Analysis and parameter extraction of memristive structures based on Strukov's non-linear model

Diverse models have been proposed for explaining the electrical performance of memristive devices. In principle, the behavior of internal variables associated to each one could be extracted from experimental results. In a former work, thermally grown TiOmemristive structures were built and characterized to obtain the constitutive relationship(magnetic flux versus charge). The aim of this work is to continue that analysis by determining the microscopic parameters within the frame of a simple model. We use the already obtained memristance dependence of time and the basic expressions from the non-linear model proposed by Strukov et al. to compute the state-variable,the mobility of the doping species, the speed of the boundary between the doped and the undoped regions, the voltages and the electric fields on the distinct regions. The power dissipation and its time evolution are also presented. Moreover, a quite different window function from those formerly proposed, which was estimated from experimental data, is also determined. This information provides a straightforward picture of the ionic transport during one cycle of a square voltage waveform within the framework of this simple model. Finally, a quality factor is proposed as the key parameter for actual memristors viewed under the same model.

It is essential to establish non-linear model of CGCS2000 framework to improve the precision of domestic coordinate system, which can provide support for precise orbit determination of Beidou satellites and precise point positioning. And it can also meet the needs of high precision research and real time engineering project. Much research has been done about the movement characteristics and noise characteristics of CORS time series, however, this study only focus on how to improve the precision of linear velocity estimation on the colored noise properties of CORS *** thi method used has some flaws and limitations which may lead to unreliable result. In this paper, Singular Spectrum Analysis is introduced and based on which new interpolation and method, gross error detection method and signal-noise separation method has been introduced or proposed. The time series of domestic CORS network in china has been analyzed, as well as some IGS stations affected by earthquake. In this study, the SSA-P method is also proposed to produce more accurate forecast than traditional methods in current use.

Static Aspect of Heterogeneous Competition in Duopoly

The study gives a comparison between price policy and quantity policy in duopoly producing differentiated goods with different production costs and indicates which is more beneficial. Further, it is investigated that in a non-linear duopoly with differentiated goods and two different policies, firms may earn more profit if they choose a quantity policy in a stable economy when the marginal production cost of both the firms is the same. If the production cost of both firms is different, then the price policy is better only when the firm is efficient.
