical relationship between the maximum fault displacement and the surface-wave magnitude is obtained with the supplemented earthquake data in East *** estimation of fault displacement for a refined oil pipeline in Wenchuan MS8.0 earthquake is introduced as an example in this paper.

Prediction on Failure Pressure of pipeline Containing Corrosion Defects Based on ISSA-BPNNModel

oil and gas pipelines are affected by many factors,such as pipe wall thinning and pipeline *** prediction of failure pressure of oil and gas pipelines can provide technical support for pipeline safety *** at the shortcomings of the BP Neural Network(BPNN)model,such as low learning efficiency,sensitivity to initial weights,and easy falling into a local optimal state,an Improved Sparrow Search Algorithm(ISSA)is adopted to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of BPNN,and an ISSA-BPNN failure pressure prediction model for corroded pipelines is *** 61 sets of pipelines blasting test data as an example,the prediction model was built and predicted by MATLAB software,and compared with the BPNN model,GA-BPNN model,and SSA-BPNN *** results show that the MAPE of the ISSA-BPNN model is 3.4177%,and the R2 is 0.9880,both of which are superior to its comparison *** the ISSA-BPNN model has high prediction accuracy and stability,and can provide support for pipeline inspection and maintenance.

The detection and positioning of pipeline deformation is of great significance to improve the efficiency and ensure the safety of pipeline operation. In this paper, the caliper inspection is used to obtain the geometric information of pipeline deformation, and the inertial positioning technology is used to obtain the geographic and circumferential information of deformation, and finally forms a three-dimensional model of pipeline deformation, according to which the geometric characteristics of deformation are analyzed and then provides the basis for pipeline maintenance. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, a prototype of pipeline deformation detection principle has been designed and the towing experiment has also carried out. The experimental results showed that the prototype can effectively detect and locate the convex deformation and circumferential weld of the pipeline.
