In view of the lack of high-end and highperformance products in China’s new energy automobile industry,the evolutionary game model of the core technology breakthrough of the new energy automobile industry is constructed,the behavioral strategies of multi-agent participation are analyzed,and the conditions of the system’s progressive stability are discussed to realize the system’s Tired *** research results show that the key to realizing the breakthrough of core technology in new energy automobile enterprises lies in the degree of government incentives,the additional cost of enterprise investment,the current opportunity loss of enterprises,and the innovation cost invested by academic institutions.

Today,when we advocate the development of new energy vehicles,the improvement of battery management system is an important factor in the development of electric ***,the estimation of the state of power batteries has become the key factor to ensure the safe driving of the *** research on the low residual charge of power battery mostly uses the charge and discharge data of single battery under ideal experimental conditions,which may not be able to adapt to the real complex and changeable driving conditions and separate from the real driving *** solve this problem,this work relies on the national big data alliance of new energy vehicles and uses the data-driven method to build a time-varying,battery voltage,battery current and other angles to reflect the current working status of the remaining power（SOC） of the power *** type of power battery used in this paper is lithium iron phosphate battery,and the alarm group and prediction group are *** data of the alarm group are the collected power battery data detected as low residual power（SOC）,and the data of the prediction group are the driving data of vehicles from May 9,2019 to November 5,*** logical regression algorithm is used to extract the battery characteristic information of low residual power,establish a model,and use the model to predict the data of the prediction group.

“用煤开车”：新能源汽车真的减少了碳排放吗

新能源汽车作为七大战略新兴产业之一，是解决环境污染和能源紧缺问题的重要方向。在对新能源汽车使用、中国电力供应结构和碳排放理论分析的基础上，采用中国285个地级市2003-2019年的面板数据，使用双差分方法评估了新能源汽车推广政策对碳排放量的影响。研究发现，中国现有的电力生产结构并未对新能源汽车的节能降碳提供有效支撑，新能源汽车没有发挥技术所包含的碳减排效应，主要原因在于中国现阶段电源结构未能实现碳脱钩，新能源汽车的使用是把汽车行驶过程中的碳排放转移到了电力生产过程，电动车实际依然是在“用煤开车”。异质性检验显示地区电力生产结构与发挥新能源汽车的碳减排效应有一定相关性：第一，在传统资源型城市、电力缺口大的地区和火电占比更高的地区，新能源汽车的推广不利于地区的节能减排；第二，借助电力跨区域输送的“西电东送”工程，新能源汽车将东部地区增长的碳排放量转移至西北地区，却并未转移至水力发电为主的西南地区。因此，应大力推动电力生产的清洁化，根据地区电力生产结构和供需情况灵活制订新能源汽车推广计划，实现电力生产源头上的“碳脱钩”。

充电设施布局规划不合理和各桩站间联通不均衡，致使城市充电网络整体使用效率不高，无法满足新能源汽车车主实际充电需求。基于此，在现有充电网络基础上，从网络中心度和网络节点充电桩数量两个维度定义新建充电设施结网策略，构建充电网络动态仿真模型，模拟在不同策略下推进充电设施建设，揭示城市充电网络结构特征及使用效率的演化规律。结果表明：当采用适度发展、适度缩减、深度发展、协调发展和混合策略五种策略时，城市充电网络整体使用效率均有一定程度的提升，但不同策略下充电网络及其使用效率的演化规律存在差异；加大充电设施投建对城市充电网络整体使用效率提升并非单向促进作用，持续超前建设反而会导致负溢出效应。

考虑消费者环保意识的车企生产决策及最优补贴研究

政府补贴与新能源汽车市场接受度是影响新能源汽车推广的关键因素。新能源汽车产业发展在依托补贴等利好政策的同时，对车企的市场适应力也提出更高要求。本文运用效用模型分类消费者购车需求，根据利润最大化原则探究不同购车需求下车企最优生产决策，再通过求解Stackelberg模型得到考虑环境影响下社会福利最大化的最优补贴。结果表明，随着消费者意愿支付的提高，市场从一家车企生产向两家车企生产过渡。消费者环保意识较高时，新能源车企先生产，反之则传统车企先进入市场。若平均意愿支付低于传统车成本，随消费者环保意识提高，传统车最终将被挤出市场；反之传统车将始终与新能源车共存。新能源车企不生产时，政府一定不补贴；新能源车企生产时，政府不一定补贴。当市场上仅有新能源车，新能源车环境影响较大时政府不补贴；当两类汽车同时生产，两类汽车环境影响差异不大且意愿支付较低时政府不补贴。当两家车企共同生产且两类汽车环境影响差异较大时，补贴实施后传统车将退出市场。
