Treatment of chronic congestive heart failure (HF) has improved substantially during the past decades, with the introduction of modulators of the renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS) such as angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs) and aldosterone antagonists and the introduction of the lifesaving beta-blockers as well as device therapy. Despite the dramatic improvement in the treatment of chronic HF, no such progress was achieved in the treatment of acute heart failure (AHF). Diuretics that were never rigorously examined in well controlled large prospective randomized studies remain the cornerstone and almost exclusively the only intravenous therapeutic option for AHF and no further effective therapy as introduced in more than 30 years. As a result, the short term morbidity and most importantly mortality of AHF remains extremely high with up to 20% of patients dying in the first months after admission for AHF and an additional 20% being readmitted to the hospital. In the current manuscript we will address the practical concerns regarding established and novel diuretic and vascular modulating therapies in patients with AHF, examine their recommended use and seek to determine a path to developing better and more effective therapies for AHF.

This paper presents the design and implementation of a web-based application for an advertising system. There are many places in our country where billboard advertising has not become popular yet. Also, there are many companies that don’t prefer to promote their services or products through billboards for not having a proper advertising system. There is also no such platform where vehicles can be used for advertisement purposes. While researching on these issues, there was found no connecting bridge between the vendors and the customers, which is one of the main reasons for not utilizing the billboards properly and kept them empty. To solve the mentioned problem, we came up with an idea to develop a website to allow the vendors to showcase their empty billboards and vehicles which can be used for advertising purposes and it allows the customer to choose any of the available billboards/vehicles for advertising without hassle. The main purpose of this research work is to create a web-based common platform for companies who want to rent advertising space on billboards and on the walls of vehicles, and also for the owners of the billboards and vehicles. The main contribution of this paper is to develop an online web application for companies who want to rent empty space on billboards and the walls of vehicles. In order to maintain the advertising system, the admin of the website has made appropriate rules and regulations which will fulfill the demands of the vendors and customers. Here, the system has discussed all the details, such as the connection between the vendors and customers, the efficiency of the website, transaction method, etc. The proposed web application developed in this paper has been tested and it is found to be user-friendly and very efficient.

The origin of a novel kind of reassortant (H1N2) of influenza A virus

Genetic analysis of three H1N2 viruses indicated that only HA genes of H1N2 viruses were similar to that of A/Guangdong/6/91(H1N1) virus (PR8-like strain), while the other seven genes of them were similar to those of H3N2 virus circulating in man in 1995. Therefore, it could be considered that the H1N2 viruses were derived from reassortment between PR8-like strain and H3N2 virus circulating in man in 1995. However, the genomes of H1N2 viruses were very similar to each other. So the H1N2 viruses isolated in 1998 were not derived from new reassortment between PR8-like strain and H3N2 virus circulating in man in 1998, but derived from the evolution of H1N2 virus found in 1995.

According to the large-scale sequencing of cDNA library from silkworm pupae, the cDNA of a novel gene with blank research background was identified and temporarily named Bm-X. The length of this cDNA is 778 bp. We obtained its ORF for further study by bioinformatics analysis. It is 444 bp and encodes 147 amino acid residues, with a predicted molecular weight (MW) of 16.4 kD and an isoelectric point (pI) of 3.69. In this study, we successfully constructed a recombinant plasmid pET-28a(+)-Bm-X and expressed it in Escherichia coli. We used the fusion protein rBm-X which purified by Niaffinity chromatography to produce polyclonal antibodies against Bm-X for Western blot analysis. The analysis revealed that Bm-X was expressed in the larval midgut, the epidermis and the silk gland. In addition, the subcellular localization analysis of silkworm ovary epithelial cells (BmN cells) showed that Bm-X protein was located both in cytoplasm and nucleus, and the signal was stronger in cytoplasm than in nucleus. Our findings indicate that Bm-X gene is a novel species-specificity gene and its expression product can be detected in tissues of the fifth silkworm instar larvae and BmN cells.

Some new an aqueous polyurethane acrylate (waterborne binder) based on polyethylene glycol with different M. wt. mixed with polyol were carried out. Seven different polyurethane acrylate co-polymers were prepared aiming at substituting the two hydroxyl groups of polyethylene glycol (6000, 12,000 and 20,000 g/mol) and two primary hydroxyl groups of polyol through their reaction with corresponding calculated amounts of either isophorone diisoyanate or toluene diisocyanate and caped the remaining isocyanate group with either hydroxy ethyl acrylate or hydroxy propyl methacrylate to get on the polyurethane acrylate polymers [PUA]. From DSC measurement the result of Tg of synthesized PUA are in range from -8.78℃ to 36.4℃. So they can classify as soft binders. The infrared spectra, rheological properties, viscosity measurement, the weight average molecular weight, of the synthesize binders were investigated.

A novel Iterative Detection in Downlink of Massive MIMO System

In this paper, we propose the novel iterative detection which operates iteratively on blocks of the received signal in downlink in massive MIMO (Massive Multiple-input Multiple-output) system. This article will combine the equivalent channel with soft detection and soft decoder, and finally propose a new structure for the iterative detection in downlink based on 5G simulation test platform of NCRL and analysis the performance of the novel structure. The simulation result shows iterative algorithm performs better than conventional detection with lower amount of iterations.

A series of novel heteronuclear Ln( Ⅲ)-Cu( Ⅱ) complexes with noncyclic polyether-amino acid Schiff base were synthesized. The general formula is [LnCu2H2TALY)(NO3)5](NO3)2·nH2O (Ln= La, Nd, Sm, Gd, n = 4;Ln= Yb, Y, n = 3), where H2TALY = tetraglycol aldehyde bis-lysine Schiff base. It is the first time to report the synthetic method for this new Cu(Ⅱ) complexes and Ln( Ⅲ)-Cu( Ⅱ) heteronuclear complexes. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TG-DTA, magnetic susceptibility, and especially by a 500 MHz NMR spectrometer for 2D-COSY NMR. Coordination mechanism and structures of complexes have been suggested as well. Of particular interest is the potential that the novel complexes obtained may be used as a catalyst, which prompted us to investigate them. It shows 100% conversion with the viscosity-average molecular weight 120 000 for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) without addition of any cocatalyst. Furthermore, the complexes with such aliphatic Schiff bases can be used as a good catalyst, which has been confirmed and discussed here. They may be a new kind of catalyst system with the above speciality.

Objective:To provide some valuable research ideas for the prevention of 2019-nCoV through reviewing and commenting the Chinese herbs in existing prevention programs of ***:Firstly,searching the prevention and treatment programs for 2019-nCoV issued before January 29,*** are only three sources that can be selected in,including national and provincial health commissions,research and clinical institutes of TCM and national famous TCM ***,from the collections of all prevention and treatment programs,we sorted out prevention parts within Chinese herbs or patent ***,we divided these TCM prevention programs into three categories and the classification is based on the two aspects of Zhengqi and pathogenic ***:We classified the herbs into three parts:dispelling pathogenic factors mainly,tonifying Zhengqi with dispelling pathogenic factors and syndrome differentiation according to the two most important aspects,Zhengqi and pathogenic factors in TCM prevention *** the above three parts according to TCM theories and introducing some modern pharmacological researches of these *** matters needing attention were pointed out in clinical application of traditional Chinese *** and perspectives:We made the comments on shortcomings of the present situation and look forward to what can be done later from three aspects:collection of clinical data,clinical controlled study and modern pharmacological research.

The gut hormone apelin is a major therapeutic focus for several diseases involving inflammation and aberrant cell growth. We investigated whether apelin-36 contained alternative bioactive peptides associated with normal physiology or disease. Amino acid sequence analysis of apelin-36 identified an amidation motif consistent with the formation of a secondary bioactive peptide (SCNH2). SCNH2 is proven to be mitogenic and chemotactic in normal/malignant cells and augments angiogenesis via a PTX-resistant/CT-X-sensitive G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). Notably, SCNH2 is substantially more potent and sensitive than apelin-13 and vascular endothelial growth factor-A. Endogenous SCNH2 is highly expressed in human tumors and placenta and in mouse embryonic tissues. Our findings demonstrate that SCNH2 is a new apelinergic member with critical pluripotent roles in angiogenesis related diseases and embryogenesis via a non-APJ GPCR.
